A comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of 60 patients with primary open angle glaucoma in combination with age-related macular degeneration. All patients with hypotensive prostaglandins analogs order used in some cases in combination with drugs blockers. When compensation intraocular pressure on various antihypertensive mode in 52 of 60 eyes after this period of observation (1 year) did not reveal the progression of age-related macular degeneration. As a result, it is not revealed patterns between the intake of certain antihypertensive drugs, or combinations thereof, and the severity of age-related macular degeneration.

The aim of this work was to determine the changes of metric exchange and capacitive levels of blood microcirculation of the salivary glands under the influence of platifillinum and prozerinum. Morphometric research found, that the introduction to experimental animals platifillinum and prozerinum calls in the exchange and capacitive links blood microcirculation of salivary glands unidirectional changes, that occur increasing rates prevailing values when prozerinum entering. The most pronounced expansion of microvessels defined in submandibular gland, less - in parotid. A characteristic feature haemomicrovessels of sublingual gland was no significant difference between the performances of experimental groups of animals.
