The article discusses the development and manifestation of non-infectious and infectious diseases of decorative coniferous species in the urban conditions in Uzbekistan. Decorative coniferous plants in urban plantings are most susceptible to nonparasitic diseases associated with adverse weather, climate and anthropogenic factors (industrial and trucking pollution), as well as the violation of farming techniques. Among the registered diseases, the wilt is the most common in the nurseries, and in plantations, there were: infectious dying of shoots (Diplodiosis, Fomosis, Alternaria), less often resinous cancer, rust of shoots and rarely shutte decease (fungal diseases of coniferous trees). These diseases lead to a significant loss of ornamental of plants, a general weakening, a reduction in the duration of life.

A retrospective comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of 64 patients aged 59 to 92 (67.23±4.6) years for cataracts and lens subluxation on the background of pseudoexfoliative syndrome using the traditional (28 patients) and the proposed (36 patients) methods of intracapsular cataract extraction was carried out. The developed technology of extraction of the subluxated lens allowed to increase the efficiency of treatment of patients, reducing 4 times the development of surgical and 5 times — postoperative complications.

In Russia, the number of healthy children and adolescents has decreased significantly in recent decades, and the number of chronically ill schoolchildren has increased dramatically. For the purpose of an objective assessment of the health of the 12–17-year-old children living in rural areas, a copy of the data from the Child’s Medical Record was carried out. The given research was spent on the basis of Dno secondary school no. 1 of the Pskov region. The indicators of the total pathological affection and its structure, the incidence of certain diseases and the distribution of children by health groups were calculated and analyzed. It has been established that the health status of children of school age living in rural areas and studying in secondary school no. 1 is generally worse than the average for the Russian Federation.

The analysis of the cytological studies results of the wound process in the treatment Levomekol ointment in the experiment during the period of de-adaptation to high mountains. After being kept in a high mountain region for 3 and 30-days, and the comparison experiment group in conditions of Bishkek, animals were divided into 3 similar experienced groups of 24 in each. The dynamics of the wound process was studied by the cytological method of research on 3rd, 7th, 15th and 20th day of treatment. In the progress of comparison, obtained results were noted in experimental animals after staying in the high mountain region for 3 days the cytological picture was characterized by depression of number of neutrophils and augmentation of young cells of a granulation tissue for the 7th days of treatment, in comparison to ones which were kept for a month.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of studying the peculiarities of calcium metabolism in the organism of milk cows in winter and summer feeding rations. Experimental and analytical studies were carried out at the All-Russian Research Institute of Reclaimed Lands at the winter and summer rations feeding cows of the black and motley breed with a productivity of 4600–5000 kg of milk. In the experiments, the methodical principle of “unity of the intergroup difference” and the presence of control animals was provided, which enabled obtaining objective comparative experimental data and reliable conclusions based on mathematical data processing using statistical computer programs. The study of the results of physiological experiments was carried out by methods of correlation and regression analysis. Correlation analysis was used to determine the interdependence of calcium content in faeces, urine, milk and in the body (balance) of animals from its content in the diet. He made it possible to reveal the general (linear) interrelations in the metabolism of the element occurring in the animal's organism during winter and summer feeding rations. The calculation of the equations of pairwise nonlinear regression showing the dependence of the content of a specific chemical element in feces, urine, milk and animal body on its consumption in feed and water allows to reveal the true form of communication, the effect of the element content factor in the diet on the chemical composition of animal products and excrement. In the experiment on milking cows (balance experiments), the peculiarities of calcium intake with food and water were established, and that the calcium of the feed was mainly excreted from the body of the cow with faeces, and from the muscles and bones by urine.

The energy released by cavitation is a new method to make full use of energy. Based on this, a new type of cavitation heat generator for heating water is designed. A conical core is used instead of the traditional throttling element to build a set. Closed circulation system device, the performance of the cavitation heat generator when the cone core with different cone angles was tested in the test. The temperature difference and pressure difference before and after the three groups of liquid medium flow through the cavitation heat generator were measured experimentally. The results show that the cavitation heat generator with a 30-degree tapered core has the best performance and improves the heating efficiency of the feed water, which has a great reference value for the further study of cavitation heat transfer.

