The article presents reflections on an objective tendency towards making the language of culture-related scholarly writing more artistic. Outlining the history of culturology writing problem, the author retrospects for controversial points sustained by R. Harvey Brown and J. P. Ward in their works on sociology poetics. When stated observable in Russian-language works on culture, the poetic moment entails certain questions normally associated with poetics. In the first instance it is the question of critical semantic shifts introduced by poetic writing. From this point on the argument is built to highlight the perceptional change caused by writer’s switching from empiric declamation to poetic insight. In order to try to explain pragmatic attitudes of those introducing poetic element to scholarly writing about culture, the author comes up with the notion of transfiguration, or subject shifting by means of language. A combination of “trans” and “figuration”, transfiguration houses both an idea of closure, or bringing into form, and an idea of opening, or passage. Therefore the discussed change (or shift) caused by poetization appears ambivalent as it presupposes taking the final shape (completion of utterance) as well as opening the transition to new subject not yet mediated by the language. Finally brought up in the article, there is a question of reader’s specific response to the poetic shift in question. It is stated that the “objective” content of a written study (i. e., description) may vanish in transition from writer’s “thesaurus” to that of a reader. Thus, transfiguration is also a term to mark the shift from writing that describes, explains (or even expresses) to a writing that motivates for independent thinking. International cooperation is an important factor in the development of Museum theory and practice. The establishment of the Regional Committee for Museology (ICOFOM), bringing together the professional museologists of the Asian and Pacific Regions. By this Committee the interaction of scholars: historians, anthropologists, archaeologists, art historians, and professional museologistswas intensified. A novum is also theinteractionwith experts on museum-practice. The article talks about the established practice of carrying out international symposia, Museum schools, internships, exhibitions, as well as the development of scientific publications. The main attention is paid to the history and the development of the Committee for Museology (ICOFOM) and one of its structural sub-Committees: the Committee for Museology of Asian and Pacific (ASPAC) as an important branch of the International Council of Museums. The International Council of Museums (ICOM) was established 1946 in Paris as an “umbrella” for many committees. Structurally, the ICOM consists at the moment of 31 committees, 18 affiliated international associations, 115 national committees, more than 30 thousand individual and corporate members in 152 countries of the world. On contemporary circumstancesICOM developsthe inter-state and inter-cultural Museum-policy aimed at the preservation of world cultural heritage, and the promotion of the international museum community. The article pays particular attention to the history and development of one of the International Committees of ICOM – the Committee for Museology (ICOFOM) and to the Regional Committee in Asian and Pacific Countries – ASPAC. Museology professionals, united in 1977 in a non-governmental public organization, the Committee for Museology have put many efforts to improve the science of Museology and the methods of practical work of museums, training of museum staff, exchange of experience, and the promotion of academic knowledge. The Committee has gained its recognition through ICOFOM’s organizing extensive discussions of actual and scientific dialogues made theoretical questions of museology available to the general audience of professionals; they created the foundation for the training of museum personnel. The current system of organizing international symposia and scientific publications, lectures, seminars, master-classes of leading museologists from different countries, exhibition projects significantly raise the scientific level of museums and stimulate the creativity of their employees. International Museological Summer Schools play also a significant role in the trainijng of museum professionals. An important feature of ICOFOM activities is the constant expansion of activities due to its involvement in the peripheral, regional museum institutions through the organization of its regional offices. 2003 the Committee of Museology of Siberia (ICOFOMSib) was createdby Olga Truevtseva/Altai State Pedagogical University, and in 2009 – the Committee of Museology of the People’s Republic of China. Since 2003, ICOFOMSib brings together academics and practice workers in the museums of Siberia, initiating a variety of projects aimed to the study of the history and theory of museums in Siberia, particularly the preservation of cultural heritage. Annual symposia were held in the cities of Siberia and Asia. In 2011, the ICOFOM Board has proposed to enlarge the territorial boundaries of ICOFOM Sib activities by including the countries of Asian and Pacific countries. The ICOFOMSib got its new name – the Committee of museology in Asia and the Pacific (ASPAC). Thanks the great effort of Prof. Dr. Kuo-ning Chen (University Tainan, and now Director of the Museum for the World Religions in Taipei and Vice-president of this Committee) the Committee grow up immensely. Several Meetings on Museology took place in the “Museum- Landscape” Taiwan. During the twelve years of the ASPAC activity there were organized and held 9 international symposia, 16 international museological schools, attended by school and museum staff, teachers and students of higher educational institutions. Many exhibition projects have been implemented in Kazakhstan, China, Taiwan, and Mongolia. Scientists from Asia and Europe have generated more than fifteen scientific publications. The Committee’s experience shows that the development of national museums is greatly enriched due to the exchange of information, the study of international experience of museums. Intercultural dialogue contributes to the search for new forms and technologies of preservation of cultural heritage. Dance culture of the Buryats has a rich history of its development. It was formed under the influence of a unique combination of natural, religious, and artistic factors that gave it an unusual originality, compared with a number of other cultures. The culture of yohor arose during the period of the tribal system in connection with the celebrations on the occasion of a successful hunt. This ancient ritual dance has a special meaning associated with the solar cult, the cult of the Sun, as the movement of dancing in a circle from left to right coincides with the direction of the Sun movement. This paper is based on the analysis of works of researchers, M. N. Hangalov, D. S. Dugarov, I. E. Tugutov, I. A. Manzhigeev, D. A. Nikolaeva and L. D. Dashieva devoted to the study of this Buryat circular dance. Versions of the yohor origin are considered and its description is given interpreting it as an important component of traditional dance culture of the Buryats. In the process of society evolution the yohor dance transformed, losing direct contact with the rites, and was gradually filled with new content. Rooted in the mists of time and enduring significant changes in its development, yohor still is a valuable source for the study of traditional dance culture of the Buryats. Article is devoted to transformation, the basic ontologic characteristic of virtuosity. The author analyzes features of transformation in political and art and esthetic spheres. Changes of identity of the person are explained by conditions of social existence and desire of the personality to find a multiple arrangement in life. The known fragment from E. Canetti’s work “The weight and the power” contains the developed concept of social transformation. The Austrian philosopher argues on proximity of transformation, imitation (imitation) and pretense. There are distinctions between them. Imitation helps to find an external form. The artistic intension when using copies carries out a difficult operation of connection remote in essence, but relates on external similarity of objects. It allows to begin coordination of internal and external layers of the created image and actually to start the process of creation of metaphors, representing the semantic movement. The similar movement in mechanical copying isn’t present. A transitional form from imitation to transformation, according to E. Canetti, is pretense, “a friendly image” in which “a hostile image” is hidden. Pretense is impossible without use of a mask, especially in the political sphere. Transformation takes shape in art transformation. It means the spiritualized and skillfully issued penetration into essence of other phenomenon without loss of egoism of the creative person. At the same time, other character is comprehended as part of other life. For artistic action similar transformation will always contain a context of cheerfulness, imitation of life. Therefore refinement or a condensation as reception, expressiveness of details work for the statement of Life here. From here any skilfulness, artificiality, creativity as individual self-excess for the sake of rooting of life, its movement, change will also make a being of artistic transformation. Cultural dynamics of typicalness is especially accurately shown in the sphere of social life. Transformation as nonlinear action contains imitation, pretense, masking the transformation in any existential order. In society the system of a ban on transformation which epifenomenam act persons of the imperious person, trickster, shaman is always installed. The artistic relation to a metamorphosis arises at quantitative and qualitative variability in a specific context of art of transformation as which basic awe of life acts. It is necessary to create conditions for attracting the “creative capital”, and they in turn will create a creative cluster, the whole industry. The known soviet psychologists D. Elkonen and L. Vygodskyi consider the gaming nature of the children’s “psychomotorica.” In the theatrical performance under discussion the hero of which is a child, the producer realizes the peculiarities of the children’s perception and fill it with artistic content. In the performance “Catch with Death,” staged in the “White Island” Theatre (Kemerovo, S. Basalaev as a producer, M. Proshkina as an artist and I. Puzyreva as a choreograph) the tragic situation with a deadly illness of a child is in the basis of the staged story. In the performance the inner world of the main hero is in the focus of attention. The hero is under spiritual revival and acquires belief in Christ. The children’s game is the main form of the stage performance and defines the character of the communication with the audience. Meetings with the child’s parents, meetings and talks with the Pink Dame, the main hero’s love to a girl-patient, Patty Blue, his contacts with other children-patients, doctors and nurses of the hospital are given as facts, which Oskar reports to the God and stage in his own puppet-theatre. Thus, everything which is going on, is given through the eyes and consciousness of the main hero. The gaming situation comes from the dialogue of Oskar and the Pink Dame, who as a clownees, tries to incourage and challenge the teenager who is deeply depressed. The Pink Dame tells him stories of her imaginary activities as a daring catchist. Quite understandable and close to him world of brave and daring actions incourages Oskar, inspires energy for activities into him. He creates his own small puppet-theatre, where he stages the events happened to him. Three puppets turned into personages and some objects found in the ward, everything around him are made participants of the show by him. In the performance under discussion the producer employs an element, known as an “open device”- puppet work without screen. The actress E. Purgina works with finger-puppets, “talking” puppets, with objects turned into puppets. Oskar, performed by the Pink Dame, always remains the main hero of the acting and determines his spiritual revival. Simultaneously, the personified puppets and other objects get into conflict and mise en scene, created by the boy, form some plastic visible world which reflects his perception and understanding of everything happened to him. The puppet-theatre poetics in the performance “Catch with Death” appeared to be a colourful, expressive means to reveal the inner world of the teenager-hero, the creative potentiality of the personality, the richness of psychological reactions, gestures, motions, deeds of the Unknown on the way to the hero’s maturity. The puppet manipulation did not turn into simple illustrations of Oskar’s thoughts, but they became a means of expression of “transcendental” action, realized in the conflicts and dialogues of the personages, which in itself forms the integral world of the performance. They unite in one stage act and have many-sided aesthetic impact. Dance is one of the components of stage action. The analysis of choreographic material in the plays of the A. V. Lunacharsky Kemerovo region drama theater in the beginning of the XXI century is the obvious example of the plasticity transformation in the theatrical culture. The number of plays with the dancers and plastic fragments, the number of dances in the plays increased during the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI. Choreographic component of stage action strengthens emotional stress. Requirements for the actor technology change. The rhythmic and choreographic trainings are begun. Actors assimilate the elements of contemporary choreography, historic dance, stage acrobatics, and pantomime. This period is connected with searches in the sphere of choreographic organizing. This article discusses three regional variants of avant-garde art of the early twentieth century: the avantgarde in Germany and Russia, notably the Central Russia and largest of the region – Siberia. Currently the problem of the development of the avant-garde in the periphery is not an object of special attention, but this issue deserves profound consideration, because the avant-garde, including the Siberian, is a special alloy of trends and ideas, the path of circulation between the cultural centers and the periphery is far from obvious. We investigate a number of the most striking features that were characteristic not only of the vanguard centers (Russia and Germany), but also the vanguard of the periphery (Siberia), using empirical and theoretical methods. The aim of this work is a comparative study of the avant-garde periphery – on the example of artistic creativity of Oscar Yankus, Russian avant-garde, represented by Wassily Kandinsky, as well as avant-garde of Europe, in particular, creation of German artist Paul Klee. The material was previously unpublished Manifesto Oscar Yankus, as well as theoretical and journalistic work of Kandinsky and Paul Klee. Comparative analysis of artistic practices was conducted on the material of some works of these artists, written at the same time – in the 1920s. The analysis found a number of traits that are typical of both the avant-garde of the West and Central Russia and the avant-garde of the Siberia. These common features are identified in the implementation of artistic practice in such categories as “the dynamism and movement”, “the attitude of the artist – audience”, and also “in regard to form and material”. The article of Mikhail Zyryanov is on the theme of the musical component of the Church’s reading. The choice of the topic itself is well founded for music of the turn of XX–XXI centuries. It is quite relevant, since the rapid development of the Orthodox tradition in recent decades in Russian culture. In addition, many wellknown musical figures are among the clergy, but the creative side of their lives is unfamiliar the wide public. The article Mikhail Zyryanov disclosed subject music component of a Church reading. The choice of the topic itself is well founded, it is quite relevant to the culture of recent years, characterized by the recovery of spirituality. The aim of this work is the consideration of the peculiarities of the Church read in the overall context of musical art, the identification of the main musical activity factors reciter. The formulated goal necessitated the solution of the following research tasks: 1. To analyze the available literature on Church reading; 2. To highlight the main stages of the history of the study of Church reading; 3. Identify the main functions of Church readers and among these musical functions; 4. To bring the most convenient and complete terminology of Church reading; 5. To determine the possibility of interaction of the spiritual theological and aesthetic component in the Church’s reading. The General structure of the article reflects the logic implementation of the stated goals and objectives. It begins with descriptions of the traditions of the Church reading and a brief overview of the early research and recordings of this phenomenon. Next, an attempt is made to propose criteria for the classification of elements of the Church’s reading, and concludes with a description of poglasitsa as the most important component of Church reading. At the end of the article, conclusions are drawn about the need to change attitudes to a culture of worship, to make more accessible its meaning with the help of musical intonation. This article presents the practical application and development of F. Busoni’s notions of pianistic concept in the performance of outstanding Austrian pianist G. Galston, whose work is currently a poorly-studied page of the history of piano performance. Galston is the author of Studienbuch written in the genre of performance comments upon the works under study and generalizing his personal work experience over the cycle of five monographic concert programs dedicated to the works of I.S. Bach, L. Beethoven, F. Chopin, F. Liszt and I. Brahms. The conception of the pianist’s techniques development which received its final execution in Busoni’s exercise book “Klavierübung” (Keyboard Practice) is based on two key methods: 1) technical variants inferring creation of technical exercises on the material of difficult parts of works of art and 2) technical phrasing based on the imaginable division of one or another difficult passage into complexes which could be easily automated. Galston tests and proves the effectiveness of such methods by creatively developing the Busoni’s ideas in the process of work over Chopin’s and Brahms’s works. Galston’s Studienbuch has become the example of individual realization of Busoni’s pianistic conception and generates considerable interest for professional pianists and teachers of piano play. The article brings up the results of the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign sites of Indigenous Peoples. The study was conducted at the Scientific Research Institute of Information Technologies in Social Sphere, Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts. The researchers analyzed 60 sites and portals of Indigenous Peoples, including 30 domestic and 30 sites out of the country. As part of the 30 foreign sites they studied sites of the United States, Canada, and Australia. 30 domestic sites of the Internet resources owned by interregional and regional associations and organizations of Indigenous Peoples living in Russia were also included. The study compared the subjected thematic headings structuring the sites’ content. The comparative analysis of the content of domestic and foreign sites of Indigenous Peoples has revealed significant differences in the approaches to their construction. They revealed features of structure and contents of domestic and foreign sites of Indigenous Peoples as a means of intercultural communication. It was found that the domestic sites mainly contain materials that provide historical and demographic and socio-cultural characteristics of the ethnic group, reflecting the structure and activities of the associations of Indigenous Peoples; as well as highlighting the various events in culture. In contrast to the Russian sites of Indigenous Peoples, the similar Internet resources of the United States, Canada, and Australia are more application oriented, focus on solving the specific, vital issues for the representatives of Indigenous Peoples: employment, education, social protection, legal protection, etc. It is shown that the main difference between the content of domestic and foreign sites of Indigenous Peoples can be reviewed by two generalizing concepts: “About us,” disregarding the urgent problems of life and activity of the indigenous peoples of Russia, and “For us,” giving the situational characteristics of the ethnos. It was revealed that the general lack of inherent domestic and foreign sites is the absence of a harmonious combination of concepts “About