To identify the genetic originality of species of woody plant gene pools was conducted the research of 7 populations of trembling poplar or aspen Populus tremula L., Salicaceae and 9 populations of Siberian Larch Larix sibirica Ledeb., Pinaceae; namely of West race on Ural. To determine the genetic diversity of populations two species of woody plant was used ISSR–method of fingerprinting. In P. tremula were revealed 119 ISSR–PCR markers, in L. sibirica — 121 ISSR–PСR markers. The groups of genetic characteristics at the level of populations were determined and analyzed. For the analysis of gene pools, the number of molecular markers, the proportion of polymorphic loci, the expected heterozygosity, the number of rare and unique alleles are usually determined. Unique alleles are recognized as more informative for assessing the specificity of gene pools. To describe the specificity of plant gene pools, one can recommend the indicator of the intrapopulation variety μ, but it shows only the uniformity of the dispersion of allele frequencies. Determination of the genetic originality of population gene pools can be carried out with the help of characteristics of the specificity of gene pools, as the coefficient of genetic originality of plants (CGO) but taking into account the presence and number of unique alleles. In 2 studied plant species (P. tremula and L. sibirica), populations in the Urals with basic and specific gene pools are indicated and populations are selected for their conservation.

Methods: cell culture in vitro; statistical analysis. Β–lactam antibiotics are optimal at the stage of multiplication of Karelian birch in vitro with use of single–bud shoot segments as explants. Addition of carbenicillin (500 mg/l) and/or cefotaxime (500 mg/l) to the growth medium allows supporting visually clean tissue culture with no significant negative impact on morphometric parameters and viability of micro–plants.

On the drained lands of the Non-chernozem zone, more favourable conditions for overwintering winter rye plants, their growth and development, and increase in productivity are created with a comb-like a ribbon–scattered method of sowing. The seeds of winter rye with this method of sowing are laid with a band on the levelled soil surface in front of the rollers. The rollers push the seeds into the soil and are closed by the pickets by heating the soil to the belt with the formation of a finely ridged surface. Plants are placed on crests of 40–80 mm high with a ribbon 13–15 cm wide. The profiling of the surface significantly changes the agrophysical state of the seed layer, raises the level of stable aeration of the soil, improves the conditions of autumn development and wintering of plants. The rate of tillering in rye plants is increased by 8.5–21.5%, the biomass of one plant by 11.7-25.0%, the number of preserved plants after wintering by 12.5–19.1%. Method of planting on the crests reduces the contamination of rye crops, the destruction of plants by snow mould and root rot, increases the area of the leaf surface and the photosynthetic potential of crops. Yields increased by 12.8–17.5% and direct costs for the production of 1 ton of grain are reduced by 9.4–11.1%. In conditions of increased moisture, the comb-like ribbon–scattered method of sowing has a higher adaptability to soil–meliorative and weather conditions. The article presents materials characterizing the noise situation of the urban environment, taking into account individual functional zones. The purpose of researches is an assessment of a noise situation in residential and recreational zones of the city. A research object — apart city the environment within the central part of Minusinsk on the sites relating to various functional zones. Residential sites in the centre of Minusinsk are presented by one-story and multistoried houses from two to five floors and the house adjoining areas. Sites of recreations — territories of parks where such species of plants as are prevailing: Populus nigra, Populus laurifolia, Betula, Malus baccata, Acer negundo. On all sites, the tendency to uniform reduction of noise level with an increase in frequency is observed. At the same time, in residential zones, higher levels of noise pressure, than recreation zones are observed. Comparison of the received results with the established standards allows estimating a condition of the urban environment. In general, a noise situation in side-altars of the central part of Minusinsk favourable, except for certain sites. An exception is the site number 3, relating to the residential development of the city, where the excess of the standard of the sound pressure level by 1.25 times at frequencies of 63 Hz and close to the standard at 250 Hz is recorded. Comparison of the received results with data of earlier conducted researches allows assuming that the main sources of influence in the period of “rush hour” are motor transport and electro installation of municipal services. Thus, these sources of noise can have a negative effect on the general noise situation of the city in certain areas.