Russia, despite external constraints, continues to implement various social, scientific, defense and other programs that require a significant number of diverse resources. From their rational distribution depends on the efficiency of enterprises and the effectiveness of projects. The article is devoted to the optimization of resources using the apparatus of mathematical modelling. In this paper, we give a brief overview of mathematical methods for optimizing resources. Particular attention is paid to models studied by the Lagrange method and to the methods of game theory. In the paper, two optimization problems are considered — maximization of the result under conditions of limited resources and rational allocation of resources with a fixed output volume. The paper notes that existing models do not take into account the state of the external environment, which has a significant impact on the result. The variant of resource allocation, accepted by us as optimal under certain conditions, can be completely unsuitable when the state of the external environment changes after a certain period of time. The optimal allocation of resources can be considered only in a certain state of the external environment. To solve the optimization problem in conditions of complete and incomplete uncertainty, it is necessary to take into account all possible environmental conditions for the project implementation period. To solve problems in conditions of complete or incomplete uncertainty, a mathematical toolkit is proposed based on the theory of games with nature. The work is of practical importance since it allows you to optimize your economic activities at different levels of management — from the enterprise to a large corporation.

The present study characterized the macrobenthic entomofauna of the Sardinas river and the La Delicia stream. Their environmental quality water was determined by applying the BMWP/Col (Biological Monitoring Working Party for Colombia) index in two sampling points, distributed in the Sardinas river and La Delicia stream, during the months of May and June 2017. For its collection, a Surber net was used. In the laboratory, they were classified and identified in class, order and family levels. The specimens were analyzed by calculating the richness (S), abundance (N) and relative abundance (%). A total of 90 individuals belonging to 16 morphospecies were collected. The Hemiptera order with the Veliidae family was the most abundant, encompassing most of the organisms collected 33.33%. The less represented group was the order Diptera with the family Tipulidae with 1.52% of the individuals collected. The water quality was Moderate for the river Sardinas (BMWP/Col 59) and Good for the La Delicia stream (BMWP/Col 75). The present study characterized the community of macroinvertebrates in the study area and the ecological quality of the studied bodies of water.

Using, alongside with hybrid and combined methods of managing the “cognitive brain”, IT-technologies and new-generation automatic analysis of full–genome sequencing in modern medical–diagnostic process improve the quality of medical care. The study of genetic and epigenetic features of neurodegeneration will allow introducing more effective methods of treatment of age-dependent cognitive disorders into clinical practice. The health of children, including adolescents, is affected by a significant number of adverse factors that pose a risk to the normal development of the future generation and lead to an increase in the incidence rate in the Russian Federation. For assessing the morbidity rate on request, medical organizations that provide outpatient care to adolescents aged 15–17 living in rural areas have copied the form no. 12 “Information on the number of diseases registered with patients living in the area of care for the medical organization”. The study showed that in general in 2015-2017 there was an increase in the incidence the adolescent population. In the structure of primary and general morbidity, respiratory diseases, the share of which gradually decreased from 2015 to 2017, occupied the first place with a significant gap in adolescents aged 15–17. This corresponds to the all-Russian trend; however, the specific gravity of respiratory diseases in adolescents attached to the Leningrad Regional Clinical Hospital “Toksovskaya” is higher than the Russian average.

The article is devoted to the study of the satisfaction of doctors working in the Children’s Clinical Hospital with the conditions and the labor regime. To this end, the doctors of three pediatric departments, which showed that more than 90% of physicians are women whose average age is 41.8±0.11 years, conducted an anonymous questionnaire. Most of the doctors are not satisfied with the working conditions but are satisfied with the regime and the psychological climate in the team. Most pediatricians believe that they have a high work intensity, they work with overload and over time. Nevertheless, these circumstances do not cause the overwhelming majority of doctors to change their place of work and occupation.

In weather and climatic conditions of the Amur region, a significant drawback in soybean cultivation is the inability to harvest according to traditional technology with its moisture content of more than 20%, respectively, the harvesting time is delayed, and crop losses increase. Field experiments tested 10 varieties and hybrids of the onion of the Uzbek and foreign selection during repeated sowing. The experiments were conducted in a seedling culture in 2015-2016 at the experimental station of the Tashkent State Agrarian University. The most losses of seedlings were observed in the late-ripening varieties of onion Karatal. In the other varieties and hybrids, the density was 16.5% to 28.0%. Variety of onions Istikbol (98.8%), Peshpazak (98.2%), Daytona F1 (98.1%) formed the largest commodity bulbs in the commodity crop, while in the other varieties this indicator was from 90.2 to 97.2%. The highest yield and profitability were obtained with the repeated culture on the hybrids of Daytona F1, (44.1 t/ha), Banco F1, (39.3 t/ha) and Istiqbol (38.8 t/ha).