us” and “For us,” giving a complete characterization of the people, both historically and in the state of art. In order to eliminate fragmentation and incompleteness of content of Indigenous Peoples’ sites as a means of intercultural communication, it is proposed to use the problematic heading “Indigenous peoples” as a special linguistic means of representing a two-level hierarchical classification, designed for creating and improving (upgrading) the Indigenous Peoples’ sites content. The structure and the possibility of practical application are characterized for the use of the problematic heading “Indigenous peoples” to ensure a systematic and holistic view of the Indigenous People site’s content. The article summarizes foreign and domestic experiences in standardization the methods of approaches to description of the “corporate body” access point in the bibliographic entries. For the first time the corporate headings were recognized as an important access points to bibliographic information at the International Conference on Cataloguing Principles (Paris, 1961). On the report of Eva Verona (Croatia) entitled the “Corporate Headings: their Use in Library Catalogues and National Bibliographies” (1975) noted that in practice the international standardization in the field of formation and use of corporate headings yielded to adopted in national practices traditions of cataloging, so lack of consistency was a serious obstacle to effective bibliographic control. The idea of an international standard for the header that contains the name of the company (as part of the Universal Bibliographic Control (UBC) IFLA) dominated throughout the second half of 1970 – the beginning of 1980. Working Group on Corporate Headings along with IFLA Section on Cataloguing and the IFLA Section on Official Publications worked out and published the “Form and Structure of Corporate Headings” (FSCH) in 1980. By 1995, the IFLA Section on Cataloguing realized that bibliographic practice in contrast to FSCH doesn’t show consistency in the presentation of corporate headings at all, so a new Working Group on FSCH organized to revise the standard. The Working Groups came out with an understanding of illusion of the worldwide acceptable unified corporate heading, which was announced at the IFLA General Conference in Amsterdam, 1998. Since then, the focal point moves from the content of titles to the basic principles and overall structure of building of the corporate headings. The Working Group on FSCH recommended to the national bibliographic agencies to keep the differences in accepted forms of headings if that meets the language and cultural demands of their respective countries; it also suggested that national authority files would be accessible online. This made possible at the beginning of the XXI century with the realization of the Virtual International Authority File (VIAF) project, which main purpose is to offer the library community and mass media an easy access to the major world name authority files. The use of corporate headings in the bibliographic entry has deep historical roots. Favorable, that how the header should look like were decided, as a rule, at the state national level. Important differences of the Russian national cataloging rules are succession and answering the international tendencies. Since 1923 under the requirements for corporate headings were issued in published by the Russian Central Book Chamber “Book Annals”. It was the first use of corporate headings in Russia on a large scale. First theoretical basis of the rules of formation and use of corporate headings in native literature was given in a work of E.I. Shamurin entitled “Сatalografiya” (1925). Remaining controversies, including an application of the description of corporate headings, inconsistency in the rules of description, brought up the need of development of state identity for description of printed editions in library catalogs. As a result, the “Common Rules of Print Media Description in Library Catalogs” came out in 1949. In 1970–1980s IFLA developed a series of documents – International Standard Bibliographic Description (ISBD), regulating the text and structure of bibliographic description that became the basis for creation and revision of national rules in many countries including Russia. The principal propositions of ISBD became a foundation of the new “Rules of the Bibliographic Description”, published in the USSR in 1986. In the “Rules…” heading was placed outside of the bibliographic description and considered as an element of the bibliographic record that assure greater compatibility of the structure and terminology of the bibliographic description with international recommendations. In 1998 the IFLA released the “Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records”, considered as a new conceptual model of cataloging in the electronic medium, that greatly influenced the creation of a new set of Russian cataloging rules, including the rules of forming of corporate headings. The main international trends observed in the making and use of authority information – the widespread use of authority files, usability compliance in the first place, assuring convenience for the exchange of authority records, were taken into account. There is an ongoing cooperation of many countries with the purpose of matching the rules and the techniques concerning structure and form of headings, which helps to reduce a waist on building authority information and increase the number of adopted records. This process is facilitated with developed in 2009 “Functional Requirements for Authority Data” (FRAD) conceptual model of IFLA at a theoretical level exploring how authority data works in the bibliographic universe. The Black Sea coast natives, Shapsugs, Ubygs and Abadzekhs’ traditional nature using in the middle of the XIX century (before moving to Turkey) and subsistence culture reconstruction is the item of this paper. The author’s attention is accented on the industries that determine the system of settling and territorial relations, agriculture and horticulture in the structure of the traditional integrated farming. Three groups of sources were used. The first group includes reports of pre-revolutionary researchers, contains information on containing the traditional forms of economic activity of the population of the area. For the second group, the historiographical sources were referred: the work of researchers of the XX century dedicated to the land use and livelihoods reconstruction. The third group includes field research of the author. The agricultural land explication along the coast of the Black Sea (area Tuapse-Sochi), systematic information on the species composition of “Circassian gardens,” cereal and fruit crops are given in tabular form. Description of the main technologies and analysis of environmental factors affecting the level of development of the traditional economy are presented separately. It is concluded that the proportion of direct dependence of agriculture on the vertical zoning of natural territorial complexes (landscapes). It is suggested that the rural communities location in the upper reaches of rivers determined access to the alpine pastures, which raises the importance of livestock for a limited part of the coastal population. The working hypothesis that the environmentally deterministic balance traditional sectors of the economy has led to a lack of distinct ethnic specificity was formed. It is assumed that the unified Adyghe-Abkhaz tribal subsistence culture formation was due to not so much landscaped environment as stabling system of interethnic (intercultural) communication.The stability of the traditional way defines a continuous exchange of technology, varieties, breeds of cattle, marketable products. The article on the basis of a wide range ethnographic archival field and references gives the analysis of homebuilding culture of Tatars’ local group living in the territory of Tara Irtysh region. The work presents information about the basic forms and types of buildings which were common during the period of the end of the XIX–XX centuries in the group study. The research made an attempt to present the dynamics of development and functioning of the cultural house-building traditions over a specified period of time on the basis of available material. Culture dispensation is considered in the context of common cultural traditions and group study of ethnic history. The study shows that the traditional dwelling of Tara Tatars remains relevant in the culture dispensation until the end of XIX – early XX century, afterwards gives way to a more practical change in the conditions of economic activity and the transition to a steady living carcass as a single chamber housing. In the analyzed period, we can speak about the functioning of the already formed relatively new to the Tatar population tradition of building the log buildings. At the same time, some elements of traditional dwellings preserved and continued to build. A direct impact on the cultural change dynamics associated with the technology dispensation provided by natural geography. Significant impact on the Tatars homebuilding tradition had long contacts with the Russian population. In favor of borrowing the carcass technology is the fact that in the language of Tara Tatars it did not work out special terminology related to the construction technology and name of individual structural parts. At the same time, some elements of the sphere of culture were borrowed from the Volga Tatars, actively migrated to Tara Tatars towns since the middle of the XIX century. Perhaps the culture development in the dispensation of the studied population was influenced by the phenomenon of bilingualism. Thus, the conducted research allows to say that during the studied period the Tara Irtysh region Tatars homebuilding culture despite some transformation, kept in general traditional elements up to the end of the XX century. In last few decades in the Republic of Belarus, there has been a revival of cultural tourism. The tourist image of Belarus on the world service market is determined by the original historical and cultural guise of the country, which was formed due to its special geopolitical position on the junction of western and eastern civilizations, on the border of European, Byzantine and Russian cultural traditions. In Belarus, there are over 17 500 historical and cultural monuments, 4694 of which are included in the State Register of historical and cultural treasures of the Republic of Belarus. The list of the world historical