The prognostic model of the external students’ creative potential development, including creative educational cognitive activity and the conditions for the development of personality’s creative potential is presented in this article. This article discusses the problems of perception of foreign prisoners of war of the post-war socialist reality. The author concludes that the prisoners of war education in the socialist system took place with great difficulty and constantly ran into confusion, covert resistance, and often in open confrontation.