The article gives a comparative description of the hydrochemical situation of two adjacent deposits (Dzhiginskoye and Blagoveshchenskoye) located in the junction zone of the northwestern end of the meganticlinorium of the Greater Caucasus, the Kerch–Taman and West Kuban troughs. Despite more than a century and a half-century of study, to date, there is no common opinion on the boundaries, the nature of the ongoing geological processes, as well as the conditions for the formation of oil and gas deposits in the territory under consideration. As a result of the comparison of hydrochemical situation, two tendencies are revealed that are characteristic of the Miocene deposits of Blagoveshchenskaya and Dzhiginskaya areas: 1) an increase in the mineralization of stratal waters along a section from Pontus to Sarmatians, and then its decrease from Sarmatians to Chokrakians; 2) a change in the type of waters from chloride-magnesium in the section of Pontus to bicarbonate sodium in the section of Chokrak. Desalination of the waters of the lower Sarmatian, Karagan and Chokrak, accompanied by a change in the type of water, is associated with the introduction of epigenetic Maikop waters squeezed from clay, which has an impulse character. The similarity of the hydrochemical situation of Miocene sediments over comparable areas indicates the unity of paleogeographical conditions and the generality of the geological processes that influence its formation. An essential difference between the hydrochemical situation of the Miocene complex of the Dzhiginskaya area in comparison with Blagoveshchenskaya is that regardless of the amount of mineralization, the water of the first one is hydrocarbonate–sodium.

As China is a great producer of iron and steel, having a great potential in the development of domestic metallurgical industry, customs service pursues an active protectionist policy as regards iron and steel. There are lots of valorem rates of export customs duties necessary for the protection of domestic producers, import customs duties intended to provide revenue and regulate the flow of iron and steel, and normative conditions related to penetration of foreign goods and regulation of logistic operations. Metallurgic industry in China faces different problems in the decision of which customs officers also take an active part, in particular, overproduction of iron and steel in different areas. That’s why many producers always try to export their commodities in order to avoid the surplus of supplies in the domestic market, while customs officers within the framework of collaboration with other countries try to restrict export and import of goods in order to avoid the surplus in domestic and partner countries markets. Empirical hypothesis testing is organized alternatively to traditional. Instead of studying the causes and level of burnout, factors of resistance to it were analyzed from cross-cultural positions. The method of statistical analysis of the critical values (φ* Fisher’s criterion; a factor of critical values of selective correlation of Pearson r) revealed similar and different indicators between the respondents from Kazakhstan and Germany. The indicators of the MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory), the SOC (Sense of Coherence) of A. Antonovsky etc. were compared. Differences in quantitative indicators served as a starting point for ascertaining the differences and their interpretation. Both groups of medical workers demonstrated favourable results. The respondents of both countries showed a pronounced professional resource of burnout resistance. The reason for this can be called the high social responsibility of physicians for the results of their work in countries focused on increasing demographic indicators. Differences are related to the overall level of burnout resistance (in Germany it is higher) and emotional exhaustion in particular (in Kazakhstan it is more favourable). The cross-cultural nature of the differences is due to the traditionally established resources of burnout resistance. These are professional and organizational resources in Germany (technological ordering, discipline and predictability of labour outcomes) and psychotherapeutic resources in Kazakhstan (emotional and personal support from colleagues and the environment).

