The article is concerned with research of economic essence of the concept of «strategy», advantages, methods and techniques of its formation and materialization. A review and a generalization of the existing approaches to the interpretation of «strategy» are carried out, the author’s own definition of this category is provided. The advantages of strategy formation are covered and its role in ensuring the economic security of enterprise is defined. The methods and techniques of business analysis, planning and management, used in the formation of strategy, implementation and evaluation of results of the implemented strategic measures are considered. Within each stage of the strategy formation and materialization, the author allocates the basic methods and techniques, which are widely used in practical activity of enterprises. In forming a strategy of enterprise it is proposed to use such instrument as «sketch of a business strategy», which reflects the main components of the strategy and on the basis of which a detailed strategic plan can be developed.

The article is aimed at defining the paradigmatic principles of the global competitive leadership. The dynamics of volumes of the world exports, clearly expressed in the growth rate of the world trade and growth rate of global gross domestic product, are displayed. The growth of capitalization of the world financial market is indicated, where diversification of the instrumental structure and increase of volumes of financial transactions are carried out by the economic agents of different national affiliation. The fundamental influence of technoglobalism on the expansion of sources of the competitive leadership of countries is indicated, which is manifested primarily in the intensification of the interstate scientific-technological exchange and the rapid interregional diffusion of the scientific-technological developments and innovations. Pointed out is the multidimensional influence of institutionalization on the mechanism of the competitive leadership of countries through active development of a branched system of supranational institutions of regulation of all subsystems together with the structural components of the world economy. A powerful consolidating influence on the processes of development of the global market system of the global market as such, global demand and supply is characterized. The vector orientation of providing competitive leadership of the countries with its reorientation from the national trajectory to the regional and global ones is analyzed. It is concluded that the global phase of the world economic development radically transforms all the constituent elements of the philosophy of development of competitive leadership.

The experience of the socio-economic development of Germany and Austria testifies that the innovation component is crucial to ensure their competitiveness and economic growth. The article is aimed at defining the modern factors of development of the national innovation systems of Austria and Germany. It is shown that these countries demonstrate effective models of sustainable innovation development. The main components of the State innovation policy in these countries are defined. The role of the innovative infrastructure and the mechanism of public-private partnership in functioning of the national innovation systems is disclosed. On the basis of the carried out research it is concluded that the key factors of formation and development of the innovative system of Austria and Germany are the historically formed preconditions of national business, the efficient State policy in the sphere of financing and stimulating of innovative activity, effective innovative infrastructure based on interaction of the State, business, science and education.

The article is aimed at generalizing the European Union’s experience in implementing standards and analyzing their impact on international trade. The European practice of application of technical regulations and standards is analyzed. The application of standards in international trade primarily provides the function of protecting the national market from the foreign unfair competitors. The European community has built its own two-tier system of technical regulation based on the New and Global approaches, which serve the purposes of free exchange within the EU, elimination of trade barriers, harmonization and mutual recognition of standards. It is impossible to assert unequivocally that standards have a positive or negative impact on international trade. On the one hand, their implementation can have a positive impact on the technologically advanced sectors, but at the same time negative impact on the commodity sector. That is why harmonization and mutual recognition of standards are essential because they can significantly reduce the negative impact on trade.

The article is aimed at developing a model of the inclusive-oriented growth of the economy taking into view the basic principles of such growth and researching the place of Ukraine in the overall ranking of countries according to the level of socio-economic and inclusive development through individual indicators. The article substantiates the fundamental necessity of rethinking and changing the existing models of economic growth in order to overcome the growing socio-economic inequalities in the context of global economic instability. The modern conception of inclusive development is defined as such, which forms a new basis for the sustainable growth of modern economic systems, orienting them towards the principles of justice and equality, ecological safety. The priority components of inclusive development are proposed in the form of a model. The indicators of inclusive development for the world economies and Ukraine are researched as well; the rating of individual developing countries is compared according to the inclusive development index and the place of Ukraine in this rating is determined. Prospect of further researches in this direction is monitoring of the key indicators of efficiency and dynamics of the main factors of welfare in Ukraine by means of the information panel with the purpose of elaboration of priority directions of further socio-economic and inclusive-oriented development.

