THE ESSENCE AND CONTENT OF THE TRAINING OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF MUSICAL ART FOR WORK WITH THE CHILDREN'S CHOIR

The article reveals the essence and content of the professional training of the future teacher of musical art to work with the children's choir, which is important and necessary. This is primarily due to the need to intensify children's choral performance, which is conditioned by the natural need of society in preserving and further developing the traditions of the national choral culture. It has been pointed out that children's choral singing, as the most accessible, emotional and popular kind of children's musical activity, has always been considered the most important means in the education of the emotional sphere of the child's personality. In connection with this, the responsibility of the educational institutions, whose purpose is to prepare future teachers of musical art for work with children's choir, is growing.
It is proved that the specifics of work with children's choir require from future music teacher not only deep knowledge and skills of vocal and choral work but also specific qualities because he must be both the performer and teacher educator, organizer, etc.
It is stated that various aspects of the professional training of the future teacher of musical art are thoroughly disclosed in the domestic pedagogical science. It is disclosed that the basis of the training of future teachers lies in the provision that the most important component is the developing component of the individual, which will shape future teachers' ability to self-education and self-development, the ability to think critically, creatively use knowledge and skills. The preparation of the future choirmaster, which combines the features of a musician, choir conductor, choirmaster teacher, is one of the actual problems. In the 21st century, the basis for the professional training of future choirmasters is the provision that the most important component is the developing component of the personality, which will form the ability of future choirmasters to self-education and self-development, the ability to think critically, creatively use knowledge and skills, the ability to achieve goals and be aware their professional responsibility to Ukrainian society. The competence of the choirmaster, who will be aware of the importance of choral art in the development of the spiritual culture of the young generation, must meet the requirements of modernity.
It is proved that the professional activity of the teacher of musical art is multifaceted and includes executive, pedagogical and managerial aspects; it is impossible without vocal, instrumental and conductor-choral training, which provides for the ability to read vocal and choral scores freely, to conduct choruses, to possess a method of development singing voice, to know the peculiarities of work with children's choruses, etc. It is stressed that the success of the future work of the teacher of musical art depends to a large extent on the foundation that he will receive at an educational institution.