and natural heritage of UNESCO includes the national park “Belovezhskaya Pushcha,” Mir Castle Complex, architectural cultural complex in Nesvizh and “Struve Geodetic Arc.” According to the estimates of specialists, only 10 % of the historical and cultural monuments are included in tourist routes. That is why today the specialists in the sphere of tourism, representatives of local authorities and involved public see their task in finding the effective ways of preservation of historical and cultural heritage of the country and realization of its potential in the sphere of tourism. The analysis of the present state of cultural tourism in the Republic has revealed the most effective measures to promote tourism based on the historical and cultural heritage of the country, among them – the complex target programs – such as “The Castles of Belarus.” According to research, at different time on the territory of Belarus there were no less than 150 castles with their unique history, architecture and landscape. The state programme aims at coordination of special events to preserve, conserve, restore and adapt 38 objects that exist in the currently planned system of locations. Another effective means of promotion of cultural tourism on the state level is the campaign “The Cultural Capital of Belarus.” Its aims are to make the best achievements of the national culture more accessible to Belarusians, to stimulate the activities of regional institutions of culture and of local authorities, to attract national and foreign tourists to different regions of the Republic. The statistics prove that the work has been effective: in 2010 Nesvizh Castle had only 170 000 visitors, but after the official launching of the campaign “Nesvizh: the Cultural Capital of Belarus” in the summer of 2012 it was visited by over 400 000 people from Belarus and abroad. Social stereotypes, in their different forms, are unobtrusively offered as role models, both of male and female behavior. The authors refer to the gender stereotypes which today, often in veiled way, try to program the patterns of psychological reactions and behavior of men and women. The peculiar algorithm of the social and gender behavior is offered at the stage of early childhood in the very first literary works, which the child gets acquainted with in fairy tales. The purpose of the work is to study A. Pushkin’s tales in the context of gender stereotypes. The following tasks are solved: - to understand the concept of gender stereotypes and their classification; - to analyze the four A. Pushkin’s tales, using the developed classification of gender stereotypes; - to determine the impact of A. Pushkin’s works on the process of gender socialization in modern conditions. On the basis of the gender stereotypes typology developed by R.G. Petrova, the article revealed the presence of traditional gender stereotypes in the Pushkin’s tales, according to which the ideal image for the girl appears to be “a fair maiden” (hard-working, modest, the one you want to save and protect), and for the boy, it is the image of “good fellow” (bold, strong young man, the savior and protector). However, the article identified and described the effect of “mirroring” the gender stereotypes the author used to emphasize the negative attitude towards evil characters. Thus, moralizing the magic tales, from the early age, forming the ideals in images of their characters, encourage the young readers not only be kind and honest, adopting the best moral qualities, but also conform to gender roles in the society through the use of gender stereotypes. And one of the carriers and the means of transferring these stereotypes are the tales of our great classic. Each culture has its own peculiarities in perception and experience of space. One of the features of Russian culture is often defined as “the power of space.” Space complex in culture is formed by such concepts as “expanse,” “space,” and “liberty.” “The power of space” is realized in wanderings and nomadism. Transition epochs, sharing and connecting the cultural historical periods, are characterized by dynamism. In the situation of cultural dissonance, archetypal parts of culture are updated, strong cultural schemes acquire new content. In Russian culture at the beginning of the XX century, the nomadic subject appears as the reflection of era attitude. In Scythian nomadism of early XX century, “feeling” of space rooted in the grounds of mental culture and “experience” of the space generated by the spirit of the age are connected. Awakening the Scythian origin in Russian culture is associated with the reorientation in the civilizational space, reviewing the complex “my own strange space.” Nomadism appears as a sign of “other” cultures: Steppes, Eastern, but a cultural rift updates the natural beginning, nomadic instinct. The European civilization principle, dominated for a long time, is opposed by the challenge of Steppe generated by sociocultural disasters. In the cultural context, the era of nomadism is experienced and perceived uniquely, receives different connotations. While some consider this “invasion” of Steppe as the threat to habitual existence of Russian culture, for others, it is an expression of the era spirit. The article considers the origins of space complex containing the nomadic motifs in Russian culture, the perception of space, the essence of the phenomenon of nomadic culture at the beginning of the XX century, the plot of “homelessness-nomadism” generated by era. This article analyzes symphonic works by Rodion Shchedrin’s “Prelude to the performance of the 9th Symphony of Beethoven on the first day of the XXI century in Nuremberg” and “Heiligenstadt Testament Beethoven,” inspired by the works and sayings of the great German composer, one of the representatives of Viennese classicism. Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony is a landmark work for the German culture. The same sign for the world music culture of the postmodern era becomes a “dialogue with the classics,” in which many contemporary composers are participating. The presented text is devoted to examples of this ambitious and multi-faceted phenomenon – a dialogue between Rodion Shchedrin and Ludwig van Beethoven. Shchedrin’s Symphonic fragment “Heiligenstadt Testament of Beethoven” is a rare in the history of music sample, which was created under the impression of the epistolary art, letters written by Beethoven in one of the most crucial and critical moments of his life. The focus of the article is Shchedrin’s individual approaches to style models and ways of appeal to a different era. The composer in his own way, breaking techniques and tools polystystics developed in the second half of the XX century, embeds them in his own style. The article discusses the genre and compositional and dramatic features of the mentioned works, the principles of orchestration and thematic material. The author analyzes the work of Shchedrin with Beethoven’s stylistic models, as the timbre of special orchestral colour, conflict, drama, type of musical form, intonation and rhythmic formulas – all that is associated with the music of the great composer of the era of the French revolution. In the late 20th century, Chinese accordion art flourished in performance, creation and education, which promoted the study on related problems with the artistic history of folk instrumental music. The writer focuses his attention in a special field of the late 20th century accordion compositions. These works written by composers present vivid pictures with traditional Chinese music and influenced by the West. Accordion compositions of that period can be divided into two aspects: original accordion composition and creative composition based on original work (including national feature or professional tradition). Learning from the Russian musicology, the writer begins to research the classifications of accordion adapted compositions and count the occupancy of new materials in adapted works. The author’s primary mission is to trace and specify the impact of Chinese composers’ works for China and Europe (Ice dream by Li Yunhe, Fairies Throw Flowers by Li Yuqiu, etc.), and summarize the creation characteristics of adapted accordion works in that specific period, observing and studying the applying feature of QuPai, the structure of which is related with the Chinese traditional Opera. Basing on these analytical results, the writer concludes as follows: the Chinese accordion art has gained better development than the accordion program in former years both, in quantity and in quality. Compositions in that period have a riper style, varieties of artistic images, types, instrument performances (solos created for accordion, and ensemble works created by philarmonic and other instruments), utilization of structure and presentation. Besides, the composers borrow new European composing technique and composing skills (polyphony, dodecaphony technique, atonal elements). The traditional singing folklore becomes a study object in educational establishments, a source of inspiration of composers, arrangers and performers. Before it was addressed as to the subject matter, requiring mandatory alteration, at present it is noted by the careful attitude to the original. Strong requirements of the written music education, concerning all non-european cultures as to a “draft” material, required from choral arrangers of the Bashkir national songs knowledge of the transcription bases constructed on uncharacteristic for monody a functional harmonious frame, and polyphonic. However such requirements disconnect performers from the roots of national culture. The article gives an assessment to the educational ensembles working with the Bashkir folklore and comparative analysis of the syncretism elements which are peculiar to national musical culture. The problems, concerning researches of a traditional song and musical toolkit in their solo and ensemble a combination are briefly mentioned. Musical examples of use of traditional sounding instruments properties and rare displays of national playing music (uzlau, typyrzau and onomatopoeia) are given as an example. The term “Uzlau” marks two types of traditional Bashkir playing music. The first is a bourdon throat support of long folk tunes “ozone-kuy” on kuray, the second is a special type of songs, carrying in the international practice the name “overtone singing” that not at all pin-points the mechanism of songs uzlau. “Typyrzau” (tramp of feet) is an underlining the articulation structure of songs or bright accents of a folk tune