The article discusses the changes of motivation and mental States, people on probation and parole in the age of from 18 up to 35 years, whose main reason for conviction – robbery, robbery, use of psychoactive substances. The selected audience is predominantly men. Describes a psychological study of the personalities of probation and parole citizens on the basis of the tests: CHOICE lusher, a Test questionnaire G. Shmishek and K. Leongard (a technique of accentuation of character and temperament), Neurotic personality traits (NL) modification of L. I. Wasserman, B. V. Iovlev. The concept of development criminally-executive system of the Russian Federation until 2020 provides for the further development of alternatives to imprisonment. It is expected therefore making the activity of criminal-Executive inspection (UII) social focus, providing for the re-socialization of convicts in close cooperation with civil society institutions. Most urgently today is the question of socio-psychological and educational work with convicts. The involvement of the public, rehabilitation centers and other organizations in the process of social adaptation and rehabilitation of convicted persons is in the spirit of the time and demand of the main provisions of the concept of development UIS the Russian Federation until 2020. The development provides for UII at the same time as the introduction of innovative technologies in the field of social, psychological and educational work with convicts, and to raise the level of professional training of their employees.

The analysis of foreign researches of adolescent dating violence is presented in article. Terminological difficulties which overcoming represents a relevant scientific and practical task are discussed. Adolescent dating violence is treated as a specific phenomenon which should be distinguished from bullying, school violence, etc. The data characterizing frequency of violence in the teenage romantic relations are systematized; it is established that up to 2/3 teenagers in foreign countries have experience of adolescent dating violence either as offenders, or as victims, in structure of the discussed phenomenon into the forefront psychological violence acts. Biographic, individual and psychological and social and environmental predictors of adolescent dating violence are considered. Process of transformation of behavior within adolescent dating violence with transition to more mature, partner or marriage, to the relations is tracked. Special attention is paid to sexual differences in predisposition to commission of adolescent dating violence and also his influence on character of the subsequent "adult" relations.

The article adduces a research of psychological characteristics of information security of adolescents with deviant and normative behavior. 46 people from two Moscow schools were examined with a complex of four methods, one of which was the “Information Security Questionnaire" - is used for the first time. In addition, two experimental subgroups viewed videos about Internet security rules and then it was assessed how much it had influenced the responses of adolescents to spam mailing. A conclusion based on the obtained results was made, that adolescents with deviant behavior are less likely (in comparison with adolescents with normative behavior) to be exposed to negative information because of their personal characteristics and distrust of others. However, for the same reason, they are less susceptible to persuasive educational impact, including those related to information security on the Internet. Thus, it is teenagers with normative behavior who are the ones who need information security education, and the effectiveness of such education should be tested with various psychological methods.

The article deals with the problem of personality development of a student-psychologist within the framework of a competence approach. The competence approach, in general terms, is based on the notion that a student must master a certain set of special competencies that include the knowledge, skills, skills and personal qualities necessary for further professional activities. In other words, in the process of training, the future specialist must master a unique set of professional and personal competencies, corresponding to his individual characteristics. However, most often in the educational process, the emphasis is not on developing the necessary personal qualities (competences). The article examines the impact of the training programmes of mediation in special educational institution (SUVA) and educational institutions (ei) on the psychological climate in the team. The research is based on data obtained from 154 people, employees of educational institutions. Of them, 37 persons – employees of SUVA, and 117 bangs – employees OU. There were three methods of psychological diagnostics - Methods of assessment of psychological atmosphere in the team at A. F. Fielder, index Sikora and assessment of communicative skills. When comparing the performance of tests to conduct training programs on the basics of mediation and after its passage determined that among the staff of the SUVA (in analysis Wilcoxon test, p = 0,0027) and staff of the OU (in the test analysis Wilcoxon p <0.0001) is statistically significant increase in the level of group cohesion, defined in test Sisera. Obtained data on scales methods for the assessment of psychological atmosphere in the team at A. F. Fielder. According to the results of this study are the employees of SUVA has not been a statistically significant change in rates of bipolar scales that measure different quality characteristics of the atmosphere in the team. At that time, as the employees OU for all the ten scales produced statistically significant differences, indicating improvement. In the test of evaluation of communicative skills not observed statistically significant differences neither in the group of the SUVA (in analysis Wilcoxon test, p=0,079) or in the Oh group (in analysis Wilcoxon test, p=0.95) of employees. The results of the study indicate that learning the basics of mediation contributes to the improvement of several characteristics of the psychological climate within the collectives, SUVA and OU. At the same time, there are fundamental differences between the groups of those agencies that require additional testing.

