India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and the FMCG industry in India is also growing very fast. For consumers’ FMCGs have become essential parts of personal and daily needs life. There is a continuous increase in disposable income; there has been a major shift in the attitude and aspirations of the consumers. This research is to analyze the external and internal factors which influence a consumer’s decision in purchasing branded FMCGs products. Consumer behaviour involves many activities. Each consumer has thoughts, feelings, plans, decisions and purchases. Marketers should find how consumers gather information and how they apply such information in selecting competitor’s products, how consumers decide to purchase and why the purchase process and purchase reasons of different consumers are varied. Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between consumer involvement and purchase decision (for FMCG). Data was collected from sample of 120 consumers from rural and urban areas so that the degree of consumer involvement would be reached and described some reasons behind the consumer involvement.

In this research article, author tries to identify the customer brand loyalty and buying behaviour of consumers for fast moving consumer goods, especially biscuits. Two parameters, gender and age are considered to verify health and brand consciousness of consumers while buying biscuits. The researcher collected the data by using observation method and questionnaire method. In the observation method, researcher collected the data of actual timing taken by the consumer for buying biscuits. The sample size covered for this survey was 319 customers. Retail outlets covered in the survey are Reliance fresh, Dorabjees, Big Bazaar, and D-mart. It was found out that customers are health conscious irrespective of gender while purchasing the product especially biscuits. Gender of customer and time taken to buy play an important role while buying biscuits. Also, age of customer and their brand consciousness plays an important role while buying biscuits.

This study explored the different recruitment methods mostly utilized by employers. Finding out what method is effective and efficient can save time and resources. The different recruitment methods evaluated were based on the Value-Added Theory of Neil J. Smelser, (2012) and Edwin B. Flippo (2015) and the importance of recruitment is on the Institutional Theory of Glover, (2013).Twenty (20) companies of the twenty-four partner-companies or eighty-three (83%) percent through their Human Resource Managers, Supervisors and Officers participated in the study. A peer-reviewed questionnaire was utilized in determining the recruitment method. Secondary data were used to determine methods that hired the number employees per category of company. Data collected were later subjected to further analysis for a significant relationship between the category of the company and the selected recruitment methods. The common notion that joining job fairs is an effective and efficient way of landing a job is a misconception. Partner-companies are dynamic and diverse in utilizing methods of hiring employees.