The study of the dialects of Azerbaijani language shows that case category in separate regions differs many from literary languages. The nominative case does not make any difference about using in dialect and accents with literary language. The genitive case is characterized by a lot of different features in our dialect and accents, and also preserves the most distinctive features. Dialectological research shows that, in contrast to the literary language, a number of dialects and accents possessive case and dative case are not dual, but dualistic. All Oguz groups language, except the Turkmen language, the main expression tool of the dative case “-a, -ə, -ya, -yə” have some distinctive features in our dialects and accents. In addition to the fact that dative case can be used in a number of other cases, it also has the capability of closing open vowels in the word roots. A retrospective analysis of the outpatient surgical treatment of 39 patients (66 eyes) operated for cataract and refractive purpose with implantation of trifocal intraocular lenses Acrysof IQ PanOptix/TFNT00 (ALCON) for the period from February 2017 to May 2018 was performed. All patients were without serious concomitant pathology of the organ of vision and were operated for the first–time age-related cataract (47 eyes) with a refractive goal (19 eyes); there were 15 men, 24 females; the age of the patients 57.12±9.8 years (ranging from 32 to 72 years). The examination of patients included standard ophthalmology with additional research on the diagnostic system “VERION Image Guided System” (Alcon Laboratories) for calculating the optical power of AcrySof PanOptix for refraction of em±0.5 diopters with the formation of a personalized plan for the upcoming surgery. Prior to the operation, uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was 0.36±0.11 (from 0.1 to 0.8); maximum corrected visual acuity (BCVA) with sphere–cylindrical correction was 0.68±0.21 (from 0.1 to 1.0). Patients were examined in 1, 7 days, then in 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation. In 6 months after surgery, the patients had UCVA near 0.81±0.04, at an average distance of 0.78±0.11, in the distance of 0.91±0.13. Near BCVA was increased amounted to 0.80±0.03, at an average distance of 0.79±0.08, the distance 0.97±0.08. Postoperative clinical refraction sphericules made 0.19±0.22 diopters.

The author makes out two types of semantic relations between English and Uzbek words: equivalent words and corresponding variants. There are examples of English and Uzbek notions which have no equivalents in both languages and this is explained by national–cultural, historical and geographical specifics. The author offers a new methodology in the translation of such non-equivalent words and notions in translation from one language into another. The proven fact is that premenopausal women are significantly less likely to have cardiovascular disease compared to men of the same age group. There are cardinal differences in the formation and course of diseases of the cardiovascular system in men and women, due to the presence of individual gender differences and cardioprotection from ovarian hormones in the reproductive period. The fact of an increase in the frequency of arterial hypertension, in women in the postmenopausal period, was established reliably. In the formation of arterial hypertension in this contingent of patients, hypoestrogenic plays a decisive role, affecting the components of the metabolic syndrome and endothelial dysfunction. During the analysis of literature sources, the positive effect of hormone replacement therapy on key indicators of the functional state of the cardiovascular system in patients with the menopausal syndrome in combination with initial circulatory disturbances was noted.

In order to study the main reasons for the dissatisfaction of patients with the quality of medical services in inpatient medical organizations of rural health care, a survey was conducted of 50 patients of the surgical department over the age of 14 and parents of children hospitalized in the Leningrad Regional State Health Care Institution “Children’s Clinical Hospital” who were previously hospitalized in district hospitals in the Leningrad region. The study showed that most often patients were not satisfied with nutrition, lack of repair, lack of free waiting places in the admission department and the human qualities of medical personnel.

In this article presented the study results of the nutritional value of mulberry Morus alba L. new breeding numbers. Based on the results of the testing of the Ipakchi 1 × Ipakchi 2 silkworm hybrid in 2015–2017, a direct dependence of the caterpillars’ viability and the cocoons performance from the mulberry variety is established. Among the tested breeding numbers, high indices were shown by no. 3–02 and no. 7–02. The viability of caterpillars in these variants was 90.6–92.9%, the yield of cocoons from one box of caterpillars was 110.9–125.5% compared to the control variant. According to the results of the research, breeding numbers no. 3–02 and no. 7–02 were recommended for large-scale breeding in Uzbekistan.

This article reveals the development of algorithm of reading database’s files in DBF format for using received information with the aim of making reports in web–application of the system of interactive accounting of extra-budgetary funds given of the higher educational institution in case of Nizhnekamsk Institute of Chemical Technology. The problem is to integrate database used in the institute, which consists of a set of DBF tables, into the developed web–application. The article describes the method for automating the accounting of extra-budgetary funds from educational activities, implemented at the institute, and the drawbacks of this approach. It also reviews the structure of the DBF file, on the basis of which the procedure for accessing database files from a web–application is developing. An article shows a conditional diagram that represents connections between the classes and objects of the program during the execution of the query to the database data.