The article presents different points of view on the assessment of witness statements. This review results from a range of issues coming up in the modern practice of a forensic psychologist. One of the recent problems connected to the assessment of witness statements validity, is forensic and psychological expert reports, realized on the basis of not locally approved methods, backed by reliable studies. The article describes different approaches of foreign and national specialists to the issue of credibility of witnesses. Despite the significant amount of works in this field, there are still differences and contradictions in researches regarding the assessment of the quality of witness statements. That is why familiarization with the history of the issue is necessary for its further full and complete examination, as well as for avoiding the incorrect operation with existing results in the modern practice of a psychologist.

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the risk factors for aggressive behavior in juvenile offenders suffering from schizophrenic spectrum disorders. A total of 72 male juveniles aged 15 to 17 years were examined. A set of methods for studying individual psychological characteristics was used, as well as a screening tool for assessing possible mental distress (MAYSI-2). Based on the findings, it is concluded that adolescents who have committed socially dangerous acts and suffer from disorders of the schizophrenic spectrum have a high level of proactive and reactive aggressiveness. Due to specific violations in the communicative sphere, mechanisms for containing aggressive motives are formed worse. Among the clinico-psychological risk factors of aggressive criminal behavior for them, the most significant is a violation of thinking, which leads to a misinterpretation of the social context.

The article presents the data of study of expression of emotional intelligence in school leaders. Emotional intelligence, as one of the socio-psychological characteristics of personality, showed the closest relationship with the components of attitude of heads of schools towards his subordinates. In turn, these components of the relationship, in our opinion, represent a modern model of the head of school. The study surveyed 101 head of school from the Moscow region in age from 26 to 65 years males - 8.9 per cent; the Director of schools is 57, the position of Deputy Director of school on teaching and educational work of 44 people, a complex of six methods. One of which is the Author's questionnaire, the study of socio-psychological personality characteristics and components of attitude of heads of schools to subordinates-teachers. The rest EMIN questionnaire D. V. Lyusina, allowing to identify the level of emotional intelligence, the scale of personal anxiety CH. D. Spielberger, L. Y. Hanin, diagnosis of Machiavellianism personality of V. V. Znakov, the scale measure the level of sociability of the individual L.N. Lutoshkina, diagnosis of the tendency to stress G. Jackson. On the basis of obtained results it is concluded that the most important socio-psychological characteristics of personality is the emotional intelligence that allows a supervisor not only to understand their own and others ' emotions, to manage them successfully, but also contribute to the ability to arouse certain feelings in the people around them. Model the relationship of the heads of educational institutions to the staff, includes three components: emotional, behavioral and cognitive. It is suggested that such socio-psychological characteristics of personality as emotional intelligence, manipulative, sociability, anxiety and stress have a close relationship with all components of the attitude of heads of schools for their employees.

The article presents the main results of domestic research for the years 2013– 2016. Research are dedicated to the study of xenophobia and extremism as a kind of adolescents’ deviant behavior. This research focuses on the study of pedagogical and psychological factors of formation of extremist behaviour in adolescents and youth. The results of studies by P.N. Kasberov, A. V. Novikov (2015; 2016), E.N. Skulkina (2015); M.G. Stadnikov, A.A. Shcheglov (2014); O.E Huhlaev, V.M Minasova, O.S. Pavlova, V.E Zykov (2015), etc., describe individual characteristics of perpetrators of offences of an extremist nature and/or being prone to xenophobic attitudes. The objective of the research is to identify factors impeding or contributing to the formation of extremist behavior in adolescents and youth in order to develop adequate preventive measures.

