The findings of complex clinical and neurologic research and radiation examination data (roentgenologic, computer and magnetic resonance tomography, and ultrasonic Doppler scanning) were analyzed for 300 patients with osteochondrosis of cervical spine, who were accepted to therapeutic resorts for medical rehabilitation. The nature of the identified degenerative and dystrophic changes allowed us to distinguish four successive periods (stages) of development of disease, and visualize pathogenic causes of clinical and neurologic syndromes, and define the diagnostic and prognostic criteria of osteochondrosis of cervical spine, and choose the most effective case-by-case rehabilitation measures.

The article presents a case of a patient with idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis with atypical onset, upper lobe localization of pathological process, rapid progression of the disease, and the lack of specific clinical and radiographic manifestations, which made it difficult to diagnose the idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis. The main cause of untimely identification of idiopathic fibrosing alveolitis is the lack of uniform diagnostic tactics for these diseases.

In patients with psoriasis living in the Crimea, the content of vitamin D during the autumn and winter periods (October-February) has been studied. It has been established that morbidity of vitamin D insufficiency/deficiency in patients with psoriasis of the Crimea during the autumn and winter periods is up to 62 %. The increased morbidity of skin damage in patients with psoriasis is associated with reliable increase of vitamin D insufficiency/ deficiency according to the content of both 25(OH)D3 and 1.25(OH)2D3.

The outcomes of hip replacement in 52 patients of middle and old age (65 to 100 year old) are studied. At admission, there were 48 patients with fracture of the femoral neck, and 4 patients with false joint. In the long postoperative period (18 months), most patients (96.2 %) showed good results.

The article presents the results of treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2 diabetic polyneuropathy of the lower extremities. Assessment of the intensity of neuropathic subjective symptoms and vibration sensitivity showed that comprehensive drug treatment Espa - lipon combined with physiotherapy treatments vakumed in patients of group 1 (20) gave a more pronounced positive results compared with group 2 (10). Thus the positive effect of treatment in Group 1 patients was observed on the fifth day of treatment, and in group 2 - only on the tenth day.

Currently, it is still disputable whether extracorporeal detoxication techniques may be used in emergencies when the application risks are hardly comparable with the benefits of the technique used. Unreasonable extension of indications based on rough translations or interpretation of European guidelines often results in complications and inefficiency, and discredits the technique. When using the detoxication method such as continuous replacement renal therapy (CRRT), which is relatively new for Kazakhstan, we summed up the data of guidelines and evidence basis related to this technique.
