The effect of the biopreparation Zamin-M on seed germination, plant growth, and photosynthesis ability of the arugula plant was studied. In the experiments, phenological observations of the growth and development of plants were carried out, the effect of the biopreparation Zamin-M on the above parameters of plants was investigated. Pre-sowing soaking of seeds with a solution of Zamin-M promoted an increase in seed germination energy by 20% ± 5% and germination by 15-20%. The dependence of the germination of seeds of arugula on the concentration of Zamin-M solutions used for treatment (from 10-1M to 10-4) has been established. At other concentrations, there was no significant effect. By the nature of the action Zamin-M exceeded the control by 15 ± 5%, weight by 70 ± 6%, root length by 183 ± 17%. As a result, the development of plants was accelerated and the stimulating effect of Zamin-M on the growth of plants in height was maintained throughout life. At all stages of ontogenesis, a significant (from 20% ± 5% to 80 ± 10%) increase in plant weight was found in comparison with the control. The net productivity of leaf photosynthesis under the action of Zamin-M increased (by an average of 20%). Its use can be recommended for the cultivation of arugula.

The article examines the Russian colonization of Turkestan, which began immediately after the conquest of this territory by Russia. Russian Russian peasants ' resettlement to the Turkestan region through the creation of predominantly Russian settlements was revealed to ensure the military and political dominance of Russia in the region and at the same time had its own local features. The article examines the relationship of Russian settlers with the local population, the causes of conflict situations. Based on the analysis of the problems that have arisen between the indigenous population of the region and Russian immigrants, the conclusion is made about the imperfection of the resettlement policy of the Russian administration, which consists in the absence of a regulatory framework and a clear resettlement plan.

This article discusses the economic prerequisites for the development of leasing investment, the impact of leasing investment on the country's economy. A comparative analysis of the concepts of leasing-lease - leasing-loan, leasing-installment is made, a system of leasing functions that should be taken into account when analyzing the leasing mechanism is given. The modern sample preparation by acidic decomposing of the sample using ultrasound treatment was done. An influence of Triton X-100 concentration on increasing the sensitivity of the atomic absorption determination of Copper and Iron was studied. It is shown that after the usage of Triton X-100 (? = 4%) the sensitivity of the atomic absorption determination of Copper increases by 1.5 times, and Iron does by 1.54 times. The content of Copper and Iron was determined by atomic absorption method in a oil sample using Copper and Iron acetylacetonates as standard samples of the composition. The correctness of the results of the analysis was checked by the "injected-found out" method. By varying the sample weight, the absence of substantial systematic error was confirmed. The detection limits of Copper is (Cmin=0,001 mkg/ml) and Iron is (Cmin=0,001 mkg/ml) that is lower that literature data.

The article provides information on the agrochemical properties of corn in the northern region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Chimbay district was selected as an experimental area. When studying the agrochemical properties of irrigated weakly saline meadow-alluvial soils, the amount of humus in the upper layers in the spring was up to 0,84%, in the under arable layer - up to 0,58% and in the autumn from 0,78% in the 0-28 cm layer and up to 0,51% in the 28-43 cm layer. The data obtained show that the soils of the studied area are characterized by the fact that they are not very rich in humus. The distribution of humus in soil profiles is based on certain laws. In all soils, large amounts of humus are distributed in the upper horizons, while very small amounts of humus are observed in the lower layers.