The article is aimed at researching the status and tendencies of developing the innovation activity in Ukraine, defining shortcomings and identifying development prospects. The research sets the task to analyze the indicator of volume of the innovative products sold, simulate it and build predictive functions. It is determined that the dynamics of the number of enterprises, which introduced innovations, and their specific weight in the total number of industrial enterprises tend to decrease. The dynamics of sales volumes of innovative products also tend to decrease. Building trend models of five kinds and defining the coefficient of determination for each of them have revealed that for further calculations on forecasting of the researched indicator it is expedient to choose a trend model in the form of a parabola of the 2nd order and an exponential trend model. Prospects for further research are the search for factors influencing innovation activity and determination of the degree of their influence by conducting correlation-regression analysis, elaboration of measures on development of innovative activities in Ukraine.

The article is aimed at developing and scientific substantiating of theoretical-methodological bases of management of choice of perspective directions of the advanced innovative development of industrial enterprises. The article elaborates: a conceptual scheme of management of the choice, reflecting interaction of information flows in the process of management; sequence and content of the choice management procedures, for each of which the management methods, information provision and the nature of results are defined. The composition, systematization and scheme of interaction of mechanisms influencing the choice of perspective directions of the advanced innovative development are clarified. The criterion of choice is proposed, which reflects the enterprise’s possibilities to develop in accordance with both the global and the sectoral tendencies of innovative development, as well as tendencies of its target markets development. The obtained results allow to form methodical bases of the trajectory management of the advanced innovative development of industrial enterprises.

The main aim of the article is to consider e-commerce as a single, holistic economic system, whith identifying its components, purpose, and features of functioning. Accordingly, the article considers the essence of such scientific concepts as «e-commerce» and «system». The research is based on a systemic approach, which is considered as a separate method of scientific research, being used to research the essence and features of functioning of the individual object through its consideration as a holistic object with its components, the relationships between them, and the purpose of its activity. Applying such an approach has allowed to have defined the essence of the e-commerce system, which is proposed to be viewed as a set of economic entities interacting with each other in the process of selling goods and providing services by means of the information networking technologies. The article also details the component composition of such a system, defines the peculiarities of interrelations between the constituents, identifies the purpose of its functioning, and the subjects of the external environment with which such a system interacts.

The article is aimed at researching the role and place of branding in the process of reproduction of a regional tourism product. The essence of the category of «branding of destination» is defined, which allows identifying the main differences from the category of «branding of the place (territory)». It has been determined that the purpose of branding is to promote certain characteristics of a place or recreation area to potential visitors (tourists, travel agents, investors in the sphere of hospitality) with the help of a properly created image. In addition, the features of branding of territories and destinations for the formation of the targeted measures to promote unique characteristics of destination to potential visitors are allocated. The key roles of brands and branding strategies in the development of tourist destinations are systematized. It has been determined that the process of formation and positioning of a tourist destination brand should be targeted at creation of values and their meanings (sense). The structure of the content elements of the value-oriented concept of branding a tourist destination is defined. The conceptual model of branding in the reproduction process of a regional tourism product is substantiated. It is proved that target setting is an important element of the branding process, as it provides for balancing the goals of all stakeholder groups. Prospects for further research in this direction are evaluation (monitoring) of the brand of regional tourism product to determine its efficiency, as well as formation and adjustment of the branding model to ensure sustainable reproduction of destination as a regional tourism product.

The article researches the topical problem of the threat of formation of financial crises in the corporate systems based on the neuro-fuzzy models which allow to timely predict a threat of bankruptcy and to warn it. It is noted that more than 50% of Ukraine’s GDP is produced by corporate enterprises, and, besides, there is a clear tendency of the corporations’ takeover of small and micro business entities. The given circumstance proves necessity of strengthening of attention to problems of bankruptcy regarding corporate enterprises as the defining link of the national economic infrastructure. Every year the aggravation of financial crises at corporate enterprises becomes more and more publicized, which requires immediate solution of this problem.

