İnsanoğlunun ataları olarak kabul edilen Âdem ile Havva’dan beri “kadın” doğanın ve yaşam şartlarının tüm zorluklarına rağmen dünya üzerinde var olmuştur. “Kadın”, bu varlığını sürdürmek için sürekli bir mücadele içerisinde bulunmuştur. Bu mücadelenin boyutu, her toplumun kadına olan farklı yaklaşımıyla şekillenmiştir. Dünya medeniyeti içerisinde, Türk kültür ve devlet geleneğinde “kadın” önemli bir değere sahiptir. Bu değerin ortaya çıkmasında şüphesiz Türk kültürünün sahip olduğu geleneksel bakış açısı büyük rol oynamıştır. Günümüz dünyasında ortaya çıkan hızlı teknolojik ve toplumsal değişimlerin etkisiyle Türk kültür ve geleneğinde “kadın”, toplumun sağlam temeller üzerinde inşa edilmesi ve aile yapısının sağlıklı bir şekilde devam etmesi için çok önemli role sahiptir. Bu çalışma, Eski Türklerden günümüze kadar geçen sürede”kadın”ın devlet ve toplum açısından taşıdığı önemi ifade etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. / Since Adam and Eve, who are regarded as the ancestors of mankind, “women” have existed on the earth despite all the difficulties of nature and living conditions. The “woman” has been in a constant struggle to maintain this existence. The dimension of this struggle is shaped by the different approach of women in every society. Within the world civilization, “woman” has an important value in Turkish culture and state tradition. Undoubtedly, the traditional perspective of Turkish culture played a major role in the emergence of this value. With the effect of rapid technological and social changes in today’s world, “women” has a very important role in the Turkish culture and tradition to build society on solid foundations and to maintain the family structure in a healthy way. This study aims to express the importance of “women in terms of state and society from the ancient Turks to the present.

Hasta güvenliği önemini artan bir konudur. Hasta güvenliği için hasta güvenliği kültürünü artırmak gereklidir. Bu çalışmadaki amaç hasta güvenliği kültürünü artırmak için etkili iletişimin etkisini ve iç girişimciliğin aracı rolünü belirlemeye çalışmaktır. Araştırmada daha önce geçerlilik ve güvenirliliği yapılmış olan etkili iletişim, iç girişimcilik ve hasta güvenliği kültürü ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir özel hastane çalışanları araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya 498 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırma Eylül 2018-Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılanların; %75,5’i kadın, %54,8’i evli, %87,3’ü 40 yaş altında, %29,9’u ön lisans, %29,5’i lisans mezunu, %50,4’si haftalık 41-50 saat arasında çalışan ve %48,8’inin hemşire olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırma değişkenlerinin ilişkisi 0,196, 0,402 ve 0,452 olarak bulunmuştur. Etkili iletişim ve iç girişimciliğin, hasta güvenliği kültürünü etkilediği hipotezleri desteklenmiştir. Etkili iletişimin iç girişimciliği etkilediği hipotezi desteklenmiştir. Etkili iletişimin hasta güvenliği kültürü üzerine etkisinde iç girişimciliğin aracı etkisi olduğuna dair hipotez desteklenmemiştir. / The importance of the patient safety is an increasing issue. It is necessary to increase the patient safety culture for patient safety. The aim of this study is trying to determine the impact of effective communication and the metioting role of internal intrapreneurship to increase patient safety culture. In this study effective communication, internal intrapreneurship and patient safety culture scale was used which had been validated before. A private hospital staff operating in the province of Istanbul constitutes the population of the research. 498 people participated in the study. The study was conducted between september 2018 and December 2018. 75,5% of the participants were women, 54,8% were married, 87,3% were under the age of 40, 29,9% were foundation year; 29,5 were bachelor’s degree, 50,4% were working between 41 and 50 hours per week and 48,8% were nurses. The correlation of research variables was found as 0,196, 0,402 and 0,452. The hypotheses that effective communication and internal intrapreneurship affect the patient safety culture has been supported. It suopported the hypotheses that effective communication influenced internal intrapreneurship. The hypothesis that internal intrapreneurship has an intermediary effect on the impact of effect communication on patient safety culture has been supported.

