The correlation between political regime and intellectual capital of different countries

This article considers the aspects of political regime and intellectual capital of 12 countries (Russia, USA, Singapore, China, Japan, Germany, Cuba, UK, Cote d’Ivoire, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Norway). The comparison on basis of Index of Economic Freedom, Global Competitiveness Index, Opportuneness of Investment Climate, KEI and KI indexes, The Global Innovation Index is made. As a result there’s the inference is made: the corellation between political regime and intellectual capital of different countries exist.