characteristic tramp of feet in the certain rhythm. “Onomatopoeia” as the traditional type of culture actively functions now. The given type of traditional Bashkir musical art is actively developed. The modern training goes to the original mixture of musical thinking of written tradition with vocal improvisation. Their coordinated combination has a prospect of introduction of folklore in the academic field. The current interest of the research is conditioned by the necessity to perform a comprehensive analysis of artistic traditions of the Bashkir national garments which increases in the process of accumulating new achievements in various fields of science by some means related to Bashkir life and household. Understanding the garments, particularly adornments, as an object of either material or spiritual art formed in the course of everyday life and at the same time having high religious value of ancient images requires a system approach to studying the national heritage. The aim of the research is to perform an artistic analysis of the main types of Bashkir adornments classified according to their intended purpose and manufacture materials into four groups: pectoral adornments, neck adornments, plait adornments and small metal adornments. The analysis results enable us to single out a set of stylistic peculiarities in the adornments design, the brightest feature of which is the creation of a dynamic composition in almost all forms of decoration using the coins, beaded fringe, pendants and chains. Besides, a combination of materials contrast in colour, texture and plastics, traditional for Bashkir culture and forming the adornments inimitable in their artistic value, contributes to originality of the adornments. Monumentality of the adornments arising of their large size and regular geometric shapes was considerably mitigated by their decoration with rhythmically alternated and movably fixed elements. It should also be noted that the Bashkirs widely used silver, corals, semiprecious stones (turquoise, carnelian), coloured bead and various averters as the basic material for adornments. The latest archeological findings of modern adornment prototypes in artifacts of the Bronze Age may be indicated as historic reference proving antiquity of certain types of Bashkir decorations, such as pectoral and plait adornments. Ohuokhay is a circular dance of Yakut people. This dance is mainly executed on a national holiday of New Year called the Ysyakh. These works contain the first information about the performance of Yakut circular dance (Lindenau, Shchukin, Middendorf, Khudyakov, Maak, Seroshevskiy, Yastremskiy), first examples of verbal texts (Middendorf, Khudyakov, Yastremskiy) and musical score (Middendorf). These authors used terms of Russian and European science for description of Yakut circle dance. But they were able to write down original national terms too. So the word “iungkiuiu” is found in the publications of Lindenau, Maak. Khudyakov commemorated word-combinations “iungkiuiu iungkiuiuliuiullèr” (dancing a dance) and “iungkiuiu toһoğoto” (the nail of dance), which also connected with the round dance. In these books, there is no such modern term as “ohuokhay.” This word as a variant “eһiekhey” appears for the first time in 1947, in the work of D. Sivcev “Sakha folklora” (The Yakut folklore). Nevertheless, sources of the second half of the 18th-early 20th centuries contain valuable information for studying the dance traditions of the Yakut people. Bashkir national song “Azamat” is the traditional type of music, classified as ozone-kuy (bash. – a longering canto-ornamental song), containing the reflection of a person who lived a difficult life before death. The song up-to-date becomes a subject matter for a composition work and object of musicological researches. Often choral arrangers address to it. The Bashkir musical culture is based on monody, but not monophonic, as noted in some studies. Another misconception, leading to the erroneous position of S.I. Rudenko, that Bashkir singing is solo, although numerous descriptions preserved Bashkir tradition of collective singing, which was perceived by the authors as the inability to play music together. The origins of this biased view are incorrect in comparison of strictly regulated polyphony types and the tonal system of the European tradition with improvisation and permanence of monody scales. Many national polyphonic symptoms do not fit into the rigid framework of the academic theory. Bashkir composers of the older generation were well aware of the differences in the requirements of the national traditions and academic canons. The article gives the assessment to characteristic properties of the Bashkir collective playing music, the comparative analysis of used elements arrangers musical invoice, as academic, based on four voices (functional harmonious accords and polyphonic elements of imitating type), and monody type (bourdon, heterophony, one-linearity, etc.). The reasons which are not allowed in the second half of the XX century to arrange a Bashkir monody from positions of a modality, basic of which is the state of cultural policy declared any deviations from eurocentrism by the religious nationalist and reactionary beginning are briefly mentioned. Musical examples of latent application monody elements in “Azamat” choral partitas are resulted by known Bashkir authors K.J. Rahimov, M.P. Fomenkov and R.V. Salmanov. Alternatively, the author offers modern types of processing the monody, as traditional with application of digital technologies. The basic progress directions outlined monody systems in development. The activity of outstanding Austrian pianist and teacher Gottfried Galston (1879–1950) remains lowstudied today. As Leshetitsky’s trainee, he was known in Russia and abroad. Galston is an author of the “Study Book” written in a unique genre and containing experience over a cycle from 5 concert programs, each of which is devoted to one composer: I.S. Bach, L. Beethoven, F. Chopin, F. Liszt and I. Brahms. Recording the performance of Chopin’s etude op. 10, no. 12 by Galston is considered in the article. On the basis of the analysis of Galston’s sound recording and materials of his “Study Book”, the author seeks to reconstruct performing style of the pianist. All performing means used by Galston, are directed on creation of an integral artistic image of work. Even apparently excessive tempo freedom sounds logically, naturally and opens character of the etude. Deviations from the author’s musical text are thought well over and directed in creation of an image. The shaping is reached by a complex means applied on joints of sections which are outlined by a means of timbre addition of sounds of the low register, rhythmic point of a dotted line, dynamic growth and contrasts, tempo shifts, agogics expansions and pedal effects. Galston thinks of timbres and registers, his sound palette is colourful and various: from thunderous to mysterious sound. The pianist owns a nuance and possesses big dynamic range, saturation and intensity of its intoning attracts attention. Pedalization is an area of close attention of Galston. It is carefully verified, and is a distinctive feature of performing style of the pianist. Apparently, Galston mastered a pedalization. The text of “Study Book” by Galston abounds with the most interesting figurative and semantic connotations. Its figurative characteristics and associations give a chance “to glance” in an inner world of the performer, in his creative laboratory. In the years of the Great Patriotic War many cities and towns of our country saw the process of active formation of new professional choirs, as well as conditions for amateur choirs development. In 1942 a group of enthusiastic people led by Maria VitalyevnaTolmacheva organized a choir of Uralvagonzavod in Nizhny Tagil. Its foundation was determined by the necessity of cultural servicing of plant employees, wounded soldiers in hospitals, pupils at schools. Since its foundation the amateur choir had performed predominantly two-part music pieces. Choir members could not read music sheets at first and did not think about learning to do so. While choosing the repertoire, the following factors were taken into consideration: topic importance, singers’ interest and preferences, emotional impact of songs. Folk songs were considered especially heartwarming and sincere. Step by step M. V. Tolmacheva started to introduce the elements of sheet music reading in her class, before learning the new choir pieces. Talks about various composers’ oeuvre became systematic. Choir members developed a keen interest to have a deeper insight into music history. All these factors helped to broaden repertoire, as well as move to a new quality level. Positive results of those efforts were confirmed by the prestigious awards of different local, regional, as well as national amateur arts festivals. The following art directors were in charge of the choir in its different periods of activities: M.V. Tolmacheva (1942–1952), E.I. Vakulenko (1952–1959), S.I. Volkov (1959–1965), A.S. Faybusovich (1965–1974), A.B. Karaulov (1974), B.N. Grichenichenko (1975–1989), N.A. Fedchenko (1989–2009). Everybody of the above mentioned managed to feel new time trends, choose the appropriate repertoire and continue the traditions founded by the previous leader. In the 1990s and at the turn of the century, the choir faced the difficulties stipulated by mainly social and political reasons which caused its termination of activities in 2009. However, it is still considered to be one of the best amateur academic choirs, representative of national choir culture from the Great Patriotic War to present days. Human identity is revealed in its entirety as an active being, the subject choice of an individual way of life, a free, responsible, purposeful behavior, having an integrated system of multiple unique individual qualities. Appeal to the study of personality leads to the consideration of various orientations: polar, complementary, such as objective and subjective, deterministic and indeterministic, monologue and dialogue. The diversity of methodological orientations in the study of personality corresponds to the diversity of human images. The concept of a person’s identity different from that of the individual and personality. For the artist, characterized by a certain manner, it is an artistic handwriting, a set of techniques, individual stylistic and technical features in the works. The end of the 20th century have seen the development of “individual” style for each individual