The article presents the results of an empirical study of the features of the development of the level of moral judgments among the cadets. The study was conducted on the basis of the OGBU "Smolensk Field Marshal Kutuzov Cadet Corps." The material was the results of a survey of two groups of adolescents studying in the cadet corps, representing the younger and older adolescents. The following subjects were included in the sample: cadets only enrolled in the cadet corps (n = 30); Cadets completing their studies (n = 30). As methodologies, a specially developed semi-structured interview was used that simulates situations of moral choice. The Cadets showed positive dynamics in the development of moral judgments and greater differentiation in assessments, and revealed age differences in the semantic sphere. The older cadets are distinguished by a tendency to form a higher - prosocial level of development of moral judgments. It is noted that in carrying out educational work with pupils, efforts should be directed to help in adapting to new social conditions, integration into the cadet collective.

The purpose of the presented study is to analyze the social representations about the information security of children and adolescents in groups of teachers. The study is based on the ideas of the social representations theory, in particular, on the connection between social practices and social representations. The object of the study was teachers of secondary schools, the sample was 102 people aged 22 to 65 years, (M = 39.36 years, SD = 11.12 years, 91 women and 11 men). As a matter of the experience of schoolchildren all respondents were divided into three groups: teachers of children, teachers of adolescents, teachers of children and adolescents. The subject of the study was to reveal the specificity of the representations of teachers about the information security of children and adolescents. The supposed to revel the specificity of the representations as a matter of experience with schoolchildren of various ages. To test the assumptions, a questionnaire was developed, it consisted of 6 parts: In the first part, respondents were asked to evaluate this or that type of information, in terms of the threat it poses to the safety of children and adolescents. In the next four parts of the questionnaire, respondents were asked to answer questions of so-called «vignettes» (hypothetical situations), in each case it was necessary to propose a plan of action in the situation. The last part contained socio-demographic issues. As the volume of the article is limited, the present section discusses the results of the threat assessment and two hypothetical situations out of four.

The article substantiates the need to improve the readiness of the future legal psychologists to effective coping behavior in the light output at the present time in Russia professional standards governing the activities of professionals providing psychological assistance to minors, including those who are in legally relevant situations. The aim of the presented research - the identification of typical coping strategies for students of legal psychology in the educational practice and the analysis of the relationship of coping strategies with successful performance practices. Second-year students were diagnostic practice in various educational institutions, including schools and special schools for students with deviant behavior. Probationers acted as a psychologist, a holistic diagnostic problem solving - from the receipt of the request to make recommendations on the results of the survey. The method of content analysis was processed 41 report on the practice. Fixed mention of problematic situations that have caused negative emotions in the trainees, and mention of coping behavior. Revealed the typical difficulties of students and coping strategies when performing queries on psycho-diagnostics of children with behavioral problems. We found a significant positive correlation between the success of the implementation of practice tasks students with a variety mentioned in the report difficulties with the frequency of their appearance, as well as with a variety of coping strategies. The study offers methodological tools for the preparation of the future legal psychologists in diagnostic practice.

The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted on a representative sample of the penitentiary system staff. The subject of the study were deputy heads of correctional institutions and heads of departments in various areas of work in the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the North Caucasus Federal District, enlisted in the reserve for higher managerial positions. The purpose of the study is to determine the professionally important qualities (PIQ) of middle managers and to identify potential abilities for managerial activities at a higher position. According to expert estimates, given by immediate supervisors to candidates for the reserve for nomination, the general level of development of the TAC was determined. The psychodiagnostic examination of candidates enrolled in the reserve for nomination, using the methods used in the centers of psychodiagnostics (CPD) of the territorial bodies of the penitentiary system during admission to the service, made it possible to identify potential abilities for responsible higher-level administrative work and psychological contraindications to the employment of a higher middle management.