We study the stylistic features of the phonetic units in lullabies and ohshama and their influence on the language of the verse. The phonetic stylistic means of assonance (the repetition of identical vowels), which gives lullabies and ohshama musicality, harmony and rhythm, is considered on the basis of the examples given. To identify the genetic originality of species of woody plant gene pools was conducted the research of 7 populations of trembling poplar or aspen Populus tremula L., Salicaceae and 9 populations of Siberian Larch Larix sibirica Ledeb., Pinaceae; namely of West race on Ural. To determine the genetic diversity of populations two species of woody plant was used ISSR–method of fingerprinting. In P. tremula were revealed 119 ISSR–PCR markers, in L. sibirica — 121 ISSR–PСR markers. The groups of genetic characteristics at the level of populations were determined and analyzed. For the analysis of gene pools, the number of molecular markers, the proportion of polymorphic loci, the expected heterozygosity, the number of rare and unique alleles are usually determined. Unique alleles are recognized as more informative for assessing the specificity of gene pools. To describe the specificity of plant gene pools, one can recommend the indicator of the intrapopulation variety μ, but it shows only the uniformity of the dispersion of allele frequencies. Determination of the genetic originality of population gene pools can be carried out with the help of characteristics of the specificity of gene pools, as the coefficient of genetic originality of plants (CGO) but taking into account the presence and number of unique alleles. In 2 studied plant species (P. tremula and L. sibirica), populations in the Urals with basic and specific gene pools are indicated and populations are selected for their conservation.

On the drained lands of the Non-chernozem zone, more favourable conditions for overwintering winter rye plants, their growth and development, and increase in productivity are created with a comb-like a ribbon–scattered method of sowing. The seeds of winter rye with this method of sowing are laid with a band on the levelled soil surface in front of the rollers. The rollers push the seeds into the soil and are closed by the pickets by heating the soil to the belt with the formation of a finely ridged surface. Plants are placed on crests of 40–80 mm high with a ribbon 13–15 cm wide. The profiling of the surface significantly changes the agrophysical state of the seed layer, raises the level of stable aeration of the soil, improves the conditions of autumn development and wintering of plants. The rate of tillering in rye plants is increased by 8.5–21.5%, the biomass of one plant by 11.7-25.0%, the number of preserved plants after wintering by 12.5–19.1%. Method of planting on the crests reduces the contamination of rye crops, the destruction of plants by snow mould and root rot, increases the area of the leaf surface and the photosynthetic potential of crops. Yields increased by 12.8–17.5% and direct costs for the production of 1 ton of grain are reduced by 9.4–11.1%. In conditions of increased moisture, the comb-like ribbon–scattered method of sowing has a higher adaptability to soil–meliorative and weather conditions. The purpose of researches is an assessment of a noise situation in residential and recreational zones of the city. A research object — apart city the environment within the central part of Minusinsk on the sites relating to various functional zones. Residential sites in the centre of Minusinsk are presented by one-story and multistoried houses from two to five floors and the house adjoining areas. Sites of recreations — territories of parks where such species of plants as are prevailing: Populus nigra, Populus laurifolia, Betula, Malus baccata, Acer negundo. On all sites, the tendency to uniform reduction of noise level with an increase in frequency is observed. At the same time, in residential zones, higher levels of noise pressure, than recreation zones are observed. Comparison of the received results with the established standards allows estimating a condition of the urban environment. In general, a noise situation in side-altars of the central part of Minusinsk favourable, except for certain sites. An exception is the site number 3, relating to the residential development of the city, where the excess of the standard of the sound pressure level by 1.25 times at frequencies of 63 Hz and close to the standard at 250 Hz is recorded. Comparison of the received results with data of earlier conducted researches allows assuming that the main sources of influence in the period of “rush hour” are motor transport and electro installation of municipal services. Thus, these sources of noise can have a negative effect on the general noise situation of the city in certain areas.

This paper compares the different ways of graphical representation of the data depending on the survey area configuration. Mapping is implemented in Surfer 13 by using Kriging, the gridding method. As an example, the values of electrical resistivity measured directly in the field with portable instrument LandMapper ERM-03 was used. It was found that the rectangular section in the Surfer software is mapped automatically. The plot of an arbitrary convex shape also can be easily mapped by the pre-selection option «Blank grid outside convex hull of data». Lots of complex configuration or a group of sites that do not have common borders need to be blanked manually, i.e. one needs to mark areas that are excluded from mapping by digitizing them. Blanking manually or programmatically simply cover the areas that are not needed.