artist. “Style” in relation to an individual means a set of features that characterize the individual style of the creator. The science of art conducting was developing during the last decades and has turned from narrow-interpreted manual technique into conducting performing art technology and psychology. The last scientific research has resulted in the thesis by O.S. Tremzina on the topic “Conductor’s gesture as an artistic phenomenon.” The problem consists in the result of a conductor’s artistic activity that is always indirect by performing activity of an orchestra which is a collective subject that always brings some creative unpredictability. The author of the thesis tries to comprehend one of the aspects of this problem which makes its research actual and important. The writer of the thesis studies three levels of a conductor’s gesture and music correlation: ontological (essential), component (structural) and semantic (notional), which is a new approach to the raised problem. Another important thing is to disclose conductor’s gesture as an intonation-rhythmic phenomenon imitating the qualities inherent in musical intonation and rhythm. The writer of the thesis concludes by saying that intonation is the ground of a conductor’s gesture interpretative (artistic) function. The conclusion of the writer of the thesis comes to understanding the conductor’s gesture as collective creative activity artistic-expressive means model that makes it consider an integrated artistic phenomenon. The idea proposed by the author is a serious innovation of the thesis though there are some questions to be answered. Our main claim to be filed concerns the terms of the research. Thus the author gives no analysis of the fundamental notion of the art of conducting, i. e. “manual movement” in connection with the “conductor’s gesture” term which results in a great deal of confusion and inaccurate conclusions. Meanwhile the analysis of a conductor’s gesture and manual expressive movement leads to their following characteristics. A conductor’s gesture is laconic in time and environment, rational and fulfils first and foremost the certain technical task. Expressive movement is procedural and emotional, i. e. it bears an artistic image emotional component. This is the reason why we disclaim the author’s statement that a conductor’s gesture acts as an artistic phenomenon. The applied official status of a gesture determines it first of all as a technical means to reach artistic aim. A conductor’s gesture cannot lay a claim to priority in illustrating music, let alone some stage adaptation as it is stated in the thesis. Such gesture’s qualities have nothing in common with the interpretative function of conducting art. Wrong conclusions prove therefore that the research conceptual terminology has been left undeveloped. But in spite of all mentioned above we consider that the thesis by O.S. Tremzina in general contains conductor’s gesture concept (in our version – expressive movement) both as the means initiating corresponding musical orchestra sound and implementing this sound in itself. All original scientific ideas reflected in the research work are obvious. The results of the research widen specialists’ understanding the structure and essence of conducting performing art. Speaking as a sample and/or rule (standard) behavior law defines the boundaries (limits), in which, there are some phenomenon or object, while retaining their quality and without losing its essence. Anyway, they are reflected in the socio-cultural stereotypes, broadcast through social institutions, including various media. A direct impact on the effectiveness of the law is provided by social factors, and essential to the full knowledge of the legal norms study of their creation and actions in specific historical conditions of real life. The rule of law, determined by the historical development of society that is installed and detected in the organic development of the national spirit. As an abstract model of social relations and human behavior, the law is not imposed by force, and is a product of the society development and must be perceived by the society as a social necessity, and landmark of conduct in all spheres of life. The development of the law in the period of social evolution of Russia gives the right to assume that in medieval society there was serious legal culture, influencing the formation of socio-political thought. Characteristically, this idea developed in the context of class inequality and struggle, but also with the significant influence of religious dogmata. This process, far from perfect, we observed in the development of the Russian legal system, where legal norms and socio-political development of the state are not only inextricably linked, but also significantly affect the socio-cultural space, reflected in the Russian daily mentality. When the rules of law reflect the needs of social development, the interests of the nation and of all mankind reveal not formally abstract set of laws and their system, contributing to the preservation of the society. For optimal creation and application of legal norms, there must be a necessary analysis and consideration of public opinion, because the most important characteristic of the legal norm is its social significance and necessity. Compliance of the rules of law is a fundament of legitimacy of any state. Any rule of law to some extent restricts personal freedom of an individual, and legitimacy limits ability of authorities. Violation of the law in all spheres of life has gradually led to destruction of the very idea of a fair state, which exists for the benefit of people. As noted by F.A. Hayek, it is invalid to specify the rules of law in respect of individuals and their privileges, because if at the time of adoption of the law is the result, it is known, such a law is not a tool that free persons can use at their discretion. For the stability of the regulatory system the conflict between the legislative and executive power is dangerous. Overcoming such a conflict is possible in the process of finding a compromise among all subjects of law-making and law-enforcement activities in the conditions of existence of social agreement. Consensus should be based on the fundamental principles and norms. First of all, the recognition of entities, as equal participants in public relations, having the opportunity to influence the development of these relations. Relevance of the presented article is defined by theoretical and practical experience of archival service of Kemerovo region in implementation of process of integration of accounting the CPSU documents into system of accounting the Archival fund of the Russian Federation. The work purpose is to generalize practice of realization of process of integration during 1991–2013, to reveal specifics of Kuzbass. As the main materials for creation of article the documents of the State Archive of Kemerovo Region for the first time introduced into scientific circulation, also normative legal acts of federal and regional level served. They served as the key principles and methods of this article creation: the historicism which allowed to reconstruct process in a chronological order, comparative analysis promoting the detection of specifics of Kuzbass in practical implementation of the law “About Party Archives”. As a result of the conducted research, the authors came to the following conclusions: for over 20 years in accordance with the recommendations of Federal Archival Agency of Russia, the basic rules, guidelines State archive of the Kemerovo region conducted a range of activities, providing the record stored in CPSU archive documents with the state archives of organizational and methodological basis. The article presents a characterization of social structure of the Russian society of the XIX century, the nobility in the Dymmanov family, whose ancestors in the earlier period of Russian history moved from one of the European countries (Germany or Austria) to Russia. The publication also reflected a number of laws and governmental structures that perpetuated their privileged position in community. The relevance of the publication is proved by the interest of scientific community in the United States and Europe to the private lives of ordinary people, certain population groups, professional subcultures, etc., which was covered by a number of scientific publications. The method of biographical reconstructions “family histoty” used by the author, not only helps to recreate the life history of the individual members of the Dymmanov genes over a very long period, but also provides insight into the cultural and historical panorama of the era to which they belonged. Having become citizens of the Russian Empire, some members of this family were elected by the nobility self-government for elected positions of district police chiefs and exercised judicial and administrative authorities in the cities of Vitebsk province in the first half of the XIX century. Others (and they were the majority) devoted themselves to military career that was considered the most prestigious in the society. They served in the Russian Imperial Army, participated in many military campaigns: the war of 1812 and foreign campaigns of the Russian army, the Crimean War of 1853–1856, the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. Some members of this family, converted to Orthodoxy, became part of the Russian clergy and religious activities in their homeland, Vitebsk province, in the late XIX – early XX century. Among the members of the Dymmanov family, there was a journalist, as well as a number of teachers in rural public schools. The information search about one of the most important representatives of the family, France Yakovlevich Dymmane, military chief of Ufa, General Major, retired, hero of the defense of Sevastopol during the Crimean War, helped to gather quite broad information about this family, as well as restore a related line, coming from his ancestors, his descendants from the end of the XVIII century to the first half of the XX century. Thus the student becomes an active participant in the learning process that takes into account the principle of partnership and conscious interaction with the teacher, which will lead to the development of autonomy, creativity and personal responsibility for the outcome of learning, gradually transformed into the individual style of professional activity. To solve the problem of successful formation of individual style of students’ learning activity in high school there was a need to identify