The phenomenon of model tunes is found out in song traditions of various Siberian peoples: Altaians, Buryats, Kazakhs, Siberian Tatars, Tofalars, Tuvinians, Khakasses, Shors, etc. Model tunes are also inherent to the song tradition of Tuva-Toju, a native minority of the North East part of Tuva Republic. The essay is based on the field data of Novosibirsk Conservatoire collected in the close of the XX century. Essential characteristics of the notion “model tune” are local circulation, non-attachment, polytextuality, and typified structure. Tuva-Tojus inhabiting villages Toora-Khem, Iy, Adyr-Kezhig use a limited number of tunes (19) to perform kozhamyks. Non-attachment and polytextuality, polytextuality and typified structure are interrelated. For example, a kozhamyk is mainly a non-attachment genre and may be performed in various situations including some calendar and family rituals. The situation of performing a song causes the content of poetic text improvised during the performance. Themes of kozhamyks vary a lot, but the main image and thematic spheres are love, relations between clans, and laudation of nature (small motherland). The model tunes are used as a constant element for improvisation of poetic texts. The typified structure of kozhamyks of Tuva-Tojus is manifested primarily in the field of rhythm, the modal factor is more flexible. The syllabic structure of poetic texts is based on repeat of 8-syllabic lines organized in 4-lined verses. There can be 6-, 7-, and 9-syllabic lines. In the tune lines are equated in length by means of typified syllabic rhythm. In Tuva-Toju tradition 5 types of typified syllabic rhythm are discovered. The 1st and the 2nd types are presented in 4 tunes each, the 3rd type – in 8 tunes, the 5th type – in 2 tunes, the 4th type – in one tune. The repertoire of performers offers one to four tunes, but most times they use only one of these tunes. The tunes are not reserved for certain performers. The performers of one village prefer to choose similar syllabic rhythm types. It is possible that precedently the choice of a syllabic rhythm type was a result of a performer’s belonging to a certain clan. The article discusses the field of composing the folklorism in symphonic works of Sergey Petrovich Moskaev (Khabarovsk – St. Petersburg), the relevance of which is determined by modern methods of his reintonation of folklore. These are analyzed works “folk decade” of his work from the mid-1980s, the time of occurrence of the Concerto No. 1 for piano and orchestra, until the mid-1990s, when there was “Russian Diptych” and the First Symphony. The specificity of the methods of work of the composer with folklore in general is consistent with the principles of complex reintonation. But a comparative analysis of the works allows to highlight the different principles of selection of folk material and its inclusion to the text of the author’s works. First, the selection of the folk genre and style (mainly at the level of elements) is performed by the composer with different degree of approximation to traditional Russian music typological invariants. There has been a transfer from operating genre defined by fragments of folklore material to operate more generalized elements of folk style: harmony, rhythm and texture. Together with subspecies, which are located between them, are formed the scale species, in which operate the principle of removal from the folklore genesis of the musical material. These prototypes included in the author’s themes and representing different folklore genres differently, conventionally called us folk-style models. Secondly, the works of “folklore” style are qualitatively different depending on the interaction with these or other landmark, national author’s or author-style models of national and foreign European professional music. The author’s models of S.P. Moskaev are specific. He received solid academic base in the traditions of the D.D. Shostakovich school, the structure of thinking led S.P. Moskaev to adapt folk origins in the system of the new means of musical writing of the 20th century. Interaction folk-style and author’s models denoted by the concept of folk-style modeling. This terminology concerning works of folklore direction is introduced in the Russian musicology for the first time. As conclusions represented the specific types of the folk-style modeling in the works of S.P. Moskaev. However, the classification of these types is more complete (possibly on a different musical material) is a separate theoretical problem. By the end of the XIX century (1897), the problem of training the church chorus singing teachers became very urgent. Blagoveshensk Eparchy needed the teachers too. The solution of the problem was seen in training teachers on the site. It was approved by The Holy Synod. It was decided to train teachers at secondclass schools at the courses organized by the eparchy. The first pedagogical courses for church chorus singing teachers took place in 1902 in Blagoveshensk, the center of the eparchy. The following courses were in 1903 and 1913. Teachers of the eparchy schools and missionary teachers studied at the courses. In spite of “closed” church education other people, such as teachers of ministry schools, teachers of Cossack department schools, “lecturegoers,” final-year students of seminary and any persons desired to learn church chorus singing were allowed to take the courses. The conducted courses differed both in results and in educational levels of the participants. The courses held in summer period were very intensive. The students studied not only at day-time classes but also in their own time and on days off and holidays. Regents and the most experienced church chorus singing teachers were invited to train students: S. Tikhvinsky, P. Rodionov, A. Zakharov, S. Prologinov, N. Tikhvinsky. For pedagogical classes, temporary (one month) schools were organized. Curriculum included studying the chants