ABSTRACT : The Capital city of Madhya Pradesh, "Bhopal" is also known as City of Lakes, in which more than fifteen wetlands are present in and around the city and most of the wetlands are eutrophicated due to multiple anthropogenic activities. This poor water quality has lead to the reduction of native fish species in their own natural habitat. The Shahpura Lake, which is also known as the third lake of Bhopal, is a man made impoundment in the outskirts of the town ship in the southeast having the catchment area 8. 29 sq.km. The township has expanded and developmental activities are concentrated around the lake which has Negative impact on water quality of lake. The lake receives untreated domestic sewage water from measure sewage inlets near Mata Mandir slums and at Chunabhatti area. The present paper deals with study of water quality monitoring and fish fauna in reservoir for its conservation and management point of view. On the basis of different physico-chemical and biological parameters, the status of reservoir is eutrophic in nature and during period under study 6 fish species, 14 phytoplankton and 10 zooplankton genera have been recorded

ABSTRACT : IR, X-ray diffraction and thermal analysis were used to illustrate the structure of cerium and thorium laurate in solid state. IR results reveal that the fatty acid exists with dimeric structure through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and cerium and thorium laurate were ionic in nature. The X-Ray diffraction measurements confirm that these soaps posses double layer structure with long spacing. Decomposition reaction was found kinetically of zero order with energy of activation for cerium laurate lies in the range 26.92–37.62 KJ mol-1 and for thermal decomposition lies in the range 33.34–42.63KJ mol-1.

ABSTRACT : Due to technical advancement and needs of the person, the life cycle of product have been shortened. With the customer needs the functional product should be quickly improved in quality for corporate survival. In launching the development product diverse risk factors come into development of products as obstacles. Therefore the risk factors which occurs during the product development need to be managed in project planning and risk management system. Here we will study individual and integrated risk factor degree to produce NPD. Optimization of activity against risk factors can be calculated to minimize time and cost. Here a systematic frame work for risk management is proposed for handling risk degree, risk factors and occurred activities in production.