its components. In the study, we identified the following components of formation of individual style learning activities of students in high school: personal-psychological, cognitive, motivational, action-productive, reflective-assessment. Guided by the above, we have developed the principles of e-learning tools in foreign languages on the example of multimedia electronic textbook (MET) “German: Ecology and environmental issues”, and the main methodological techniques for working with them. Based on the results of the study, we can conclude that the use of computer technology in education leads to successful formation of an individual style of teaching and students’ cognitive activity that results in high academic achievement. We study the problem of the formation of political culture, civil society and education in the eastern regions of Russia, Siberia and the Far East. This article attempts to uncover, based on archival materials, the unknown aspects of the activity of cultural and educational societies, show their relationship to the party-political forces and the impact on the culture of the region. Cultural and educational organizations have played a significant role in the spiritual life of the population of the eastern regions of the country. Formed by largely non-party intellectuals and the middle class, these societies pursued purely “uplift” goals, sought to dissociate themselves from politics. However, members of political parties understand that participation in the societies and institutions of cultural and educational nature, on the one hand, allows to keep contact with the masses and, on another, extends the capabilities of advocacy. Although legitimate cultural and educational societies often find consensus, representatives of various political parties and groups, some of them still attempt struggle for dominant influence between the Social Democrats, Socialist Revolutionaries, Cadets. However, no region in the east of the country, no single party managed to create their own “party groups” in any legitimate cultural and educational society. The paper analyzes the phenomenon of visualization in foreign and domestic theoretical sources in the practice of contemporary visual art. It emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of the visualizing process. It determines by the specific features of the functioning of contemporary culture through the analysis of visual space in which the visualizing activity of modern man, and the designation of a specific concept of “visual environment” (internal and external), provides an analysis of its qualitative characteristics. Special attention is paid to the virtual nature of the visual space of contemporary culture. It is proved that visual space is formed under the influence of a complex socio-cultural factors such as urbanization and the integration of society, information and the mass culture intensifying the human activity. We consider both, negative and positive factors of the process of visualization of contemporary culture. The author of the publication makes the main findings on the issue of the development of modern culture as a visual space and formulated the concept of “visualization” in terms of cultural approach, which highlights the main functional characteristics of the visualizing process. This article analyzes the first reviews of the Russian press on the innovative plays of Belgian symbolist Maurice Maeterlinck in the context of cultural typology of D.S. Likhachev. A material of studies was reviews in the periodicals of the 1890, such as “The Actor,” “The Theater Newspaper,” “The Russian Wealth.” These publications reveal problems of conditioned aesthetics of symbolism (“secondary” culture) perception by Russian criticism, which focused on the philosophy of positivism and the aesthetics of realism (“primary” culture). The first Russian reviews about M. Maeterlinck describe ways of adaptation routine on stage in his dramas, similarity and difference of the classical tradition. On the basis of the analysis of theoretical ideas of Belgian playwright, the author describes rejecting the traditional understanding the drama action. All the examples of classical dramatism lie in the sphere of external for this author, meanwhile the accent is put on the “second order dialogue” or so called “underwater stream.” Multilevel relations between text, implication and uptext make special flexible structure of their plays. In this concern the article puts a question of the spectators’ new borders of perception. The audience is supposed to understand associations and emphasized unpresentable images. The author drives to the conclusion that on the basis of Maeterlinck’s static theatre, there appears a “relative” approach, and as a result, there appeared the necessity of the presence of a new type of stage director, in the structure of the play. The author concludes that the concept of a cultural phenomenon “conditioned theater” and the tools for its analysis begins to form in the literary and theatrical approach. Therefore, the article deals with the importance of the ideas of Belgian playwright Maurice Maeterlinck in forming the principles of a conditional show on the Russian stage on the edge of XIX–XX centuries. The main aim of the article is to show the transformation of scientific methodological activity from methodological guidance to methodological support, and further to remote consulting services proper to librarianship organization of most foreign countries, evidently for SPSTL SB RAS scientific methodological activities. SPSTL SB RAS as the central library participated in creating about 70 libraries of the departmental library network of SB RAS. The methodical center carried out centralized technological, information and library processes, developed regulatory legal and methodical documents, organized events to improve the personnel skills, performed a significant part of the network efforts, creating the conditions for libraries’ network development with minimal staff. Transformation of both, legal relations between the methodological center and SB RAS library network and main directions and forms of scientific methodological activities took place in 55-year period. The general administrative command style of management in the country affected SPSTL SB RAS and the library network relations in the 1960–80s. The Decrees of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the Ministry of Culture of the USSR promoted converting the methodical activity into controlling one. Consequently, the scientific methodological guidance was ideological orientation and not always contributed to the development of librarianship. Since the early 1990s the general style of governance in the country changed the weakening administrative command system, which resulted in a shift from methodological guidance, strictly regulating the activities of libraries of CLS, to a more democratic methodological support. The methodical activity of SPSTL SB RAS increased the role of other functions: research, innovative, consulting, education etc. Changes in the labor legislation in 2008 and independence of the network libraries from the methodical center affected the relationships of SPSTL SB RAS and network libraries, prevalent recommendation forms of cooperation and methodological consulting common to the most foreign countries began to prevail. The article examines the experience of Russian and foreign museums, addressed to visitors with disabilities. This article contains the author's recommendations on the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the process of museum communication. Adaptation of this group of visitors to the conditions of modern life through a variety of cultural practices is increasingly understood by museums as one of the important activities to create a barrier-free environment. Social specificity of disability is in spatially environmental, informational, psychological, communicative and other barriers that prevent people with various health disabilities to be actively involved in society and participate fully in it. Currently, there is no deep scientific research on the practical implementation of the sociocultural, recreational and rehabilitation technologies in the museum for people with different types of disability. This perspective is relevant, the question of availability of basic expositions of Russian museums for visitors with disabilities remains controversial to this day. Dealing with organizational and methodological problems for the successful inclusion of people with disabilities in social and cultural environment of a museum, the author devotes considerable importance to the following issues: the availability of spatial environment of the museum, museum specialists with professional readiness to interact with disabled people, social partnership of a museum with social security authorities, public and charitable organizations. Special attention, according to the author, the work with the visitors with various health disabilities requires rethinking the traditional ideas about the presentation of museum information and development of new forms of interpretation of the material exposure. To achieve these goals, the museum can choose from the following course of action on the sociocultural rehabilitation. Firstly, the cognitive effect, which is focused on the acquisition by persons with disabilities of knowledge, concepts of historical and cultural heritage. Secondly, such direction as the organization and provision of meaningful leisure time at the museum needs special attention. And thirdly, one of the components of museum communication may make a remedial developmental impact, which is aimed at compensation or correction of problems in development. The calendar rite in accordance with the classification of museology in the national intangible heritage belongs to the category expressed in physical form aspects of culture and tradition. These objects are a tangible expression of the results: the objects associated with them. Despite the fact that these items are not a subject to the intangible heritage, they are materialized as components of the tradition. Items related to tradition and endowed with the properties of sacredness, contain information about it, you need only open their information potential. Under the sacred in this paper, it refers to a particular semantics, reflecting the ceremonial ritual traditions of Russian Siberia. The Yuletide is a key holiday winter cycle. It belongs to the big holidays, that is, to those who walked a few days or a week. The