commonly used at church religious services, the main chants of Vigil, compulsory participation in choir singing, liturgical readings and chorus rehearsals. The courses concluded with solemn event with chorus singing of students and awarding the certificates. The students of the courses became certified teachers of church singing. More than 170 people took the courses of church chorus singing. The Eparchy allocated funds for conducting the teachers training courses. The relevance of study is connected with therethinking of European cultural heritage at the turn of the 20-21st centuries, in the estimation of which the concept of a single space for culture and national art began to sound more clearly. In Eastern Europe, a Jewish shtetl was one of such phenomena – a real world in its geography and history and at the same time a mythopoeic image – that became a crossroad of Jewish culture with other cultures of Russia. Severe consequences of the Civil War and both world wars, the totalitarian Soviet policy and emigration destroyed this world, but it remained captured in all types of art. The works of Jewish artists were of not only applied, but also aesthetic relevance, caused by religious precepts for decoration. The sources of sustainable images used by masters for decoration were Jewish medieval manuscripts, as well as Western European engravings with samples of ornaments, including Arabesque Oriental motifs, which came to Europe during the Crusades. The most common types of Jewish art were lapidary art,woodcarving, casting, chasing and engraving on metal, reyzele (decorative carving on parchment), and artistic presentation of books. A steady range of images and symbols, each of which had its meaning, can be traced in the works of arts and crafts. Among patterns, there are images of real and mythological animals, plants, individual objects of worship (for example, menorah, Torah). Allegorical imagery was associated with the prohibition on the image of a man in Judaism. Stylistic differences in the works from different regions allow us to trace their origin, as well as to classify the general trends of the shaped structure. The study of the formation of this art determines the actualization of the shtetl theme as a central topos of Jewish art masters of the Russian Empire. Sergei Yutkevitch began his career in the epoc of Soviet avant-guarde in the 1920s. The fashion of films was always important for him, like the modernity of film’s response as well. During his career Iutkevitsch directed five films about Lenin. It wasn’t only the necessity of the time in his case. He tried to create an ideal image of a chief of state and to make it in a modern fashion, not canonically. Rasskazy o Lenine (Stories about Lenin, 1957) is the middle film of Yutkevitch’s Leniniana. Made in the “thaw,” it describes Lenin as not only a leader but a human. Yutkevitch’s vision of the character was discussed in his correspondence with actor Maxim Shtraukh who played this role. We can see how the director and the actor were exploring different images of the character for each “story” and how it was connected with the cinematographic trend in the Soviet cinema of that time. During the shooting of the film, Yutkevitch changed director of photography Andrei Moskvin to Evgenii Andrikanis. It wasn’t only production case but very important correction of Yutkevitch’s point of the unity of the film visual image. There are two main topics in the main (second) part of the film: the factory and Lenin’s residence in Gorki. They are opposed to each other. The first one is the place of the “external” exposition of the character (his political opinions and disputes). The second one is the private place where the character is exposed in his reflections. The complex character created by the combination of two lines in the expressive dramaturgic structure was an innovation for the Soviet biographical cinema. The substance of the concept of “spiritual culture of society”. To this end, the most common analyses in domestic scientific literature axiological approach to understanding the spirituality and spiritual culture. The situation with their reflection in the West and in Russia is compared and its similarities are recorded, especially in relation to education and educational processes at various levels. The author uses an unconventional – tool – an approach to the definition of the spiritual culture of the society that allows its praxeological interpretation. In theoretical terms, spiritual culture is treated as category of the universe infinity and the human personality as the basis of available human form of transcendence. The juxtaposition of religious and theistic spirituality is set on this platform, in particular, the Orthodox Christian, spiritual components of secular culture, transmitted by basic science, philosophy, art. The article also discusses the theoretical and spiritual foundations of modern pedagogy reform, initially developed in exile by Russian philosopher and theologian Vladimir Zenkovsky and further elaborated in the works of Russian thinkers and scientists of the Soviet period – Rubinstein, A. Arsenyev, A. Petrovsky and their followers. We also give practical importance to the educational community of spiritual well-founded periodization of the development of human personality: infant, adolescent and young age. As the implications of the findings given the idea that the spiritual culture of society has immanenttranscendent nature, and includes all religious, esoteric, humanitarian, artistic and scientific practices that present human transcendence horizon. The article deals with manifestations of extremism in political culture of Bolsheviks during the Civil War in the East of Russia. Underattention to detail reconstruction of the concrete historical situation and study orientation of political action of the Communist Party, and especially its relations with political opponents. The study of