The problem of individualization of physical education of children of primary school age. Developed and tested a method of differentiated physical fitness, based on the particular features of a constitution and motor characteristics of children of primary school age in the process of physical education in schools. The study involved school children 7 years of secondary schools in southern Lebanon (58 boys and 60 girls). The experimental group was engaged in physical education for a differentiated manner, the control – according to the standard program of physical education. It is proved that the use of a differentiated approach in the physical education of children of primary school based on the constitutional identity, the lessons of physical training can improve functional ability and level of physical fitness of Lebanese students

The method of correction of the training process is developed in powerlifting using the facilities of speed-power education on the stage of the previous basic training. The author’s method includes exercises with using different treatments of muscles’ operations: static and dynamic, isokinetic, pliometric. The depth jumps and jumping exercises were at the special place in this program. Introduction of the author’s method to the educational-training process in powerlifting provided the overwhelming increase of the special physical qualities in an experimental group against the indexes of control one. The results of the conducted factor analysis testify that morphological indexes, power and speed-power preparedness play the leading role in the structure of the training process in powerlifting on the stage of the previous basic training

In the article there are the considered features of psychology-physiology factors which provide efficiency of technical-tactical actions of young tennis players 6–8 years. For young tennis players a technical level is not only subzero but also not stable, that compels sportsmen to be constantly distracted on the rightness of implementation of technical receptions, brakes speed, and often and rightness of choice of tactical decision. The cross-correlation analysis of technical-tactical actions and psychology-physiology indexes of young tennis players is conducted 6–8 years, on the basis of which it is possible to assume that these years of preparation of young tennis players are base, as there is an increase of amount of meaningful psychology-physiology internals and properties which substantially influence on efficiency of contention activity of young tennis players. The aim of the work was to determine the physical capacity and function of the respiratory system of young footballers with various biological development. The study involved 84 young footballers aged 12–14 years, who trained four times a week on the program Youth Academy. All adolescents were divided into three groups according to their level of biological development. Players were identified with decelerated, normal and accelerated biological development. There were that indicators of capacity (on the test PWC170), and functional parameters of the respiratory system (number of breaths per minute, retardation the breath to inhale and exhale, and maximum consumption oxygen) of grew as growing young athletes. At the same time, within the same age period of one young rated age did not show similar estimated parameters. The best indicators were in adolescents with accelerated biological development, and the worst – with decelerated. So, it was shown that rated age may be different from the biological. The conclusions about the need to consider the biological development of adolescents in the process of selecting to football sections, and in the planning exercise, which must be individually metered to prevent overtraining

The problem of cerebral palsy – physical (violation of basic motor functions, problems with vision, hearing, etc.) and social (inability to self-training) problem of children. It is shown that the problem of recovery of children with cerebral palsy has both medical and social importance. A comparative analysis of the parameters of the level of physical and psychological characteristics of the male-students and the female-students of the first year of the main group is presented here. According to the number of similar psychophysiological states it is evident that the motivations to fail are more prone the girls, and with the motivation to succeed prevails for boys. Motivational pole is not vividly expressed almost equally for both boys and girls. Results of the test exercises indicate the relationship between mental states and physical training. The goal was to identify changes and the amount of their manifestation in the psyche of female athletes handled fitness. With the help of Freiburg Personality Inventory (FPI) diagnosed qualities and virtues of the individual women 25–30 years. They were prorated into beginners and those who are handled in fitness for 1 year. Found that fitness-coaching has a positive effect on the psyche of female athletes. Found that survivor’s fitness-coaching helped to manifest more the qualities of the person as gregariousness and feminism.
