This paper considers the nonlinear flutter of viscoelastic orthotropic plates in supersonic flow. The equations of motion derived from the most general theory of plates Foppl-Karman in displacements, which satisfy the Kirchhoff hypothesis. Aerodynamic pressure is accounted for under the piston theory A.A. Ilyushin. Using the Bubnov - Galerkin method based on polynomial approximation of displacements, the problem is reduced to the study of a system of ordinary integro-differential equations (IDE), where the independent variable is time. The IDE is a numerical method based on quadrature formulas. The technique and algorithm for the numerical solution of integro-differential equations. It is proved that the forming of the possible minimum of the quantity of classes within two-stage classification of the text symbol images allows to minimize the error of text recognition by the systems of optical recognition for about 50% as comparing with the BMP format and about 35% – 40% as comparing with classification within DjVu format.