historical experience of political action of Bolsheviks in the period under review, suggests the prevalence of extremism, an extreme form of radicalism in their political culture. These forms were expressed in the deployment of repression and terror against not only Bolsheviks, but also seeking an alliance with Bolsheviks’ political forces, as well as in acts of political revenge, move away from the tolerance and compromise, desire to establish a totalitarian one-party political system in the liberated eastern territories of Russia. The authors consider the process of acquisition of State Archives of Kemerovo region cultural institutions for the period of 1943–2013. The article deals with the quantitative indicators of this process, state finding aid for cultural institutions and features that arise in the process of acquisition of archive documents of institutions of this type. In modern conditions, society turns to understanding the social processes, different periods of the Russian history, seeking to obtain objective information about the past, to enter into scientific use a new layer of historical sources with general cultural, historical, and natural value. Before the archival institutions of Russia had three primary objectives: acquisition of the state archives, the organization of storage and accounting documents, as well as their use. All three of these problems are very important, but the question of acquisition are of particular importance. The reason is that, in contrast to the preservation and use of interarchival functions, the function of acquisition is interdisciplinary in nature. This implies a corresponding normative, legal and methodological support. Secondly, and most importantly, it is from recruitment, i. e. on how fully and accurately it will be selected and transferred to the State Archives a documentary evidence of a particular era, and will depend on source base of historical science. Problems of the state and community archives are not only in the plane of the improvement of archival and related legislation, regulatory updates and methodological support of the archives in this direction. Much depends on the state of departmental document storage and logistics, financial and staffing activities of state and municipal archives. The use of archival documents in the public interest is a major and very important task in the activities of the state archives. State Archives of Kemerovo region still continues to proactively inform the public about the availability of documents in the collections, publications, documents, organize the work of the reading room, issuing certificates, the performance of different types of queries. However State Archives of Kemerovo region pays considerable attention to the popularization stored documentary complexes and museum objects, by organizing various exhibitions (stationary, mobile, virtual exhibitions), excursions, day “open door” meetings with schoolchildren and students. Archival industry has always been considered a highly specialized and more closed than other areas of culture. But in accordance with the present constitution of archives related to general issues of science, culture and is a full-fledged component in addition to the library, museum business and other socio-cultural areas. Important public and social function of archives and their employees, unfortunately, is not obvious and, according to many, is reduced only to the storage of documents. Only the involvement of archives in the common cultural space of the region can overcome this prejudice, show the importance and, if you like, competitiveness archives at the present stage of development of society. There was no accident in appearing of an honorary citizenship class in the Russian Empire in the 1890s. It helped to solve several problems: removal of social tensions, integration problem of other worship and new ethnic groups, choosing people and giving them special privileges for the benefit of the Russian State. Advantages of eminent citizens in patent letters written by Ekaterina II were: exemption from corporal punishment, conscription, ability in owning country yards and gardens (except for populated estates), moving around city in a carriage pulled by 2 or 4 horses. Titles of eminent citizens were inheritable. Grandchildren of eminent citizens who were bearing the title blamelessly could ask for nobility on reaching 30 years old. In 1832, Emperor Nikolai I established the manifest about a class of honorary citizens. Honorary citizens were divided in personal and hereditary. The Morozov, Ryabushkinky, Guchkov families were the famous representatives of this class. The title of honorary citizen was removed by the Soviet Decree from November 11 (24) 1917 about abolition of classes and civil officials. Soon it was decided (on the similar principals) to reward honored citizens with “honorary citizen” title for the benefit of the city. New title establishment not only helped

The object of the article is stage speech art, which belongs to the official brunch of Soviet culture. The author explains the urgency of the comprehension of the stage speech art of Soviet period by the absence of scientific reflection of this question and by the timeliness of its reconsideration. The previously developed by the author typology of public speech culture is used as the methodological support of this research. This typology obtains confirmation of belonging the rhetorical type of the stage speech art of the official branch of Soviet culture in the article. The purpose of the article is formulation of logical stylistic canons of stage speech art of the official branch of Soviet culture. The principles of socialist realism and the value installations of stage speech art are analyzed here. The possibility of applying the value installations of stage speech art as the criteria of the identification of rhetorical type models is argued. The correspondence between the