The purpose of this article is to study the pathogenesis of occupational diseases of miners in the construction of the dust factor of the working environment with an emphasis on the role of purines. Harmful effects of dust on humans have been seen in ancient times. Even at that time it was already known that the work associated with intense dusting can lead to diseases that are accompanied by cough with sputum and often end in the development of respiratory failure and death. In the coal industry, the impact of production factors is characterized by multicomponent, it is contact with coal-rock dust; change in the gas composition of the air (decrease in oxygen content, increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide, entering the atmosphere of methane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, explosive gases, etc.); noise and vibration; irrational lighting and ventilation; forced body position; neuro-mental, visual, auditory overvoltage; heavy physical labor, as well as increased risk of injury. And the more underground experience, the higher the likelihood of health problems as a result of occupational disease or injury.

Cystitis is one of the most common types of diseases of urinary tract infections (UTI). Like other diseases common in the population cystitis may lead to social, economic, and psychological problems with possible harmful health effects in the long term. Recurrent cystitis is insidious disease: after discontinuation of the acute phase, the patient may have confidence that full recovery occurs, but the inflammation continues its course and development. According to the available data, it can be concluded that the alternative antibacterial drugs are prescribed and used more often than the drugs of choice, which naturally leads to the development of antibiotic-resistant forms of the infection and difficult, prolonged treatment. For this reason, research is being conducted, and new methods of treatment are being developed for this disease so far. In the work will describe the causes of disease occurrence, some aspects of the pathogenesis, diagnosis and various methods of treatment of acute uncomplicated bacterial nonspecific and chronic cystitis.

In the conditions of the Turkestan City Children's Hospital 251 children aged from 6-23 months of lives were examined by the authors. 90 children suffered from anemia of 1 degree, 50 children - 2 degrees and 11 children - 3 degrees from them. They were influenced by the occurrence of the disease (pneumonia, bronchiolitis, gastroenteritis, colitis), and individual cases of bilirubin metabolism of unspecified etiology were identified. Severe anemia was identified in children born to six pregnancies and childbirth. The importance of studying this pathology is regularly emphasized by leading scientists around the world. Especially draw attention to the severe degree of anemia in children of an earlier age, as they have noted persistent morphological changes in the organ, organ system, which violates their function. Anemia is an indicator of the state of the environment and the causes of their occurrence are multifactorial, which occurred from the combined effects of genetic and exogenous factors. In this regard, the aim of the study was to establish a causal relationship between negative environmental factors and the level of frequency of anemia in young children. The aim of the work was to conduct a retrospective territorial analysis of the frequency of observation of anemia in the conditions of Turkestan, as well as to trace the causal relationship between the risk factors of trouble and the frequency of young children with anemia. Parents were surveyed and the following documentation was used for the analysis: - Form №066/y (statistical maps of children who have left the hospital); - Form №097/y (history of neonatal development); - Form №003/y (medical records of inpatient); In the course of studying the causes of anemia, we paid more attention to the health of mothers. Namely from what pregnancy the child was born. Indeed, in newborns born from the first and second pregnancy, the degree of anemia was weaker than in those born from the fifth or sixth pregnancy. The latter showed signs of severe anemia. Mothers who gave birth to five or more children often themselves suffered from anemia.

Prospective diagnostic study of the pathological state of the cardiovascular system in athletes on the basis of dispersion mapping and ECG. Method of research. The survey was conducted at the world Boxing Academy (AIBA) in Almaty among 49 athletes engaged in martial arts at the age of 18-31 years. Results. In 7 (14%) athletes with SRRG and left ventricular hypertrophy with incomplete blockade of the right bundle branch block, there is a high indicators "myocardium" (17,5-19) and "PARS" (5-7), which reflects the functional instability of cardiomyocytes and condition of pronounced tension of regulatory systems with the active mobilization of protective mechanisms. Summary. The examination revealed early signs of overstrain of the cardiovascular system in 9 (18%) highly qualified athletes.

In a study conducted among 60 volunteers, the effectiveness of the Lamifaren therapeutic and prophylactic food product in the complex treatment of patients with thyroid diseases associated with iodine deficiency and similar conditions, coronary heart disease, and chronic gastritis was evaluated. The results of a study involving patients with diseases of the thyroid gland, gastrointestinal tract, and cardiovascular system showed that the use of the therapeutic and prophylactic food product “Lamifaren” in complex therapy of patients reduces the number of complaints in participants of all experimental groups, which ultimately leads to improving the well-being of patients.

This article presents the results of a survey of patient satisfaction on the quality of medical services in Almaty City Cardio Center. 50 patients aged from 18 to 60+ years old took part in this research project (37 males and 13 females). To collect information, a questionnaire for the assessment of the performance of organizations, providing inpatient care, was used.
