Purpose: to justify the observed features of physical development of the individual and the nature of the flow pattern of biological maturity of morphological and functional structures of the body other than the population norm of behavior trends of these processes. Materials and Methods: analysis of scientific literature on the research, the use of survey data contingent of children of preschool and primary school age, the use of attributive semantic spaces, method of similarity and dimensions, the method of analogy, the method of slowly varying amplitudes. Results: the nature of occurrence of the individual characteristics of the physical development and the onset of biological maturity of morphological and functional structures of the whole organism. Substantiates the nature of occurrence of the individual variation of these processes. Conclusions: the existing differences in the individual development of physical and somatotype shaping involve a violation of the synchronization of interdependent relations system. This reduces the potential viability and is expressed in the constitution somatotype features that can be used for preclinical diagnosis.

Purpose: to study the organization and the level of the educational and training process in clubs and federations on historical and fighting fencing in Ukraine. Material and Methods: the following methods were used in the research: the analysis of references on the studied problem, questioning. The leading trainers and instructors of clubs and federations of Ukraine, and also specialists in applied fencing took part in the questioning. Results: the main types of historical arms and the direction of fencing which are developing in clubs and federations of historical and fighting fencing of Ukraine were defined on the basis of studying and analysis of biographical data. The level of a condition of the technique of fencing and the educational and training process, the importance of a problem of use of special terminology are determined in clubs and federations of historical and fighting fencing of Ukraine. Conclusions: the analysis of the obtained biographical data showed that it is paid not enough attention to the organization and carrying out the educational and training process in clubs and federations of historical and fighting fencing

Purpose: study of features of organization of mass sports of students and cadets which server military contract in positions of officers. Material and Methods: analysis of literary sources and documents, analysis of the systems, questioning (questionnaire), methods of the mathematical processing of data. In a questionnaire 97 respondents – 29 cadets of a 5 course and 68 students of 4 courses of military-legal faculty of the Yaroslav Mudryi National law university. Results: 69% cadets and only 35% students are engaged in the different types of motive activity in free time, here 48% cadets and 43% students elect the playing types of sport (football, volley-ball, basket-ball), 65,5% cadets and 48,5% students go in for sports for self-perfection and self-realization, here 45% cadets and 32% students plan necessarily to prolong to be engaged in the select type of sport upon termination of studies in higher educational establishment. Conclusions: the Study 4th Year Students And Students Of The 5th Year Of Military Faculty Of Law Has Shown That The Students Serious About Their Chosen Profession And Understand The Importance Of Physical Fitness In A Future Service, They Are Able To Objectively Assess The Level Of Their Physical Readiness And Are Ready For Further Self-Improvement

Purpose: to evaluate the effectiveness of technology in physical rehabilitation of children with functional single ventricle after hemodynamic correction. Material and Methods: 35 patients were examined, aimed at conducting hemodynamic correction including 23 boys and 12 girls aged from 6 to 14 years. A study was conducted using spirography at various stages of physical rehabilitation. The data were processed by adequate methods of mathematical statistics. Results: found reduced function of the respiratory system prior to the surgery. Operation led to a deterioration of most indicators of external respiration. After the rehabilitation course marked by recovery and improvement condition of the respiratory system. Conclusions: the applied technology of physical rehabilitation was effective

Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of the use of different rest intervals in the re-training of students-swimmers with the aim of development of special endurance. Material and Methods: In research took part students of KhNPU named after G. S. Skovoroda in the age of 16–17 years, who were engaged in the swimming section. In article were used following methods of research: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific-methodical literature, studying of best practices, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, statistical processing of the obtained results. Results: we investigated the influence of repeated loads, performed with the use of different rest intervals on the dynamics of the level of development of special endurance swimmers. Conclusions: it is proved that high-speed re-load with rest breaks due to the recovery of heart rate to 120 beats per minute, contributes to a more significant increase of the special endurance than re-load with regular predetermined intervals of rest

Purpose: identify the factors affecting the effective performance of the Children and Youth Sports School at the initial and preliminary stage of basic training. Material and Methods: analysis of the literary base, pedagogical research methods, statistical methods, questionnaire. Results: the understanding of the factors influencing the motor skills formation of students is displayed. The author grounded three-dimensional understanding of dissimilar conditions and factors determining the functionality of a Children and Youth Sports School taking into account the motivation of students the scope of use of the skills and other factors which don’t deal with teaching science. Conclusions: it was found that miscellaneous factors, many of which are associated with the state of material and technical base and infrastructure of the school, the region and the country as a whole affect screening the contingent of a Children and Youth Sports School

Purpose: to research the breadth and type of the diseases among the primary school pupils aiming on the physical education optimization. Material and Methods: general data of the incidence of disease among the primary school pupils was revealed in the analysis of the medical documentation for 235 pupils of 1–4 grades at the general secondary school-lyceum in urban village Novofyodorovka. Results: it was revealed that the most wide spread health disorders at the primary school pupils are frequent respiratory diseases, functional disorders of locomotor apparatus and visual organs. Conclusions: the need of systematical application of the eyes exercises, breathing exercises as well as exercises for prophylaxis and correction of the skeleton deformations has been shown to increase the health-improving character of the physical education lessons at the primary school