The article is concerned with evaluation and analysis of the structural deformations of economies of both Ukraine and leading world countries at the expence of processing industry. The research is based on a methodical approach to evaluation of the structural deformations in the processing industry of the country, a set of indicators for overall evaluation of the level and dynamics of the processing industry in Ukraine and the leading world countries, and the model of interrelation of relative indicators of development of processing industry in Ukraine and in the leading world countries. The evaluation and analysis of the level and dynamics of the processing industry in Ukraine and in the leading world countries are carried out according to the indicators of gross value added (GVA), exports, imports and capacity of the internal market. Development of processing industry in Ukraine and in leading world countries is evaluated according to the system of interconnected relative indicators. Evaluation of size and direction of structural shifts in terms of processing industry in the economies of both Ukraine and leading world countries is carried out. It is defined that in general Ukraine is significantly inferior to the leading world countries in terms of the specific weight of processed goods in the country’s exports (-14.25%), specific weight of the GVA of processing industry in the economy (-5.3%), slightly inferior in terms of the specific weight in the structure of the internal market capacity (– 1.00%), and goes ahead in the specific weight of imports (4.64%).

The Article is concerned with analyzing the current status of the electric power sector of Ukraine. Features of electricity production in Ukraine, operation of the overhead power lines are analyzed. Features of construction and functioning of the system of distribution electric networks are considered. The article explores the generation structure of the following power systems (PS): Dniprovska, Zakhidna, Pivdenna, Pivdenno-Zakhidna, Pivnichna and Tsentralna. The structure of production and consumption of electric power by the Unified Energy System of Ukraine (UES) is analyzed. The available capacities of the power plants in the UES of Ukraine are considered by types. It is defined that the uneven distribution of power generating capacities by regions of the country leads to complications of the operation modes of the UES of Ukraine and its transmission systems, the level of reliability of electricity supply corresponds to the insufficient development of network infrastructure and the slow pace of the network construction works. The power balances of the electric power systems are analyzed. It is proved that the main reason of decrease in volumes and efficiency of production in the country is a stable tendency of decrease of the power generation intensity caused by worsening of the technical condition of the power generation capacities.

The article is aimed at researching tendencies and identifying peculiarities of functioning of agroholdings of Ukraine, regulation of activity of agrarian business by activation of both financial and economic instruments of influence by the State. The special regimes of taxation of agricultural producers are analyzed and tendencies of minimization of tax load in agroholdings of Ukraine are identified. The budget reimbursement of VAT to the agroholdings is researched. It is determined that the agrarian business as a whole remains a significant taxpayer in Ukraine. According to the substantiated necessity of reforming of taxation of agrarian sphere it is suggested that large companies should be transferred in the general system of administration of taxes, while farmers and small companies should stay in terms of the currently operating system. The model of taxation of agroholdings is proposed, which will harmonize further development of the large agrarian business with the strategy of development of rural territories on the basis of equilibrium.

The article is aimed at researching the current status of the port industry of Ukraine, defining the basic indicators as to the volumes of cargo processing, distribution and nomenclature. An analysis of the main sea ports of Ukraine of the Northern basin showed that the enterprises are developing unevenly. The State-owned enterprises SE «Сommercial Seaport «Yuzhnyy», SE «Khersonskyy Torhivelnyy Port», SE «Olviya» are analyzed according to the following indicators: financial, industrial, economic, investment, and innovative. Relevance of development of innovations at the mentioned enterprises is substantiated, as innovations noticeably lead to more efficient development of any enterprise. On the example of SE «Сommercial Seaport «Yuzhnyy» it is concluded that innovations do become the driving force in the efficient development of enterprise.

