Purpose: to study preoperatively the functional properties of the musculoskeletal system in patients with lumbar osteochondrosis with different variants of myotonic reactions. Materials and methods: protocols of clinical and biomechanical examination of 70 patients with lumbar osteochondrosis aged 27–44 years. Results: according to forseplate a statistically significant displacement of the LG projections was identified: in the sagittal plane one was shifted anteriorly in all variants of myotonic reactions, as well as in the frontal plane an asymmetric position of the LG projections in patients with expressed antalgic scoliosis was observed. Intense pain is not correlated with forceplate parameters but strongly and directly impacts on the general disability level. Conclusions: preoperatively in patients with lumbar osteochondrosis vertical posture stability in all variants of myotonic reactions was impaired.

Purpose: in theory to work out and experimentally ground the methods of teaching of classic dance, sent to perfection of technical trade of implementation of turns gymnasts on the stage of base pre-treatment. Material and methods: in research seven gymnasts took part in age 8-9 years. Results: the use of facilities of classic dance in the applied new methods considerably improved quality implementation of turns gymnasts: estimation of implementation of dough «turn «passе» on a right foot» increased on 40%; dough «turn of «the attitude» on a right foot» – on 32%; dough «turn «ring by means of hands» on a right foot» – on 33%. Conclusions: it is set that the increase of level of choreographic preparation of gymnasts by perfection of technique of implementation of base elements of classic dance is provided by reliability of execution of turns in a calisthenics on the stage of base pre-treatment. The offered methods on perfection of level of technical trade of implementation of turns rendered the effective affecting development of coordinating capabilities and technical preparedness of gymnasts.

Purpose: to define attitude of students of Peoples Republic of China toward the role of mass medias in forming of healthy way of life. Material and methods: analysis of literary sources and documents, methods of analysis of the systems, questioning (a questionnaire is 90 students of Peoples Republic of China), methods of the mathematical processing of data. Results: students consider television the most meaningful in society medium of communication, that mark 40% respondentiv, farther is the World global network the Internet (31%), printing editions (20%), radios (9%), most popularity is used by televisional and the Internet of translation of competitions in the command types of sport (31%), competitions on track-and-field (19%), and also child's competitions (17%). Conclusions: 72% students consider that the mass-media are able to form in a population positive attitude toward a physical culture, 49% respondents consider here, that the mass-media can explain a population to engaged in physical exercises, and 51% – that does not can.

Conclusions: pedagogical experiment confirmed the positive effect of modes of training loads on the development of physical capabilities of students and improve the cardiovascular system.

Purpose: presents the analysis of the impact of training melee fighting the physical and mental health of students of the Academy of Interior Ministry of Ukraine. Material and methods: the control group consisted of students of Polytechnic University, who did not have any (except for the mandatory physical education classes) exercise. Results: it is shown that training improves the melee fighting, both physical and mental health. However, first-year students, compared with their counterparts from the fourth year, the positive change is much less pronounced. Students without additional exercise positive changes very little. Conclusions: the use of anti-stress and social-psychological training in conjunction with exercise resulted in a significant increase in rates of physical and mental health of first-year students of the academy.

Purpose: to analyze the influence of aerobic fitness training on physiological parameters students. Material: the study involved 30 students of 1–3 courses of Kharkiv Institute of banking, of which were divided into two groups. First – experimental (n=15). Students in this group for 10 months, 2 times a week doing aerobic fitness. The second group – the control (n=15). Its representatives were attending regular classes in physical state education program. Control tests were conducted three times throughout the experiment. Tests were used to assess the functional state of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems: a delay of breath and out breath, vital capacity, maximum oxygen consumption. Defined as living index and the Harvard step test, the power brush and physical performance. Results: it has been established that of the individual experimental group compared to the control, significantly improved performance respiratory and cardiovascular systems. Increased MOC, physical performance and muscle strength. Conclusion: concluded that aerobic fitness classes can be an effective means of strengthening and preserving the health of students.

Purpose: perfection of process of preparation of young tennis players and basketball-players 10–14 years taking into account time of simple and difficult reaction. Material and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary sources; pedagogical supervision; pedagogical experiment; psychophysiological testing; methods of mathematical statistics. Young tennis players (n=30) and basketball-players (n=27) took part in research. Results: Conducted factor analysis of structure of development of sensorimotor functions of young sportsmen which engage in the playing types of sport and the models of development of sensorimotor reactions and quickness are built. Conclusions: the factor of sporting specialization of basketball-players and tennis players has an influence on development of difficult sensorimotor reaction with a choice or without a choice; conducted analysis of indexes of time the outage of sensorimotor reaction and Tapping Test testifies to their dependence on age of sportsman. Finding can be used for a selection on corresponding sporting specializations.

Purpose: the aim was to evaluate the influence of the athletics on the dynamics of speed and power performance of students during the school week. Material and methods: were surveyed 205 students who studied at 1–5 courses of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University. Results: introduction to the process of physical education students means track and field athletics during the year resulted in positive changes in the level of development and manifestation of their physical qualities during the school week. Conclusions: studying the dynamics of speed and power abilities in students during the school year requires further study.

Conclusions: the problem of aggression in sport is practical value as many coaches consider aggression behavior as important quality for gaining success in different kinds of sport. Sportive competitions under regulated levels of their holding have no impact on an aggression.

Purpose: this paper discusses the modern aspects of scoliosis in orthopedics. Material and methods: analytical review of modern specialized sources proposed by researchers of modern orthopedics. Results: the main issues highlighted features of the disease based on a systematic analytical approach highlights. The occurrence of scoliosis and progression of the disease should be considered a multіfactorіal process in terms of biomechanics. Spinal deformity is accompanied by a lateral curvature and torsion changes. The offset of the overall center of gravity of the body in toward the vertical axis of the spine has the great importance in the development of the disease. Manifestation of symptoms depends on the duration of the disease and the degree of scolіotіc curvature. Progression of the disease often occurs in puberty child. Scoliosis may affect lung function and lead to heart failure. Conclusions: most rational classification, according to which all patients with scoliosis are distributed into two groups: those with congenital and acquired forms.

Purpose: to determine the values of the features of the Kharkiv university students. Material and Methods: the study was conducted in September and October 2013 in S. Kuznets Kharkiv National Economic University (KNEU), Kharkiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUBA) and H. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University (KNPU). In study involved 523 students. For the analysis of value orientations of individual students was used morphological test of values V. Sopova and L. V. Karpushina. Results: analysis of scientific literature on the problem of the study; conducted comparative analysis of terminal values in life students of the first and second courses, boys and girls, students and teachers and students from different faculties, the analysis of terminal values in life of them students of KNEU, who said the high value of the sphere of physical activity, and Kharkiv university students of different learning profiles; Comparative analysis of the orientation of the individual groups of students KNUE HNUBA and KNPU certain values in life. Conclusions: different students have different kontenhenty relation to certain values in life. Some of the differences observed by age in both boys and girls, and between teachers and students of S. Kuznets KNEU. But between boys and girls significant differences with respect to certain life values were found; in focus groups of students to universities in Kharkiv certain values in life, almost no differences between students from different education profile; Most students who are active in the field of physical education, seeking to realize spiritual and moral values than selfish – prestigious (pragmatic).