Purpose: to analyze the contemporary state of early specialization in sport, to find out its positive and negative influence on children`s organism on the basis of scientific and methodological literature, and also to carry out the control of the level of the health of the children aged 6–7 years old before training and after the first year of playing mini-basketball. Material and Methods: the study involved 60 children aged 6–7 years old, 22 – girls and 38 – boys, who were engaged in a section of mini-basketball in Sports Children and Youth Olympic school №5 in Dnipropetrovsk during 2013/2014 used the following research methods: theoretical analysis and compilation of scientific and methodical literature and the Internet, the method of analysis of documentary materials, pedagogical supervision, monitoring physical health of rapid assessment Apanasenko (1992), the method of mathematical statistics. Results: there was defined the level of physical health (according to rapid assessment by Apanasenko (1992)) of the children aged 6–7 years old before and after the first year of mini-basketball training. Conclusion: the results of our study confirm the experts opinion that nonsufficient level of the physical health of children aged 6–7 years old before going in for sport and insignificant increase in performance after the first year of playing mini-basketball is related not only to the deterioration of environmental and socio-economic conditions of modern society but also to significant deficiencies in the sports training of children of different ages, which no longer meets the requirements of the present time and needs to be improved

Purpose: to identify motives and interests of pupils of 7–8 classes in gymnastics. Material and Methods: the questionnaire of pupils of 7–8 classes was conducted in schools with different capabilities cultivation of module of gymnastics. questions revealed the ratio of students to lessons of physical culture and module "gymnastics". Results: the questionnaire has revealed the impact of gymnastics lessons on the attitude to gymnastic exercises. Сonclusions: 31 per cent of pupils do not realize the importance of physical activity for improving the health. Absence of the gymnastic lessons at school negatively influences the attitude to gymnastics. 14 per cent of pupils have negative attitude to gymnastics at school where gymnastic lessons are conducted. 52 per cent of pupils have negative attitude to gymnastic at school where gymnastic lessons are not conducted (P<0,01). 23 per cent of pupils like to do the exercises on gymnastic apparatus. 8 per cent of pupils do not like to do the exercises on gymnastic apparatus (P<0,05). 40 per cent go in for street kind of gymnastics

The article deal with the problem of improving the quality of life in women with postmastectomy syndrome under the influence of physical rehabilitation. Purpose: to determine the influence of the characteristics of physical rehabilitation for the quality of life of women with postmastectomy syndrome. Material and Methods: analysis and synthesis of the literature and empirical data; sociological methods (survey by FACT-B+4); methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 50 women with postmastectomy syndrome on the clinical stage of rehabilitation. Results: results of the influence of the developed problem-oriented physical rehabilitation showed an improvement in all components of the quality of life of women with postmastectomy syndrome during the clinical stage of rehabilitation. Conclusions: the applied technology of physical rehabilitation was effective

Purpose: optimization of highly skilled female biathlete preparation on the basis of creating individual competition calendars. Material and Methods: analysis of scientific-methodical literature; theoretical methods of scientific cognition; methods of mathematical statistics. Results: optimum number of starts necessary for qualitative preparation of female biathletes for the season major competition has been determined. It has been determined that in case of the season major competition to be held in February after 6 stages of the World Cup, the optimum number of starts is 13–15, and 27–30 per season (total number of available starts 34). When the season major competition is planned for March after 8 stages of the World Cup, then the average number of starts is 21 (the range from 18 to 25). Average number of starts in a season is 30 during the competitive period (the range from 24 to 34). Conclusions: the main criterion in creating individual competition calendars is the number of starts before the season major competition

Purpose: experimental verification of hypothetical models of planning a large volume glycolytic loads of targeted development of special endurance karate. We determined the rates of overall disability (IGST) and special endurance (CSR). Results: analyzed the effectiveness of the training program a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Purpose: to justify the connection and the sequence of the process of formation of culture of motor activity at pupils of elementary and primary schools and to define the role of means of the main gymnastics. Material and Methods: the analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature on use of the main gym in building a culture of motor activity in primary and secondary schools. Results: showed that the concept of "culture of movement" is used only in primary school; it is the first step in creating the culture of motor activity of schoolchildren. The development of pupils motor activity culture is not provided as the main task of the secondary school. Teaching material for pupils of the fifth-ninth grade is not accompanied by a continuation of the formation of their culture of motor activity. Conclusions: the use of basic exercises in creating a culture of pupils motor activity of the primary school is a continuation of "movement school" formed in elementary school

Purpose: compare the test results of the level of tourists’ technical readiness of 30–40 years old skiers at various stages of preparation. Determine the effectiveness of developed programs to improve the technical readiness of 30–40 years old tourists-skiers. Material and Methods: 14 people aged 30 to 40 years old who have a different experience in water, hiking and mountain as well as ski-sport hiking took part in research. Analysis of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observations, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics is used. Results: the test results of 30–40 years old tourists skiers which are the participants in the experimental group received at different stages of preparation and preparatory period and the results after passing ski sports hiking of the third category of complexity are processed. Their comparative analysis is held. Conclusions: It was found that the developed training program can effectively influence the increase of the level of tourists’ and skiers’ technical skills and preparedness