In mapping the distribution of the different properties of the soil cover it is convenient to use the software Surfer, type of geographic information system (GIS) software. This paper compares the different ways of graphical representation of the data depending on the survey area configuration. Mapping is implemented in Surfer 13 by using Kriging, the gridding method. As an example, the values of electrical resistivity measured directly in the field with portable instrument LandMapper ERM-03 was used. It was found that the rectangular section in the Surfer software is mapped automatically. The plot of an arbitrary convex shape also can be easily mapped by the pre-selection option «Blank grid outside convex hull of data». Lots of complex configuration or a group of sites that do not have common borders need to be blanked manually, i.e. one needs to mark areas that are excluded from mapping by digitizing them. Blanking manually or programmatically simply cover the areas that are not needed.

The model of the automated process of this type of lighting was developed on the basis of a modified Petri net. The resulting operator formulas formalize and facilitate the programming process of the PLC, reducing the risk of errors in the relevant programs.

The study of the aspects of the appointment and execution of criminal punishment in the form of restraint of freedom shows the following results. The path of humanization of the criminal–executive law, creation and introduction of penalties in the alternative to imprisonment in criminal–executive practice, is one of the most promising options for the development and improvement of the system of criminal penalties. An analysis of the court practice in Novosibirsk demonstrates that the restriction on leaving the boundaries of a municipal formation in court practice is applied in approximately 82% of cases of imposing a penalty in the form of restraint of liberty. Concerning the definition of the place of permanent residence of the convict in practice causes difficulties, since the need for registration at the place of residence gives rise to many legal obstacles, and the actual stay of an individual is not legally recorded anywhere. Thus, a convicted person may reside in one region of the country, and be registered elsewhere, where there are no actual conditions for the person’s residence during the period of serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom. This circumstance allows us to conclude that it is possible that these factors make it relatively rare for courts to impose a penalty in the form of restraint of liberty. In addition, the execution of this punishment is possible only through the use of technical means of control and supervision of convicts, since periodic inspections of the staff of the penitentiary inspectorate do not guarantee fulfilment of this restriction. This type of punishment includes a restriction on visits to certain places located within the territory of the relevant municipal formation and places of mass and other events and to participate in these events, but the notion of a mass event is not legally fixed. In this regard, the verdict must specify the specific types of mass and other events, to participate in which is prohibited, as well as specific places that are prohibited from visiting the convicted person. Thus, in the process of improving legislation, it is important to take into account the problems of the practice of appointing and executing punishment in the form of restraint of liberty.

The winter of 1941–1942 was the period of acute shortage of aircrafts in the RKKA air force and therefore of complete domination of German aviation in the airspace. At that moment new Soviet air regiments formed from overused light training aircrafts proved to be indispensable in the military operations. Though they were of little use in the combat and strike, the U-2 planes turned out to be quite effective as a means of psychological pressure, of reconnaissance, of communication and evacuation. Sometimes it showed quite good fighting features. The present article outlines the fighting way of one of the night light–bomber air regiments created in late 1941. Its formation, gaining experience and the results of its combat work in the air force of the 3rd Strike Army of the Kalinin front are investigated and analyzed for the first time in the historical science.

This article is devoted to the problem of the historical heritage of the confessional division of the German lands as a result of the completion of the Reformation in Germany, as well as the specifics of the formation of the national German political elite. The confrontation between the Lutherans and the Calvinists during the years of the Reformation created a solid foundation for the formation of the future strong neo-confessional political parties in Germany, a striking example of which is the party of the Centre. The analysis of the characteristic features of the party system of the Empire of the Hohenzollerns, the features of the models of German conservatism and German liberalism of the 19th century allows us to conclude about the impact of the bi-confessional factor on the process of formation of both the German totalitarianism and the effective democracy of Germany.

The given article analyses the work of transportation departments of trading organizations in Bashkiria in the 1930s. It looks into the role of automotive and horse-drawn transport used by state-operated trading organizations and consumer cooperation in supplying the retail network of the republic with foodstuffs and manufactured goods. The growth of transportation capacity of trading organizations lagged significantly behind both the overall growth of the goods turnover and the expansion rate of the retail network. On the basis of the archived documents researched it makes the conclusion that despite the significant increase in the number of cars, the systemic problems persisted in the transportation sphere of trading organizations of the republic. The work of transport was hampered, on the one hand, by the lack of roads and petrol stations; on the other hand, there was a persistent shortage of equipment, horses fuel and lubricants. Besides, trading organizations of Bashkiria did not have their own repairs facilities, which led to the increase of downtime for transport. Consequently, the development of transportation system for trading organizations in Bashkiria in the 1930s was mostly extensive, with only minimal qualitative changes. The problems the given article discloses led to frequent shortages in trade in remoted areas of the republic.