The article deals with the clinical and psychological aspects of including minors in terrorist and extremist activities. In the historical perspective, it was traced how the views on the role of mental disorders in the genesis of such crimes changed. It is shown that terrorist and extremist activity must be viewed as a complex multi-factor phenomenon, in which socio-psychological components play a leading role. It is noted that the psychopathological process can act as a prerequisite for inclusion in such radical groups. Psychoanalytic, sociological, cognitive approaches, theories of social learning and the concept of diffuse ego-identity making attempts to explain the mechanisms of terrorist and extremist activity in minors are analyzed. The problem of insufficient study of the influence of the Internet and social networks on the formation of readiness for admission to adolescents in radical organizations is posed.

This article reflects part of the research devoted to studying family identity in adolescents from different types of family. The article discusses the relationship between features of family identity and adolescents by type of family in which they are raised. This issue is relevant to research in contemporary discourse of family psychology, which quite often raises the problem of family crisis associated with the demographic situation in the country, the number of divorces, the spread of alternative forms of marital unions, etc. It is traditionally believed that the family crisis could have a negative impact on the experience of his family belonging in children and adolescents, creating a social risk for them. The research method is a questionnaire specifically designed for research purposes. According to the results of empirical research the conclusion about the lack of direct links between specific experiences of belonging to his family in adolescents, i.e., their family identity, and family type in which they are raised.

The article discusses the administrative-legal and phenomenological approaches to understanding the official loyalty. Official loyalty is being considered under the administrative-legal approach as adherence to formal official duty, which is a system of obligations, taken together with official status, the source of which are: normative base of service activity, legal requirements of the head and public interests. Lists of the limitations of administrative-legal approach to understanding the of official loyalty: weak underdeveloped concept, the failure to take into account the wide range of situations, operation with a models rather than actual processes. Discusses the advantages of the phenomenological approach in studying the performance of loyalty: its psychological advantages, the existence of a theoretical framework, the work with the real phenomena. Within the phenomenological approach official loyalty is defined as psychological-behavioral integration of the employee in the group operating in the service sector, on the basis of a common cause of activities. Possibilities of sharing of the considered approaches for the decision of problems of optimization of official activity are designated.

Individually-psychological characteristics were studied and profiles of the styles of self-regulation of the employees engaged in hazardous were determined. The mainly group consisted of 30 men aged 21 to 60 years, who are specialists of dangerous professions. The comparison group included 30 men from 22 to 60 years, whose professional activity was not associated with risk. The following methods were used: questionnaire "Style of self-regulation of behavior" by V. I. Morosanova; questionnaire of self-control (H. Grasmik, 1993, adaptation Bulygina V. G., Abdrazakova A. M., 2009); the questionnaire BIS/BAS, used to study the sensitivity to punishment and reward; the questionnaire formal-dynamic properties of individuality by V. M. Rusalov; the aggression questionnaire by A. Buss and M. Perry (adaptation Enikolopov S. N., Cybulski N. P., 2007); the scale of anxiety Charles D. Spielberger (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory – STAI); personal questionnaire of the G. and S. Eysenck – EPQ. It was found that specialists hazardous professions are distinguished by: a higher level of development of the regulatory flexibility and individual system of conscious self-regulation activity; higher levels of extroversion, communication activity, the total adaptability; a lower level of reactive anxiety, trait anxiety and general emotional. Moreover, impulsiveness, egocentrism, lack of restraint and physical activity in the structure of self-monitoring specialists of dangerous professions associated with high levels of affective component of aggression and incoherence of parts of the process of self-regulation. There were allocated a 3 profile of self-regulation in specialists of dangerous professions: a) a high level of self-regulation – coupled with a high intellectual and physical development, the highest level of adaptability and general activity; b) medium – rapid response to emerging changes in the situation, the successful production alternatives, greater flexibility in the process of communicating with less intellectual and physical activity; c) low – the most developed stage of self-regulation is assessment of results with low rates of formal-dynamic properties of individuality and adaptability at the same time.

