The global financial ecosystem has been continuously transformed by digital transactions in today's technologically advanced world and electronic wallets have become essential to the lives of the increasing population. This study used a structured questionnaire and surveyed 606 bank customers in Yunnan, China, in order to examine the behavioral intentions on the use digital wallet. This study used partial-least square structural equation modeling to test five structural relationships. Findings showed that the respondent’s perception on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, awareness of digital wallets, and behavioral intentions on the use of digitals wallets were described as high. In terms of correlational statistics, all constructs are correlated, however, it was noted that digital wallet awareness and perceived usefulness have the lowest correlation. Furthermore, in terms of regression model test, all paths (PEU>IU, PU>IU, PR>IUU, AW>IU, and IU > BI) were found to be statistically significant. This indicates that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risks, awareness, and intention to use significantly influence behavioral intention. Hence, all hypotheses set were significant and supported. Findings also suggest that Fintech companies may continue invest to making sure that e-wallets are less risky and finally, leveraging the continuous popularity on the use of digital wallets is a way to promote financial inclusity among the population of this region.

This article focuses on profiling the abaca stakeholders in Eastern Visayas and elucidates their various functions in the industry. Primary information was gathered from a random sample of abaca farmers and other stakeholders through a researchers' developed survey questionnaire. The data were analyzed through descriptive measures and presented in statistical tables and graphs. Results showed that the majority of abaca farmers are in their prime working years (25 to 54 years old), are married females, are elementary graduates, and are owners of small abaca farms with an average area of 1.88 hectares. The small traders are mostly married females in their prime working years and are college degree holders. The Local Government Unit (LGU) personnel are mostly municipal agriculturists, males, married, and college graduates. The majority of the Philippine Fiber Industry Development Authority (PhilFIDA) personnel are married males who are of prime age and college degree holders. Half of the enablers were male and married, who finished graduate studies and either belonged to prime or mature working age. Moreover, findings revealed that several players in the abaca value chain have important roles and functions to play along the supply chain to make the industry vibrant. As they do their respective roles and functions, they also have needs, expectations, and concerns that should be addressed for them to function effectively in the system. Hence, the study recommends that an in-depth training needs assessment should be conducted to determine their real needs as the basis for designing training programs.

Foreign direct investment (FDI) is crucial for Nigeria because the country is in desperate need of funds to quicken its rate of economic development. The FDI inflow can be influenced by a variety of factors, including institutional, political, and economic ones, in addition to the existing legal framework. The primary obstacle to foreign direct investment (FDI) into Nigeria is the country's justice delivery system, which is the subject of this paper. The unpredictable inflows of investment that result from this crisis keep the nation from enjoying the benefits that come with it. These advantages include higher living standards, increased productivity, domestication, and technological adaptation. The study also adopted the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for estimation and found that Nigeria may lack a robust justice system or experience delays in the justice system, which hinders the inflow of FDI into the country. In order to speed up the delivery of justice while adhering to global best practices, Nigeria must thus implement improved case management systems and expedited procedures. To attract favorable foreign direct investments (FDIs), developing nations should embrace liberal and democratic economic systems in addition to pro-business reforms.

This study focuses on farmer cooperatives in Bulacan, Philippines, and examines their financial performance. The goal of the study was to identify the farmer cooperatives’ organizational profile, and financial performance, and to make recommendations that farmer cooperatives can utilize to sustain their operation. A descriptive research design was employed in the study using purposive sampling and a researcher-made questionnaire. Respondents to the study were selected based on the amount of their assets. Descriptive analysis tools used were means, percentage distribution, and frequency counts while in the financial performance analysis, the Philippine Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Standards were used including profitability, operational strength, and operating efficiency. Financial data came from 2014 to 2018 submitted financial statements of the farmer cooperatives to the Philippine CDA. Most farmer cooperative members were female regular members with active membership in the mostly multipurpose type of farmer cooperative offering agricultural loans and credit. The financial performance analysis of farmer cooperatives in Bulacan reveals key insights into their profitability, operational strength, and operating efficiency. The findings indicate both strengths and areas for improvement, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making and interventions, necessitating a thorough examination of their financial strategies and operations. Strategic interventions, capacity building, and collaborative efforts can contribute to the sustainable growth and success of these cooperatives, ensuring they effectively serve the needs of their members and the broader agricultural community.