Christmas time period is rife with ritual actions. As part of the Christmas festivities, it identified such major acts as caroling, glorification, posevanie, mummers, fortune telling, Vecherki, rasstaschikha, horseback riding. Each act is characterized by the use of certain material objects. For divination, they used mirrors, belts, keys, tongs, Pima. For the glorification, they manufacture a special star. When mummers used coats, sewn on clothes bells, armed with iron pots and other metal objects. During the horse riding, they used littered sled embroidered towels. Objects that are used can be divided in dark and minor key. Key items are native ritual semantics. This attribute was created specifically for the rite, and after holding, it is destroyed. Objects of the second group – minor – do not contain the actual value of the ritual, but endowed with sacred significance committed during ceremonies and built their values. Since the core subjects are practically not represented in museum collections, in the framework of updating, it is necessary to make them play. It identified the two methods of manufacturing plays: reconstruction and analogy. Minor items are well represented in museum collections, but it is necessary to disclose their information potential within actualization. The museum is looking for new forms of work with the visitor. It expands the range of cultural and educational activities, present intangible cultural heritage. Events for updating these objects help to attract visitors to the museum, therefore, they act as a source of income. But the desire to strengthen the economic component of this area leads to a deformation of the self-activity of the museum. The lack of a uniform methodology for updating leads to the transformation of tradition and unlikely it would create a competitive product on the market of such services. Development of model updating the calendar ceremonies at the museum will balance recreational, scientific and educational component measures to ensure the preservation of authentic objects of intangible cultural heritage and create a unique selling proposition. This paper is an attempt to form a cognitive definition of the concept of the homeless based on the 2010– 2014 excerpts from the articles selected from six big-circulation Russian daily newspapers available on-line. The author’s attention is directed towards the articles focusing on the homelessness of people, rather than the homelessness of animals. She also excludes from her analysis all the articles where the word “homeless” is used in a metaphorical sense. The paper discusses the tight connection existing between the concept of the homeless and other concepts within the same axiological sphere, in particular the concept of home. The data analysis is carried out based on the principles of the Lublin school of ethnolinguistics, where the selected texts are perceived as the answers provided to the “hidden questions,” such as, who is a homeless person, what they look like, what their characters are like, how they behave, and what attitude towards the homeless the other town dwellers seem to take. By using such an approach, it was possible to create a cognitive definition of the concept, where a homeless person is a member of a community in which norms of behavior considerably differ from the norms functioning in the “regular” society. A homeless person is very often a sick person, quite often an alcoholic or an offender, traumatized, used to the life they live with no intention of changing it in any way. The society should help the homeless survive (especially during the winter time), although very often they are not willing to accept the help that they receive. The article describes a new research project aimed on the problem of comparative and typological research of the local song traditions of two groups of peoples belonged to different families of languages (Slavic and Turkic) and to different historical cultural strata of Siberia. Relevance of the problem is determined by a necessity of a new methodological approach to comprehend essential features of the song traditions of the indigenous ethnic groups and migrants. А particular research program based on an interdisciplinary (philological and musicological) approach and on a synthetic paradigm is proposed. Scientific methods used for studying he Eastern-Slavic and Siberian musical cultures are integrated for the research purposes. Relevance of a comparative and typological research of local song traditions is determined by a necessity of developing a new methodological approach in order to comprehend essential features of the song traditions of the indigenous ethnic groups and migrants of Siberia. Scientific importance of the objectives of the project increases because of a necessity of preparing for publication several volumes of songs in the network of the academic series “Monuments of Folklore of the Peoples of Siberia and Far-East” (Altai, Belorussian, Khakas, Tuva and others). On the basis of previous studies of different song traditions of the Siberian peoples as well as of different research approaches used in both philology and musicology, and in different scientific schools, the collective of participants of the project created a particular program of the research based on an interdisciplinary approach and on a synthetic scientific paradigm. Several essential problems were discussed during two seminars. First of all, the terms “song,” “sung” and so on were examined: which phenomena could be defined as “song,” essential features of the song, etc. Then, very important problem of which ethno-taxonomic level could be appropriate for choosing its song tradition as “local” was discussed. The conclusion about individual criteria for this purpose was made: it could be song tradition of sub-ethnic group or separate part of it, song tradition of one village and even one performer or group, if they represent such tradition. A card of description of local song tradition was elaborated. It consists of 74 positions organized in three main blocks. First two positions describe full genre system of the tradition. Each genre is described following the algorithm: I. General characteristic. II. Verbal characteristic. III. Musical-poetical characteristic or grammatics. Here the number and type of grammatics relevant for the genre are examined, and then each of them is described successively. In a case of several historical recording or audio fixation of the tradition several cards should be made. The card prepared then will serve for the comparison and typology. Church Courses were for Chorus Teachers of the Yakutian Eparchy of late XIX – early XX century; in Yakutian eparchy teachers of church chanting were trained in church teachers’ schools. One of the obligatory requirements for the trainees was their ability to organize chorus in parish schools. But teaching the parish schoolchildren did not have strong background because training the teachers was rather poor. Church chanting teachers were often recruited directly from the locals. Therefore, among teachers of church chanting equally with graduates of the Court Choristers Chapel and Moscow Synod School, who were, as a rule, regents of archbishop’s chorus, skilled psalmists and even simply former choristers could be found. The population of parishes where were church schools expressed their desire to have teachers “with singing,” capable to organize a school chorus. Poor church chanting training was also caused by frequent absence of this subject in curricula of some parish schools. Besides, appropriate inspection of teaching this subject was not organized. The situation discouraged teachers from teaching pupils the church chanting. It seems strange but the same unsatisfactory state of teaching the church chanting existed both, in an eparchy school and in a seminary (theological college). Therefore the Yakutian clergy was always anxious with searching new forms of teachers’ training this subject, rather important in church life. The decision of this problem was seen in replacement of old staff of chanting teachers by younger one with appointment them corresponding salary. The Synod gave the Yakutian archbishop Nikanor the sanction to begin training of chanting experts for the eparchy directly in Yakutsk. In 1899, the commission under direction of M.N. Dubrovsky was organized. The members of the commission developed a short list of examination requirements for those who were interested in becoming the teachers of church chanting. The commission carried out its work during the courses which were held in summer period in 1899, 1911 and 1914. Representatives of Yakutsk, Olyokminsk, Viliuisk and Kirensk districts were among members of the courses. The total number of persons trained at the courses reached 247. However, judging by results at the end of the training, the certificates of church chanting teachers were given only to 54 choristers. In 1899, all organizational work and presentation of choral activity and problems of vocal and choral teaching methods were carried out by skilled choral singing masters M.N. Popov and A.P. Okhlopkov. During the following teaching courses in 1911 and 1914, regent of archbishop chorus Nikolay Fyodorovich Zaviyalov was responsible for all the work. The educational curriculum and requirements to candidates were not very complicated and included certain theoretical and practical knowledge: studying the notes and intervals of church music scale, training the singing according to church books of echos and shortened plainsongs (rospevy), learning the canticles and anthems of Sunday holidays, prokeimena (canticle refrains) for matins and liturgy, songs of praise on church major festivals, octoechos chanting the Nightlong Vigil and the Divine Liturgy. The main feature of the Yakutian courses was inculcation in future teachers pedagogical skills of working with children. The considered forms of training the church chanting teachers in Yakutia certainly helped to solve the problems of church chanting development and determined the further pedagogical prospects of development of Russian Orthodox chanting in the Yakutian eparchy and subsequently development of choral culture in Yakutia in the Soviet period. Today, when the independence issues of people with disabilities apply to all spheres of life, the problem of creating a barrier-free environment is urgent in universities. The main directions of work being done today in Kemerovo State University of Culture and Arts reflect the initial phase of adaptation of students with disabilities.