In the article the problem of psychological violence (mobbing) in organizations, his psychological characteristics in emigration. Analyzes the types of mobbing, its negative influence on the personality, negative consequences which not only affect physical and psychological health, but also lead to physical diseases, and suicide. The author emphasizes that in conditions of exile (in Israel) psychological violence is experienced more acutely and is characterized by a prolonged depressed state. One important reason for this situation is the decline of the former social status of the emigrant, being able to quickly inclusion in the new society, loss of important social ties, the need to adopt different social norms, sometimes contradicting previously established views. Against the background of such negative phenomena in humans appear aggression, desire to dominate at any cost to regain lost status. The problem of mobbing in the modern world is very important and requires a robust approach at the state level. That psychological safety is a condition for ensuring the formation and development of functional comfort, maintaining a high level of personal emotional security and social-psychological skills, optimization of reserve possibilities of the person in activities.

The article presents the results of a study of trust between employees of a penal colony (inspectors and employees of the production zone), and women who are serving sentences for the crimes of 1) small and moderate, 2) such grave and particularly grave crimes. There were used a modification of the methods of assessment of trust/distrust by A. B. Kupreychenko, M. Rosenberg's Faith in People Scale, Acceptance of Others Scale by William F. Fey and J. In this article the authors consider the phenomenon of stigmatization as one of the unfavorable socio-psychological results of emergency situations raising the level of personality vulnerability though not studied enough so far. A study was made to reveal stigmatization with relation to persons who had suffered from emergency situations, among the inhabitants of the two regions exposed to terroristic attacks: that of North Ossetiya (the town of Beslan and the city of Vladikavkaz) and the Central Region (the city of Moscow). Analysis of the obtained data permitted one to make a conclusion of the presence of signs of stigmatization in both groups of respondents, of insufficient awareness in society of the specificities of individual forms of response to stress, of manifestations of post-stress mental disorders, as well as a transfer of social stereotypes related to persons with mental disorders to the victims. Socio-demographic factors causing outward stigmatization have been defined. A degree of expression of stigmatization tendencies depends on a respondent’s social status as well as on the past traumatic experience.

