Producing high quality beef asks for the implementation of a performing management of raising cattle ecologically. The main ways of improving beef quality management have a technical nature: sustaina ble grazing management to conserve floral diversity and to obtain ecological beef and rational distribution of the cattle over the grassland to facilitate vegetation recovery and to avoid the setting of invasive species. Implementing a sustainable manageme nt of the resources in the neighborhood of animal farms has beneficial effects on beef quality, brings good economic income through the practice of best beef quality management, protects the environment long - term, and reduces infrastructure expenses thus a voiding the risks of meat contamination.

Standardization in the management system becomes a key task of the managers and a priority issue for survival of every organization of this century. Besides the company's owner which is mostly concerned with the profit and fast multiplication of its invested capital, many other parties such as consumers, community, employees, deliverers and the society make a pressure in demanding. As of those demands the organization is to adapt its management system according the standards in order to be safe t hat the expectations will be fulfilled. However, to fulfill the standards in Europe and worldwide it is necessary to approach towards huge - radical changes in problem solving i.e. reengineering, new manner of consideration of causes and not as the so far known way - thinking over the consequences. Implementing this new TQM strategy means designing solidly documented quality system that covers every working process in a company and appears as a necessary base for successful usage of statistical process contr ol (SPC) and efficient teamwork which otherwise in case of bad quality system will not be able to be set. In this manner it is guaranteed that the attitude of the top management is conducted; this attitude is consisted within the quality policy that create s a climate and information base whe re team work can be developed. This paper offers a proposal methodology for designing and implementation of internal standardization of TQM system in companies. This methodology is applicable in factory for reconstructio n of wagons and in a factory for confectionary production and has shown its efficiency and usage. In order to design the processes in line with the consumers/ clients content and at the same time to achieve profitability, it is necessary to reengineer the working processes.

Quality has become a strategic goal and competition priority in the modern economy and certainly a key weapon in the battles to conquer new markets. Also extremely important is to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly with regard to ensuring high quality at an affordable price. Besides all that, it is essential to balance the alignment of interests, not only of producers and consumers, but of all interested parties. This meanst hat, besides quality in the sense of usefulness of the product, the major importance lies in the performance management of the product realization process with the constant optimization of the cost in order to achiev a competitive and reasonable price for the buyer. Along the competitive price, it is important that the manufacturer provides sufficient funding to ensure a lasting and stable development. This relationship and exchange between quality and cost belongs to the fields of economics of quality and business efficiency. The process of transformation of consumers' desires and needs into a particular product is known as the cycle of quality. The aim of this paper is to lay the foundations, through analyzing the field of quality economics, for the research on the impact of product quality management on the competitiveness and business of organizations, especially those with an implemented quality management system.

The Internet revolution has led to significant changes in the way travel agencies interact with customers. Travel websites provide customers diverse services including travel information and products through the Internet. In practical envir onments, Internet users face a variety of travel website service quality (TWSQ) that is vague from human beings' subjective judgments, and most criteria have some degree of interdependent or interactive characteristics. In the face of the strong competitio n environment, in order to profit by making customers proceed with transactions on the websites, travel websites should pay more attention to improve their service quality. This study discusses the major factors for travel agency websites quality from the viewpoint of users' perception and explores the use of multiple - attribute decision making (MADM) approaches for the evaluation of TWSQ. A comparative analysis of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Fuzzy TOPSIS metho ds are illustrated through a practical application from the websites of five travel agencies. Empirical results showed that the proposed methods are viable approaches in solving the evaluation problem of TWSQ.