Çok partili dönemde Cumhurbaşkanı İsmet İnönü’nün çıktığı yurt gezileri, onun yönetim anlayışının nasıl değiştiğini göstermektedir. 1946’nın başında çok partili sistemin bir deneme olarak görüldüğü dönemden, 12 Temmuz Beyannamesinin yayınlanmasıyla bu sistemin artık kalıcı olduğunun anlaşıldığı döneme kadar olan süreçte Cumhurbaşkanı İsmet İnönü’nün de yönetim anlayışı değişmiştir. İşte bu değişim onun çıktığı yurt gezilerinden takip edilebilmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada yurt gezileri, Cumhurbaşkanı İsmet İnönü’nün yönetim anlayışının değiştiğini gösteren siyasi davranışlar ve olaylar üzerinden açıklanacaktır. Ayrıca bu dönemde Cumhurbaşkanı İnönü’nün çok partili hayatla ilgili olarak attığı siyasi adımların etkileri de yurt gezileri içerisinde tartışılacaktır. Bu bağlamda önce, çok partili sistemin başlangıcında Milli Şef ve partili kimliğinin ön planda olduğu yurt gezileri değerlendirilecektir. Sonrasında ise partili kimliğini geride bırakıp partilere görece eşit uzaklıkta olduğunu gösterdiği ve 12 Temmuz Beyannamesinin etkilerinin görüldüğü yurt gezileri incelenecektir. / During the multi-party period, President Ismet Inönü’s nationwide tours have been showing how his concept of governance has changed. From the period when the multi-party system was seen as an experiment in the beginning of 1946, until the time when this system was understood to be permanent with publication of the July 12 Declaration, President Ismet Inönü’s concept of governance has changed. This change can be traced from his nationwide tours. In this study, nationwide tours will be explained through the political behaviors and events that show that President Ismet Inönü’s concept of governance has changed. In addition, the effects of the political steps taken by President Inönü in connection with multi-party system in this period will be discussed in nationwide tours. In this context, firstly, nationwide tours will be evaluated at the beginning of the multi-party system when his National Chief and party identity was effective. Afterwards, nationwide tours, which have been showing that he has left his party identity behind and has been equal to the parties and the effects of the July 12 Declaration will be reviewed.

Bu araştırma, fen bilgi ve sınıf öğretmenliği bölümlerinde okuyan öğretmen adaylarının sürdürülebilir çevreye yönelik tutumlarını incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2017-2018 Eğitim- Öğretim döneminde Gazi Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi’nde eğitim görmekte olan 342 fen bilgisi ve 324 sınıf öğretmeni adayıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Verilerin elde edilmesinde kişisel bilgi formu ve “Sürdürülebilir Çevre Tutum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmen adaylarının genel anlamda sürdürülebilir çevreye yönelik tutumları yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur. Ayrıca bölümler arasında fen bilgisi öğretmenliği bölümünde okuyan öğretmen adayları lehine, cinsiyete göre ise kız öğretmen adayları lehine anlamlı fark vardır. Fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının sınıf düzeyleri arasında fark olup olmadığına bakıldığında sınıf düzeyleri arasında fark bulunamamıştır. Sınıf öğretmenliği sınıf düzeylerine bakıldığında 1-2 ve 2-4. sınıflar arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Ayrıca öğretmen adaylarının anne eğitim durumu, baba eğitim durumu, aile gelir durumları, mezun oldukları lise ve yaşadıkları yerleşim birimine göre de aralarında anlamlı fark bulunamamıştır. / The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes of prospective teachers studying in science and classroom teaching departments towards sustainable environment. The research was carried out with 342 science teachers and 324 classroom teacher candidates who were studying in Gazi University Faculty of Education during the 2017-2018 academic year. Screening model was used in the research. Personal information form and Sustainable Environment Attitude Scale were used to obtain data. According to the findings obtained from the research, prospective teachers’ attitudes towards sustainable environment were found to be high. There is a significant difference in favor of prospective teachers in science teaching departments and in favor of female teacher candidates according to gender. There was no difference between the grade levels of science teacher candidates. A significant difference was found between the 1-2 and 2-4 classes of classroom teaching class levels.

Çok katlı pazarlama sistemi gelişmiş ülkelerde yaygın olarak uygulanmaktır. Türkiye’de ise öncü olarak 1990’lı yıllarda uygulanmaya başlamış ve hızlı bir gelişme göstererek günümüzde birçok yerli firma tarafından da uygulanan bir sistem haline gelmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, çok katlı pazarlama sistemlerinin girişimcilerine sunduğu imkânları ve bunların girişimciler tarafından algılanma derecesini ortaya koymak olarak belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, pazarlama ağının girişimcilerine sunduğu ortalama kazancı, istihdama etkisini, kariyer olanaklarını ve bireyleri çok katlı pazarlamaya yönlendiren sebeplerin tespiti çalışmanın alt amaçlarını oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubundan toplanan verilerle yapılan faktör analizi sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların verdikleri cevaplar Bireysellik ve Kişisel Katkı, Firma Katkısı, Firma Teşviki, Ürünler ve Sunulan İmkanlar ve Gelir olmak üzere beş boyut altında toplanmıştır. Geneli itibariyle bir ağ pazarlama sistemi olan One more istihdam ve ek gelir anlamında ekonomik faydalar sağlamaktadır. Sistemin sunduğu olanaklar, katılımcılar tarafından cezbedici bulunmaktadır. / The multi-level marketing system is widely applied in developed countries. In Turkey, it has started to be implemented as a pioneer in the 1990s and today has become a system that has been applied by many domestic companies have seen rapid growth. The aim of the study is to reveal the opportunities offered by the multilevel marketing systems to the entrepreneurs and the extent of their perception by the entrepreneurs. In addition, the sub-objectives of the study are the determination of the average earnings of the marketing network, the effect on employment, career opportunities and the reasons that lead individuals to multilevel marketing. For this purpose, the survey was applied to the entrepreneurs in the One More multi-level marketing system that entered the market as an indigenous company in recent years and the data obtained were analyzed.

