The crops, grasses, trees, algae and cyano-bacteria in the presence of sun perform photosynthesis and store chemical energy in a wide range of feed stocks such as starch, sugars and lipids that can be used for the production of biofuels. The crop plants such as sugar cane, oil palm, sugar beet, rapeseed soyabeans, wheat and corn are extensively used for the production of biofuels such as ethanol, diesel and methane. Due to increasing world population and extensive droughts in major regions pressure on food supplies has resulted in growing concern and has led to a heated food versus fuel debate. Biofuel systems that do not require arable land is developed and these include lingo cellulosic processes which convert cellulose-based products from plants into liquid fuels. Myscanthus, Camelina, Switchgrass, Sorghum, and Poplar trees are some of good source of biofuel at present. The success of these systems is depend on research and development of energy-efficient manufacturing processes, typically enzymatic lignin digestion processes, although chemical digestion methods are also under investigation. Due to demand for large amounts of enzyme appears to be as mountable challenge, ultimately this technology might also contribute to food versus fuel concerns because of its dependence on forest. This in turn could lead to a forest versus fuel issue, unless waste products from agricultural and forestry systems are exclusively used, or feed stocks produced on non-arable land can be developed. Although these crops can be grown on non-arable land, their productivity remains linked to soil fertility and water supply, and the scale of cultivation required to make a meaningful contribution towards global energy consumption will inevitably require lands that are currently used for food production or forestry. Many micro algae can be grown in saline water and are able to produce a wide range of feed stocks for the production of biofuels, including biodiesel, methane, ethanol, butanol and hydrogen, based on their efficient production of starch, sugars and oils.

Artificial insemination is one of the wonderful phenomena of the modern world. Considering that this discussion has not been specifically discussed in the jurisprudential subjects of the early jurists, it can be the source of various jurisprudential and legal issues. In the beginning, some of the jurists believed in the absolute prohibition of all forms of artificial insemination and some great authorities as sources of imitation considered wife and husband’s artificial insemination unlawful. However, with the recognition of this issue by some other sources of imitation and legality of the relativity of the child born by artificial insemination is subject to numerous theoretical disputes that raised new perspectives and led to reconsideration of the religious statements. Therefore, the present paper seeks to investigate, study further jurisprudential and legal sources to clarify the legal provisions related to such persons and while respecting their rights, it would prevent the presence of unidentified and derelict children in the community. Because by careful consideration of children born by artificial insemination and the legitimacy of these children in all forms of inoculation, it is possible to take a major step towards eliminating discrimination and preventing further problems in the Islamic society.

Background: Obesity is a problem that is found all over the world. Individuals who has increased of waist circumference or body mass index will have reduced physical fitness. This condition can also be found in security personnel who need great physical fitness for their occupation. Objectives: To find the correlation between waist circumference as marker of central obesity and Cooper test result in security personnel. Methods: This cross-sectional study was done to security personnel at Faculty of Medicine University as Indonesia with measuring waist circumference and Cooper test or 12-minutes run test distance covered. Result: From 43 subjects, we found that central or abdominal obesity prevalence is 27.9% and the mean of distance covered on Cooper test is 1787.41 ± 271.71 m. Spearman correlation test from both variables give significant inversely proportional correlation. (p value = 0.02; r = −0.430; 95% CI = −0.672 − −0.150). Conclusion: Increasing waist circumference in a person has correlation with decreasing physical fitness especially cardiorespiratory fitness.

Background: Student performance determines learning achievement and how students absorb lessons in class. One of the factors that cause student performance to decline is physical fatigue, which arises because of the classroom’s physical environment that does not support the teaching and learning process. Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between classroom’s physical environmental conditions and fatigue among high school students. Methods: The study design used was cross-sectional. Data collection included measurements of physical environmental parameters (humidity, temperature, lighting, noise, air flow, ventilation, temperature control, room capacity, room area ratio per person, and school location) and measurements of fatigue among students using the Subjective Self Rating Test in the form of questionnaire. Total sample was 448 students in 10 private high schools, with inclusion criteria: the students are not sick in the last two weeks and 10th and 11th grade students from 10 private high schools. Results: The research showed classroom’s physical environmental factors that affect fatigue among student’s included temperature, relative humidity, air flow, and air conditioner. While the most dominant indicator that was related to the occurrence of students’ fatigue was sex. Conclusion: Further research is needed on other factors that may cause fatigue among students in the classroom to support the conclusion of this research.