This study examines the impact of entrepreneurship education on the attitudes of future teachers towards innovativeness, stability, enthusiasm, and non-employee tendency. Using a quantitative research design, data was collected and analyzed to determine the strength and significance of the relationship between entrepreneurship education and these attitudes. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurship education and student enthusiasm, but no significant relationship between entrepreneurship education and innovativeness. Additionally, a significant positive correlation was found between entrepreneurship education and student stability, but no significant relationship was found between entrepreneurship education and student tendency of non-employees. Overall, this study contributes to the growing body of research on the importance of developing entrepreneurial skills among future teachers and provides insights into how entrepreneurship education can impact their ability to adapt to the changing educational landscape of post-soviet countries.

The article focuses on analyzing developments in the academic literature regarding the relationship between monetary policy and herd behavior in the stock market. The main research method used in this article is a systematic review of the literature, including methods of synthesis and bibliographic analysis. Accordingly, the bibliographic method is employed to organise and analyze the standard deviation associated with behavioral economics research. The research offers scholarly publications that include the term “monetary policy and herd behavior” from Dimensions database between the middle of 2014 to the beginning of 2023. The results show that there are two main research trends on the relationship between monetary policy and herd behavior, which are based on theory and market effects. Accordingly, the theoretical background to explain this interaction includes the micro-foundation of economics, behavioral macroeconomics, and the mediation of the stock market cycle. However, like most other micro-factors, crowd psychology has not been studied and appreciated in terms of its influence on economic policy, even though they are purely a crucial components causing asset bubbles are beyond the control and adjustment of monetary policy. Therefore, future studies should have a specific definition, as well as a proper assessment of the role of the crowd in the ability to make investment decisions as well as the market's risk tolerance in order to have specific recommendations for monetary policy.

This study examines the effect of cooperative structures on risk-taking and innovativeness. The cooperative structures include the size of the board, assets, and membership. The researcher utilized a survey research design. The purposive sampling method was used to gather information from 78 cooperatives that were selected using inclusion criteria- in existence for more than ten years. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that the cooperatives have a five-member board, members of less than 500, and belong to small-type cooperatives. The study also found that the cooperative practiced risk-taking and innovativeness to a great extent. In testing the effect of cooperative structures on risk-taking and innovativeness, data analysis revealed that only one significant effect was noted. The study found that the size of the cooperative membership has a negative and significant effect on innovativeness. Being the ultimate decision maker of the cooperative, the member exercised their right during the annual general membership. The researcher recommends that the cooperative consider determining the optimal number of members who can participate in the decision-making body by classifying the members into regular- those who have the right to vote- and associate -those who do not have the right to vote.

The problem of conflict in engaged rapport has long been a topic of discussion and debate. Traditionally, leaders have been seen solely responsible for resolving organizational disagreements, and they have often held firm views on the matter. As a result, the research looks at the effects of conflict management tactics on collaboration via an empirical lens. Moreover, simple random sampling approach was utilized to pick two hundred twenty-four (242) respondents among personnel of Nigerian bottling firm plc while two hundred and forty (240) units of the questionnaire were filled and used for analysis. The study utilized simple percentage to assess the questionnaire responses, and employed Pearson Moment Correlation to test the formulated hypotheses. However, the study found that status discrepancies significantly impact teamwork, overlapping authority significantly impacts teamwork, and insufficient resources significantly hinder teamwork. Therefore, it is recommended that a true organization recognizes its own difficulties and challenges as organizational concerns, and works together to find cooperative solutions to the identified problems. This is because the peaceful coexistence of the manufacturing unions implies the peaceful existence of the organisation.