Nükleer enerji hükümetler üstü bir konu; bir devlet politikasıdır. Dolayısıyla siyasi görüşleri farklı olsa da 1970’lerden itibaren hükümetler eliyle nükleer enerjiye geçiş sürecinde ısrar edilmiştir. Öte yandan nükleer enerji, başta yöre insanı olmak üzere tüm halkın yaşamını etkileyecek nitelikte bir konudur. Bu yüzden sürecin başarıya ulaşması, halkın, Türkiye’nin nükleer enerjiye geçişine rıza göstermesine bağlıdır. Medya ise halkın rızasını sağlamak için egemen söylemi yeniden ve yeniden üreterek yayan bir kurum olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Kavramsal temelini Gramsci’nin hegemonya kuramının oluşturduğu bu makalede, Teun van Dijk’in Eleştirel Söylem Analizi disiplininden yararlanılarak, Bülent Ecevit’in başbakanlık koltuğuna oturduğu 11 Ocak 1999 ile Akkuyu nükleer santral ihalesini iptal ederek nükleer enerji konusunu rafa kaldırdığı 25 Temmuz 2000 tarihleri arasında, nükleer karşıtı hareketin Milliyet gazetesindeki temsiliyetine odaklanılmış ve bu süreçte, Milliyet gazetesinin nükleer enerjiyle ilgili egemen söylemi üretip üretmediği ve topluma karşı sorumluluğunu ne kadar ve nasıl yerine getirdiği değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. / Nuclear energy is a supra-governmental issue and a state policy. Therefore, although their political views were different, transitioning to nuclear energy by governments since the 1970s has been insisted. Contrarily, nuclear energy affects all people’s lives. Hence, the success of Turkey’s nuclear phase-in depends on the general public’s consent. To provide it, the media emerges as an institution reproducing the dominant discourse. The article, having a conceptual base from Gramsci’s theory of hegemony and using the discipline of Teun van Dijk’s Critical Discourse Analysis, focuses on the representation of the anti-nuclear movement in the Milliyet Daily between January 11, 1999, when Bülent Ecevit became the Prime Minister, and July 25, 2000, when the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant bid was cancelled; and in this process, it was evaluated whether the Milliyet Daily produced the dominant discourse on nuclear energy and how and how much it fulfilled its responsibility towards society.

İnsanlığın ortak kültür mirasını oluşturan duygu ve düşüncenin “paylaşımcı ve etkileşimsel işbirliği”nin ortaya çıktığı alanlardan biri olarak müzik; barış ve özgürlüğün birleştiği bir faaliyet alanıdır. Ancak müzik bu işlevin de ötesine geçen işlevlere sahiptir. Uyum, işbirliği, ahenk, uzlaşı, aklın ve duygunun işbirliği, ortak değerleri yaşatmanın, madde ve mananın birlikte üretim yaptığı, söz ve ezgi olarak somutlaştığı bir faaliyet alanıdır. Bu özellikleri taşıyan diğer bir toplumsal faaliyet olan siyaset ile ortak özelliklere sahiptir. Siyaset hem birlikteliği hem de farklı olmayı ortaya koymanın mekanizmalarını ve değerlerini temsil etmektedir. Çağdaş devletlerde demokratik toplumun gerekleri arasında yer alan müzik ve siyaset kültürel bir gösterge oluşturmanın ötesinde toplumun gelişiminde iki önemli katalizör olma potansiyeline sahiptir. Her ikisi de işbirliği ve uyumun işlevsel ve kültürel malzemelerinin üretildiği ve toplumsal hayata kazandırıldığı alanlardır. Bu çalışmanın temel hipotezini; müzik ve siyasetin toplumu özgürlük ile besledikleri oranda demokrasinin yaşamasına ve gelişmesine pozitif katkı sağlayacakları yaklaşımı oluşturmaktadır. / Music is one of the areas in which the emotion and thought which have constituted the common cultural heritage of humanity that led to the development of “communion and interactive cooperation” and it is also a field of act uniting peace and freedom. However, music has functions that go beyond this function. Compliance, cooperation, harmony, reconciliation, cooperation of mind and emotion is a field of activity for keeping the common values, whereby material and meaning are produced together, and embodied as words and melodies. It has common features with politics, which is another social activity with these characteristics. Music and politics, which are among the requirements of the democratic society in contemporary states, have the potential to be two important catalysts in the development of society beyond forming a cultural indicator. Both are the areas in which the functional and cultural materials of cooperation and harmony are produced and brought into social life. The basic hypothesis of this study is that music and politics contribute positively to the survival and development of democracy.