These lights by the day conduct natural sunlight in the hollow, fibre-optic light guides through the roof into the interior rooms of enterprises, where there is no possibility to use windows or not enough daylight. At night and on cloudy days illumination is provided by incandescent lamps, halogen and LED lamps, the light of which is transmitted through the same light guides. This is especially important for fire-hazardous premises. Program implementation of the developed automated systems has the ability to quickly changeovers and change the control algorithms. The model of the automated process of this type of lighting was developed on the basis of a modified Petri net. The resulting operator formulas formalize and facilitate the programming process of the PLC, reducing the risk of errors in the relevant programs.

The study of the aspects of the appointment and execution of criminal punishment in the form of restraint of freedom shows the following results. The path of humanization of the criminal–executive law, creation and introduction of penalties in the alternative to imprisonment in criminal–executive practice, is one of the most promising options for the development and improvement of the system of criminal penalties. An analysis of the court practice in Novosibirsk demonstrates that the restriction on leaving the boundaries of a municipal formation in court practice is applied in approximately 82% of cases of imposing a penalty in the form of restraint of liberty. Concerning the definition of the place of permanent residence of the convict in practice causes difficulties, since the need for registration at the place of residence gives rise to many legal obstacles, and the actual stay of an individual is not legally recorded anywhere. Thus, a convicted person may reside in one region of the country, and be registered elsewhere, where there are no actual conditions for the person’s residence during the period of serving a sentence in the form of restriction of freedom. This circumstance allows us to conclude that it is possible that these factors make it relatively rare for courts to impose a penalty in the form of restraint of liberty. In addition, the execution of this punishment is possible only through the use of technical means of control and supervision of convicts, since periodic inspections of the staff of the penitentiary inspectorate do not guarantee fulfilment of this restriction. This type of punishment includes a restriction on visits to certain places located within the territory of the relevant municipal formation and places of mass and other events and to participate in these events, but the notion of a mass event is not legally fixed. In this regard, the verdict must specify the specific types of mass and other events, to participate in which is prohibited, as well as specific places that are prohibited from visiting the convicted person. Thus, in the process of improving legislation, it is important to take into account the problems of the practice of appointing and executing punishment in the form of restraint of liberty.

The winter of 1941–1942 was the period of acute shortage of aircrafts in the RKKA air force and therefore of complete domination of German aviation in the airspace. At that moment new Soviet air regiments formed from overused light training aircrafts proved to be indispensable in the military operations. Though they were of little use in the combat and strike, the U-2 planes turned out to be quite effective as a means of psychological pressure, of reconnaissance, of communication and evacuation. Sometimes it showed quite good fighting features. The present article outlines the fighting way of one of the night light–bomber air regiments created in late 1941. Its formation, gaining experience and the results of its combat work in the air force of the 3rd Strike Army of the Kalinin front are investigated and analyzed for the first time in the historical science.

The analysis of the characteristic features of the party system of the Empire of the Hohenzollerns, the features of the models of German conservatism and German liberalism of the 19th century allows us to conclude about the impact of the bi-confessional factor on the process of formation of both the German totalitarianism and the effective democracy of Germany.

The given article analyses the work of transportation departments of trading organizations in Bashkiria in the 1930s. It looks into the role of automotive and horse-drawn transport used by state-operated trading organizations and consumer cooperation in supplying the retail network of the republic with foodstuffs and manufactured goods. The growth of transportation capacity of trading organizations lagged significantly behind both the overall growth of the goods turnover and the expansion rate of the retail network. On the basis of the archived documents researched it makes the conclusion that despite the significant increase in the number of cars, the systemic problems persisted in the transportation sphere of trading organizations of the republic. The work of transport was hampered, on the one hand, by the lack of roads and petrol stations; on the other hand, there was a persistent shortage of equipment, horses fuel and lubricants. Besides, trading organizations of Bashkiria did not have their own repairs facilities, which led to the increase of downtime for transport. Consequently, the development of transportation system for trading organizations in Bashkiria in the 1930s was mostly extensive, with only minimal qualitative changes. The problems the given article discloses led to frequent shortages in trade in remoted areas of the republic.
