This article discusses the genesis of memory in archaeology of mental processes from the ref lections developed by german philosopher Christoph Türcke in his work Philosophie des Traums (Original in German, 2010a). This is a study that used the methodological feature of literature research. It discusses the emerging of memory as an attempt to release the tormentors stimuli through the process of compulsion to traumatic repetition, considered the only genuinely human drive by Türcke (2010a).

: This paper presents a brief authors frame – Heraclitus, Montaigne and Marx, among others – which constituted sources for Edgar Morin, having played an important role in his formation, and that may also point the way for the formation task of our students, not only by means of instructional processes, but due to mobilizing ref lection dynamics of thinking that appear as question forces on the human condition. Complex thought was nourished by various philosophical questions that can be intertwined with romance, poetry and cinema, which, by exposing human complexities, meet the curiosity that always prompted Morin. It is a knowledge which proposes the discussion of opposites and contradictions as complementary and inseparable, and points to the importance of dialogue.

The main objective of this paper is to lessen the spirits so that one can embark with confidence on the paths of philosophy. Managers, teachers and students can perform the experience of philosophical ref lection, if they overcome the many auras facing the philosophy. In this sense, the pedagogical action of the philosophy teacher gains central importance, so that the demands and accountabilities, resulting from the philosophical ref lexive exercise, do not enclose the greatness of the search for meanings that brings meaning to life and actions .

The debate surrounding Brazil’s Public Education has been, in the last years, including new characters, scenarios, concerns, and also theoretical and methodological aspects. Several experiences are in course, especially in the Municipal Education System, both in the urban and rural areas. A plurality of profiles, actors and organizational processes has been developed, having as one of its characteristics the extension of the school day. In 2007 a new educational initiative was created by the Education Ministry to reinforce and broadcast the proposition of Integral Education, which was materialized by the program Mais Educação. This article includes the debate about Integral Education and the training of educators developed by the Federal University of Paraíba, through the Center for Citizenship and Human Rights, having as reference the training actions developed in the last years in the field of Integral Education in its interface with human rights. In this paper we ref lect about the challenges present for the construction of integral education, having as the axis of our thinking the theme of the training of educators. More than ever its necessary the creation of training spaces so that the various actors involved in popular public schools are able to weave the course of Brazilian public education. We argue that the public university plays a key role in this trend.

Debates on education concepts in the national scenario, in relation to basic education, point to several trends with regard to offering enlightening knowledge abouthuman nature and social, political and cultural relations in the curriculum. The presence of ref lection with instruments of philosophical character in High School may contribute to the education of the students in that direction. To this end, solid knowledge of teaching philosophy in high school is necessary. This paper presents an overview of the academic production on the subject from 2004 to 2013 (State of the Art). From this production, it was possible to highlight their peculiarities; identify in which institutions and regions of Brazil the construction of knowledge on the subject occurred; point out the commitment of the areas of philosophy and education with the production, and thereby provide access to more knowledge about the teaching of philosophy in high school.