The article is aimed at interpreting the inequality of the State support for development of small-sized business using the instruments of iterative cluster analysis and proving the need to take into view peculiarities of its management in different territories in order to achieve a balanced and equally intensive development of small-sized business with the participation of the State. The hypothesis about inequality of the State support for development of small-sized business in the territory of Ukraine is proposed, the proof of which presupposes evaluation of symmetry and intensity of the State support of development of small-sized business by the means of cluster analysis. The scientific novelty of this article is the construction of the algorithm of using the results of clustering in achieving the uniform State support for the small-sized business development in Ukraine, providing allocation of the permanent and variative components of the algorithm. The carried out clustering of the administrative-territorial units of Ukraine allowed to allocate the list of problem points and similarities in the State support of the small-sized business development.

The stages of the evolutionary development of logistics in business in the XX century are analyzed in detail. The influence of logistics on the economic-organizational activity of enterprises is defined. It is proved that for introduction of logistics at enterprise it is necessary to analyze the economic-organizational activity of enterprises by means of the modern methods of evaluation. In the process of introduction of logistics in the activity of enterprise it is recommended to observe the following principles: use of programmed modules; phased creation of system; flexibility of the system in terms of specific application requirements; consideration of enterprise as ecological-socio-economic system; indivisibility of the logical chain of supply–production–sales; unity; communication between the information activity and the production activity; development (emergence of new goals and tasks); dynamism; efficiency and so on.

An analysis of innovative systems of accounting in management of enterprise’s expenses is carried out. Tendencies in accounting are researched on the basis of use of the theoretical-methodological instrumentarium of the institutional economic theory. In order to optimize activity, outsourcing companies are becoming more and more popular to transfer a certain process or receive consultations. Despite the prevalence in practice of this type of activity, the methodical bases of consulting services rendering and peculiarities of reflection of such process in accounting remain insufficiently considered. The article is aimed at developing methodical recommendations on rendering consulting services and their reflection in accounting. The result is consideration and generalization of methodical bases of the process of providing consulting services with clarification of its stages. The options of accounting for the provision of consulting services depending on the nature of the consulting product are allocated. The content of the report on providing consulting services is suggested. The given methodical bases of the process of rendering of consulting services and the report on rendering of consulting services allow to systematize the consulting product in accordance with the essence of the client’s order. Prospect for further research is the development of technology for reflecting the business processes that arise in the provision of consulting services in the accounting computer systems.

The article is aimed at researching features of application of the marketing technologies of interaction with consumers in conditions of application of information systems to ensure economic security of enterprises. The stages of carrying out the content analysis concerning the research on the strategy of interaction with consumers on the Internet are defined. The author elaborates the matrix of strategies of interaction with the consumer on the Internet based on the use of two-vector coordinate system: the degree of consumer’s readiness to purchase and the communication environment. The means of promotion are analyzed in accordance with the strategy of interaction with the consumer on the Internet. The mechanisms of targeting and retargeting are considered as sufficiently efficient instruments in the process of implementation of crowdtechnologies in the marketing communications. The KPI-system of performance indicators for communication activity of enterprise’s activity on the Internet on the basis of crowdtechnologies is proposed. The developed matrix of directions of correction of communication policy allows company to determine the further direction of communications on each level of the communication influence. To apply the provisions of the conception of crowdmarketing in the communication activities of enterprises in the market a structural-logical scheme of the formation of marketing communication strategy on the Internet is developed.

The article analyzes the socio-economic problems and prospects of development of rural areas of Ukraine. The potential and possibilities of implementation of territorial branding models of such development are substantiated. The key role of the factor of opportunism of the economic agents of the domestic rural territories as restriction of development is defined. The model of typical conflict at implementing a universal project of territorial branding in accordance with the concept of public interest in the interpretation of the Pareto Effect is presented. The contents of brand management is substantiated with use of the istrumentarium of contract theory. The contents of a typical contract agreement at implementing the projects of branding of rural areas is developed. The peculiarity of the above mentioned is the achievement of managerial balance between the functions of planning and organization, motivation, control and sanctions, including self-improvement of contractual relations, as well as formalization of the above specified in terms of the corresponding settlement.