general principles of socialist realism, the value installations of stage speech art and its technological canons is established in the publication. The author determines the meaning of the term “canon” in connection with to stage speech art, he establishes and bases the technological canons, connected with logic and style of stage speech art, argues the action of two logical stylistic canons: “the priority of a text” and “illustrative quality.” The results of studies of linguists are used for the substantiation of the logical stylistic canons of stage speech art. There is an accent on the connection of vocabulary, syntax and stage speech. The article testifies to early forming the canon of “text priority,” explained the principle of its realization in the stage speech art. The author gives special attention to the argumentation of the “illustrative quality” canon. The technology of the application of an illustrative approach in the process of the stage embodiment of author's text is revealed in the article. The author proves the presence of the connection between using the simple speech tasks in the process of work with the text and illustrative style in the stage speech art. Addressing to the theory of harmony by Yuriy Nikolayevich Kholopov (1932–2003) is a hot topic in our days. Interest to it is dictated by the needs of pedagogical practice and determined by high validness and novelty of the results of activities of this outstanding Russian musician-thinker, but, still, it should be evaluated by the world community. The article deals with the problem of pedagogical effect of his theoretical system, particularly, teaching the harmony. Based on the materials of Kholopov’s text-books and training appliances on harmony, as well as on the results of her own pedagogical activities, the author of the article, using structural and historical approaches as well as method of contextual analysis, makes a research in conditions of application the methodic of this Moscow expert and shows the possibilities opening in teaching the harmony as “going through epochs.” Basic positions of Kholopov’s theory of structural components of harmony and methodical recommendations on the use in higher education practice of the training appliance by Kholopov “Harmony. In the context of the modernization of the national educational system, reflecting the transformation processes in the Russian society is the actual realization of adaptive management of the improvement of the professional teachers’skill. The investigated problem is linked to the improvement of the teachers’ qualification. The adaptive method for the professional development of teachers is able to take into account the individual characteristics of workers in education and to be oriented to meet their diverse professional needs, interests and capabilities in light of ongoing permanent social changes. The contradiction between the requirements for the system of improvement of a professional skill, to its quality and the inability of the system to meet modern requirements update the necessity of the adaptive improvement of the professional teachers’ skill. The article offers materials that are the result of study and analysis of such important aspects of the development of an adaptive school as adaptive control of the formation of professional teachers’ competence; it gives understanding the importance and nature of this process, its characteristics and essence The authors examine the different approaches to the concept of “adaptive school,” and “adaptive management” by the improvement of the teachers’ qualification. The adaptive management is able to change dynamically to the regularities of the self-directed development and is regarded as an adequate control of the environmental conditions in order to maintain the stability of the managed object. The specificity of the adaptive school is the need of the special teachers training to form their professional competence adequate to the purposes and objectives of the adaptive educational institution. The adaptive control of the professional educators’ formation should be at different levels of government, according to the division of powers of management subjects and the difference of adaptive subsystems. It proposes the levels of adaptive management of professionally competent teachers (personal level, level of the educational institution, city or district levels, regional and federal levels) and their characteristics. These levels demonstrate the integration of a teacher’s self-development into an intra-and-extracurricular training system. At each level, the adaptive training will be effective in creating certain organizational and pedagogical conditions. There is a change of a definition, well-known as a term “lexicography resource,” at the current stage of lexicography, informatics and socio-humanitarian sciences development. In the present article this term is considered from the standpoint of library and information sciences. The subject of this study is the main Russian Internet lexicography resources designed for the end user and used to meet socio-humanitarian internet requests at the virtual reference services in libraries. The aim of the study is a brief description of internet socio-humanitarian lexicography resources not enough used or not totally used at the virtual reference and bibliographic service of remote users. The main types of Russian lexicography resources used to meet socio-humanitarian internet requests are chosen on the basis of the archives of made references analysis. This article gives an appraisal of their typical diversity. Frequency of particular types of lexicography resources is determined. Such study is undertaken for the first time. The collected data about the usage of internet lexicography resources by bibliographers enable libraries to compensate the deficiency of expensive up-to-date lexicography resources and also to accelerate making references.
