Purpose: establish the basic framework for the process of physical development and causes of the individual features of its occurrence. Material and Methods: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature on this problem, and anthropometric studies of the observed population. Results: the process of physical development is presented as two interdependent components - the body weight and its shaping, which allowed to present the structure of the variability of body shaping. Conclusion: the features of the structure formative mass in its accumulation to a certain extent implemented in the organogenesis of morphological and functional entities, that reflecting their maturation. Norm of interdependence of these relations defines the individual characteristics of the physical development of the organism

Purpose: determine the degree of change in the level of strength and endurance development of 5-6 grades pupils under cheerleading exercises influence. Material and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics methods. Results: parameters of strength and endurance development level are presented with their degree of change under cheerleading exercises influence for 5-6 grades pupils of secondary school. Conclusions: cheerleading exercises usage has positive influence on demonstrated strength and endurance degree of secondary school children by all investigated parameters.

Purpose: the analysis of the program discipline «Physical education» for grades 1–9 students in the context of the use of basic gymnastics. Material and Methods: the primary means of gymnastics, studied by pupils of 1–9 forms, was investigated as a part of the curriculum «Physical education in school». The study examined the content of primary invariant of gymnastics lesson. Results: it is found that the formation of school culture movements (movements exploring their diversity, physical exercises, etc.) is in elementary school; due to the introduction of the learning material secondary school pupils gymnastic movements increased complexity is creating a culture of performance and use of basic gymnastics exercises that are the basis of the general culture of motor activity. Conclusions: the main factor reducing the general level of motor culture of pupils identified as a lack of training programs for grades 5–11 clearly defined lines of content on the use of basic gymnastics.

Purpose: to determine the biomechanical consistent patterns of a movement of a body providing the highest speed of sprinting. Material and methods: the analysis of scientific and methodical literature on the considered problem, the anthropometrical characteristics of the surveyed contingent of sportsmen, the analysis of high-speed shootings of the leading runners of the world. Results: the biomechanical bases of technique of sprinting make dispersal and movement of the general center of body weight of the sportsman on a parabolic curve in a start phase taking into account the initial height of its stay in a pose of a low start. Its further movement happens on a cycloidal trajectory which is formed due to a pendulum movement of the extremities creating the lifting power which provides flight duration more in a running step, than duration of a basic phase. Conclusions: the received biomechanical regularities of technique of sprinting allow increasing the efficiency of training of sportsmen in sprinting.

Purpose: to study a state and problems of physical education in regional general education educational institutions. Material and Methods: 29 teachers of physical culture of Izyum and Izyum district of the Kharkov region took part in the research. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature, opinion poll, and mathematical statistics. Results: it is established that most of teachers aren't absolutely satisfied with the relation of pupils to the process of physical education; they are inclined to carrying out separate classes on a sexual sign; estimate health and the level of physical fitness of pupils as "average"; consider that it is necessary to control the development of motive abilities and point to an acute shortage of computer databases. It is defined that there isn’t out-of-class work on physical education (perhaps due to the lack of financing) in the third part of regional general education educational institutions. Conclusions: it is established that the main problems of physical education in regional general education educational institutions are an acute shortage of financing and an insufficient material base.

Purpose: to analyze the dynamics of technical and tactical actions in defense during the match in basketball major league team. Material and Methods: the methods were applied to analyze and summarize the literature, analysis of statistical reports, teacher observation of competitive activity, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: by monitoring and analyzed dynamics of technical and tactical actions in the defense during a game of basketball at the major league team. Conclusions: basketball players show the highest indicators in the third quarter and at the end of the match – in the fourth quarter there is a gradual decrease in indicators such as: the rebounds, block shots, fouls and steels, and the increase – missing the shots, ball loss.

Purpose: to detect quantitative and qualitative indicators of game’s episodes in the penalty area of the opposing team. Material and methods: analysis of scientific-methodical literature, registration of technical-tactical actions, methods of mathematical statistics. The study of competitive activities was conducted with participating teams of world championship 2014. Results: the article shows the quantitative and qualitative indicators of game’s episodes in the penalty area of the opposing team and those actions that are associated with the delivery of the ball to the penalty area. Conclusions: the most amount of goals (more 80%) in football are scored from the penalty area, therefore the model characteristics action of teams exactly in the opponent’s penalty area are of a great interest. Obtained results can be used while planning the training process.