The article considers the project risk as a potential danger regarding the achievement of the project’s objectives in the objective impossibility of operating full and reliable information about the status of the environment. The methodical bases of planning of the project-oriented development of enterprise are elaborated taking into view various conditions. The procedure includes the following successive stages: determining the vision and objectives of the enterprise development; analyzing the business processes and determining the directions and risks of development; evaluating the potential and conditions of development to ensure further changes; forming the set of alternative business-projects of the enterprise development; forming the optimal program as to the risk level. It is defined that development of industrial enterprise envisages implementation of project actions for active change of business environment. The instrument of such actions is the development program, which includes groups of projects. The economic-mathematical model of formation of an optimum program of development of enterprise in accordance with the chosen goal and vision of development is elaborated.

The scientific article is aimed at forming a mechanism for strategic controlling, oriented towards the functions of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises in modern unstable economic conditions. The scientific views of economic scholars as to formation of crisis science are considered. It is determined that this undoubtedly important kind of anti-crisis management activity should be preceded by a system diagnostics of activity of industrial enterprise. The system of factors of occurrence of crisis phenomena at industrial enterprise is formed. On the basis of the carried out research the mechanism for strategic controlling in the system of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises is developed. It is defined that the essence of strategic controlling in the system of anti-crisis management of industrial enterprises consists in the aggregate of external and internal influences on the financial and economic activity of industrial enterprise, provides restoration and stabilization of its work (if the enterprise is in a crisis condition) or prevention of the decline of production (if there’s a crisis threat to the enterprise) through the use of efficient controlling instruments.

The essence of the concept of «budget security» is considered and the own interpretation of this concept is offered. It is substantiated that the implementation of the approach to evaluation of the level of organizational-functional transformation of the banking sector by introducing a generalized indicative indicator that takes into view quantitative and qualitative transformations in the banking sector, is an integral part of the system of measures to increase efficiency of the organizational-functional transformation of the banking sector. In the outlined system of measures the authors also included other successive steps, in particular: development of early response measures to problems and shortcomings in the functioning of the banking sector; stimulation of the factors accompanying the transformation («acceleration indicators») and determining the duration of the transformation. It is emphasized that the proposed system of measures can be used by the supervisory institution as an instrument of strategic planning to determine the transformational status of the banking sector and efficient implementation of measures to early response.

The article provides the theoretical substantiation of the system of anti-crisis management of enterprise’s finance in market conditions. An analysis of scientific literature concerning the concept of «enterprise crisis» is carried out, allowing to conclude that in definition of the term of «financial crisis of enterprise» identity of concepts of «crisis situation», «crisis of enterprise», on the one hand, and «bankruptcy», «inconsistence», and «insolvency of enterprise», on the other is inappropriate. The stages of financial crisis at enterprise are allocated as follows: latent, where the force of negative influence is minimal; stage of aggravation, where the force of negative crisis influence tends to the maximum; stage of resolving the crisis, characterized by a decline in the negative force and the creation of preconditions for overcoming the crisis situation. A classification and a typology of enterprise crises are presented. The role-playing functions of crisis are identified and researched. The author proves the expediency to define financial crisis not as a static state, but as a dynamic, time-limited process, where the basis for the characteristic of phases in the limits of crisis process constitute the force and duration of action.

The basic stages and directions of development of modern portfolio theories are considered. The theoretical base of research of portfolio investments is analyzed. Further development of portfolio theories in the model of capital assets pricing (CAPM) and in the Modigliani-Miller theorems is explored. The factors influencing the formation and the model of choice of the most optimal, in terms of correlation of the profitability and the risk indices, of the investment assets portfolio are identified. The theories of behavioral finances which have the greatest practical value in the process of formation of investment portfolio are allocated.
