One of the most urgent issues of healthcare system is circulatory system diseases (CSD). These diseases are important from the social and demographic points of view because they are wide spread and severe, which results in high mortality and disability rate in population. These diseases are leading among all causes of death in most developed countries, including Kazakhstan. That said, main share of all cases is taken by coronary heart disease(CHD), and especially, its acute forms, which require expensive interventional and surgical therapy. Therefore, the Government, adopted Program titled 'Development of cardiology and cardiosurgery care in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2007-2009', which contributed to wide spread of cardiology service, and implementation of new high technology methods of diagnostic and therapy.

The article presents the evaluation of the causes of chronic endometritis in women with reproductive disorders. As a result of comprehensive examination,it is found that there is high percentage of commemorative signsof urogenital infections (59 %) in women of this group. It is found that there were 62 % of uterine curettage formiscarriage (spontaneous miscarriage or missed miscarriage) and 28 % of complicated childbirths and abortions.

Current trends in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart diseases (CHD) set strict requirements for pediatric cardiology and cardiac surgery. 'Salamatty Kazakhstan' Program allowed to introduce international standards of surgical correction of CHD, as well as therapy guidelines for such a severe complication of CHD as associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (APAH) in children. From 2008 to 2013,over 170 children with congenital heart disease (CHD) complicated by APAHwere diagnosed and operated. We performed a look back study of cardiovascular system during postoperative period, as well as assessment of late fate after surgical treatment of CHD.According to the study, surgical correction of left-right bypass graft with associated pulmonary arterial hypertension in children changes the central circulatory dynamics essentially. Andin long dates, improvements of functional parameters of the heart and microcirculation of the pulmonary circulation is more typical for patients with moderate pulmonary hypertension.
