Islami Bank is a Financial Institution, whose statutes, rules and procedures expressly state its commitment to the Principles of Islamic Shari’ah and to the banning of the receipt and payment of interest on any of its operation. There were plenty of previous studies but all of them were conducted by finding relationships of the factors that led to choosing Islamic Banking based on different demographics like age group, religious ethnicity, education level etc. This topic was chosen because the relationship of the most influential factor and gender was not studied in an extensive manner. For this study, an online survey and a real-time survey were conducted on the existing customers of Islamic Banks; the sample size of the study was 60. In the study an effort was made to find out what is the most influential factor that encourages people towards Islamic Banking. Moreover, efforts were also made to find out what are the factors that influence the male and female customers separately. Analyses were done with the help of charts and IBM SPSS 25.0 and it was found that Religious Preference was the factor that influenced most customers towards Islamic Banking as a whole and irrespective of gender. Islamic Banks should work hard and ensure that people don’t choose them for religious belief alone but because of the quality of services of the Islamic Banks.

In this study, we attempted to study the influence of individual factors such as the level of intelligence, past self-employment experience, and past work experience of Chinese college students on their decision to decide whether or not to take entrepreneurship as a career choice after graduation. Based on the quantitative analysis method, we collected the data of 600 young students from different courses in final year from a university in Guangzhou. The target population for this study was 22-23 years of age. The ratio of male to female was 55 and 45, respectively. Data were analyzed using cross tabulation and chi-square test. The results show that past self-employment experiences have a negative impact on students' entrepreneurial tendencies. There is no relationship between work experience and entrepreneurial tendencies. Students with higher scores in intelligence are considered to have no entrepreneurial tendency or very few entrepreneurial tendencies.

Employees in organizations face a myriad of moral issues in their everyday decisionmaking. It is of great significance when the decisions entail a professional conduct where the individuals have fiduciary relationship with one or more stakeholders – as in the case of doctors and patients. In the healthcare sector of Bangladesh, a number of malpractices and unethical behaviours have been highlighted in the media and by the insiders to the industry. Hence, the aim of this exploratory research was to see the prevalence of such practices and try to relate these practices with the existing HR scenario of the respective organizations. The study was conducted using the questionnaire survey method, where response from 128 patients were taken to carry out a one-tailed hypotheses testing. Moreover, a few semi-structured interviews were also carried out with a number of industry experts (particularly representing the management of a number of healthcare organizations). The findings indicated that majority of patients do feel that doctors wilfully prescribe specific brands of medicine in majority of the cases and they also perceive prescription of brand drugs, repeat medical tests (particularly from referred diagnostic centres) as unethical. Such behaviours are further questioned on account of the presence of similar to commission-based pay in their respective organizations etc.