Purpose: to determine the peculiarities of personality-oriented programs of physical rehabilitation to restore the functionality of the upper limb in women with postmastectomy syndrome. Material and Methods: analysis and synthesis of the literature and empirical data; goniometry; methods of mathematical statistics. 115 women with postmastectomy syndrome on clinical stage of rehabilitation were involved in this study. Results: influenced by the personality-oriented programs for women there was a gradual approximation to the normal indicators of goniometry in the shoulder joint of the surgical intervention. Conclusions: it was proved that the personality-oriented program of physical rehabilitation of women with the postmastectomy syndrome help to improve the range of motions in the shoulder joint in all directions throughout the year regardless of the selected program.

Purpose: substantiation methodise perfection development of young karate sportsmen coordinated abilities at the stage of preliminary base training. Material and methods: tested results of 57 young sportsmen divided in to 2 groups of equal preparatory level: control group (n=27) and experimental group (n=30) vestibular stability was tested by special tests and Romberg’s (station) test. Results: the results of vestibular stability testing were established as the ground of coordinated young sportsmen abilities. Initial indices of statical and dynamic equilibrium of control group didn’t differ from experimental group. Introduction of program of optimization training progress promoted considerable increasing indices statical and dynamic equilibrium. The development of these abilities provided more effective forming complicated coordinated technical actions of young karate sportsmen. Conclusion: worker out programme promoted increasing the level of vestibular stability, which expresses in motive and vegetative improvements. It is just because of right forming moving hobbits of long conservation (keeping) equilibrium body is the ground regulation vestibular apparatus (organs) of complicated sportsmen action.

Purpose: to open the versatility of a concept of culture as a phenomena and as a process which course provides the preservation of the most significant viable social relations conformably to a concept of culture of movements of children of 3-6 years old. Material and methods: the analysis of special scientific literature in which theoretical and practical aspects of the creation of physical culture are stated. Results: questions of the creation of physical training of children of 3–6 years old taking into account their individual physical developments are considered. The most important provisions are noted in the structure of physical culture which doesn’t allow solving this problem with a full scientific validity now. Conclusions: the basic provisions are allocated which decision is a paramount task for the creation of the evidence-based system of physical training of children of the advanced preschool age.

Purpose: to determine the degree of influence of factors of macro- and microenvironment on the development of sports tourism in Kharkiv region. Materials and Methods: the paper uses the methods of analysis of literary sources and documents, system and organizational analysis, methods of marketing analysis (PEST and SWOT analysis), methods of mathematical statistics. The study was conducted in 4 children and youth sports schools of Kharkiv region, where it is cultivated sports tourism, only 124 respondents. Results: the degree of dependence of the functioning and development of sports tourism from the marketing environment. Conclusions: sport tourism is a relatively new socio-economic phenomenon. Promotion of non-Olympic sports, develop relevant marketing programs for their development is necessary to attract more children and teenagers to a systematic practice of physical fitness and sports activities.

Purpose: to determine the influence of usage informational technologies in sport-oriented physical education on physical background level of students engaged futsal. Material and Methods: in the research students (young man – n=40) of 18–20 year old were engaged. Methods: Analysis of literature sources formatted pedagogical experiment, maths statistics. Results: upon sum of two terms experiment with purposeful usage of informational technologies in sport-oriented physical education proved true improvement (р<0,05–р<0,001) of test result that characterize strengths development (“Horizontal bar pull-ups ” – by 33,3%, “Sitting-ups of the body per 1 min” – by 21,1%), flexibility (“Sitting bend forward” – by 26,8%), speed and speed-and-strengths qualities (“100 m race” – by 4,6%, “Standing long-jump” – by 4,8%). Conclusion: the results confirm the arguments and prove the feasibility of the use of information technology in the sports-oriented physical training of students in universities.

Purpose: to share the experience of the marketing communications’ application in the physical culture and sports sphere and to improve the commercial activities of sports organizations during the planning and holding the mass sporting events. Material and Methods: the basic forms and methods of the sponsorship activities of the Organizing Committee of the competition «Kiev Marathon – 2014» were analyzed with system analysis, SWOT-analysis and sociological questioning (12 specialists from the Organizing Committee of «Kiev City Marathon – 2014» and 95 visitors of the «Kiev City Marathon – 2014» were questioned). Results: the main channels of marketing communications. Such as, external advertising media, publicity in the subway (light boxes and video- broadcasting), indoor video (in restaurants and supermarkets), publicity at the radio stations, in newspapers and sports editions, printed promo-products, campaign in «Sport Life» fitness clubs, were used during advertising campaign. Conclusions: the results of research given in the article will enable professionals to most effectively use tools of marketing communications in the physical culture and sports sphere, as well as to introduce modern mechanisms of interaction between mass-media and sporting organizations.