The methodology of the subject types of forensic examinations with the application of psychological knowledge is analyzed. The history of the formation of subject types of forensic psychological examination and a comprehensive forensic psychological and psychiatric examination is considered. Shows their transformation and expansion under the influence of changes of domestic legislation. Based on the definition of the research subject of a legal expert- psychologist, concluded that the first step of building the subject of a separate judicial review should be the analysis of its legal significance. The relevance of the topic to the continuing importance of legal regulation of human behavior, the necessity of foreseeing the adverse consequences of social disorders and urgency of the prevention of deconditioning and deviant behavioral manifestations. In this regard, it is important to examine the phenomenon of legal socialization, causing interest among the representatives of the human Sciences and specialists in different branches of psychological knowledge. Taking into account the multidimensional nature of this phenomenon, it is an essential consideration of the trajectories of its occurrence in correlation with different interacting with other determinants. The author discusses the problem of why Russians have formed a negative attitude to the existing image of Juvenile justice, regarded to the regulation of family relations. The paper highlights the four main factors of occurrence of citizens’ fear about the governmental intervention into the family life. The paper suggests seven criteria of parents' offences, giving the right to state interference in their private lives. This article discusses the reasons for distrust of the trusteeship bodies, suggests ways to improve confidence in the service. We discuss the establishment of a new legal regulatory interaction of parents and children, the danger of the parenting repertoire scantiness, methods of education which will seem archaic in three hundred years, and why it is so difficult to introduce new technology into people's lives. A more detailed look at the reasons for maintaining family cruel methods of education it becomes apparent that there is a need extension of repertoire of parenting in families, there are offered the options of ways to enhance teaching literacy among parents. The article describes the strategies of state policy in the field of education and upbringing at the modern stage of the development of Russian society. Smolensk State University acts as a scientific and methodological center, which is actively implementing the provisions of the national strategy in the region. At Smolensk State University various forms of work for the implementation of the state policy in the field of young generation upbringing are used: research and educational projects, conferences, camps, etc. The article presents the results of the IX International Scientific-Practical Conference "Social and practical problems of mentality ", the projects of the Smolensk regional pedagogical unit "Winged" (the head – doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Prof. N.P. Senchenkov), the Summer school "Gifted children" and the prospects of research and educational projects for implementation of the strategy of the state policy in the field of education. The increasing number of dysfunctional families causes an increase in the number of civil litigation on the education of the child, where the relationship between the persons are highly conflictual. The actual task is study the one of components in the structure of the psychological relationship - emotional and semantic constructs underlying semantic perception of each other and the child's parents. Examination of 42 testees (parents) from harmonious families and 54 testees (parents) during the forensic psychological and psychiatric examination (regarding the definition of child`s residence or the order of meetings for the child and the parent who don`t live with it) by methods "Geometric test of relations" and "Semantic Differential" showed that in families where is highly conflictual relationship, there is positive assessments of herself and her child, while assessment of the spouse (wife) characterized inversion. This negative attitude toward the spouse (wife) is not the other parent's negative characteristics. It is the ignoring the other parent's positive characteristics. The positive acceptance of all family members was revealed in harmonious families.

The article is devoted to studying of psychological features of persons influencing the choice of tactics of interrogation of witnesses. In this study 70 students took part with incomplete higher education between the ages of 18 to 21 years. The experimental group consisted of 35 people with type external locus of control, a control group – 35 people with type internal locus of control. Was conducted a multifaceted study of the individual and identified groups of people with hysteroid, schizoid and psychasthenic personal orientation, which were selected ten theory-based, efficient tactic, allowing to improve the effectiveness of testimony. According to the results the efficiency of testimony depends on the type of locus of control, when the person has a internal locus control efficiency response without the use of tactics is significantly higher than in subjects with external type of locus of control. Were given ecommendations to improve the effectiveness of testimony to persons with internal and external locus of control in the process of interrogation depending on the personal profile.

The article analyzes the problems of the organizational providing of psychological work in divisions of the state traffic Inspectorate. Detailed the range of tasks that need to be implemented to psychologists, and specifics of the state traffic Inspectorate. The features of carrying out of activities of professional psychological selection of candidates for service, psychological training, prevention and other support activities. Potentially conflicting interaction of inspectors of traffic police with the participants of traffic, the inability to predict traffic situations and the psycho drivers necessitate treatment to psychological knowledge and the application of the constant efforts of specialists-psychologists. It is shown that the replacement of tenured psychologists psychologists state traffic Inspectorate of the territorial body of internal Affairs will not amount to nor the volume of work nor its quality. Psychological work with the personnel of the state traffic Inspectorate should only be carried out by psychologists of this unit. Eventually psychologist in the state traffic Inspectorate has expressed prospects and can not be replaced by the activities of other specialists.

In this article the author considers issues of importance to modern psychology, such as mental and emotional state of people in the period of occurrence of the armed conflict, the impact of immediate residence in the area of armed conflict on the mental state of the person, the stressors that affect the mental state of a person in an armed conflict. The author focuses on the fact that the current socio-political situation in the regions where there was armed conflict, seriously affect the population, its relation to reality, setting goals, and vision of prospects in life. In conclusion, the article notes that the experience of life crisis in a situation of armed conflict may manifest in the loss of a sense of integrity and inner balance, the loss of the ability to control and manage their own lives.
