Lignin, due to its structure, is a very valuable supplier of aromatic aldehydes which find wide application in food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. One of these substances is vanillin, which is widely used in pharmaceutical chemistry. Derivatives of vanillin have antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Drugs, derived from vanillin, are used to stimulate digestion, to treat cardiovascular diseases. Nitrobenzene is the most selective oxidant of lignin and therefore gives the highest possible yield of aromatic aldehydes and is more preferable in comparison with oxygen, despite its toxicity. The most common catalyst for nitrobenzene oxidation of lignin is copper, however, such catalysts are quite difficult to regenerate and recover. This article describes the oxidation of lignin with nitrobenzene in an alkaline medium in the presence of a catalyst 3% Ru/MN270. MN270 is a hypercrosslinked polystyrene in the pores of which can be obtained an active and stable metal particles by the method of impregnation.

Specific ecological conditions of the coal dump cause various adaptive changes in the anatomical and morphological characteristics of the P. sylvestris needles - thickening of the epidermis, increase in the area of the resin passages, mesophyll, the central cylinder, as well as elongation of the needles, increase in its height and width, an increase in the surface area of the needles.

Dirofilariasis refers to a group of diseases characterized by transmissible transmission, slow development, prolonged course and the formation of synanthropic and natural foci. The source of infection of dogs in synanthropic foci is mosquitoes. The generally accepted method of research on dirofilariasis is microscopy of blood with different reagents and dyes. This method is effective only in the circulation step microfilaria in venous blood of animals. For accurate and differential diagnosis of dirofilariasis, immunochromatographic test systems are used for rapid analysis of infestation. The test is intended for fast, high-quality, one-step detection of the antigen Dirofilaria immitis. The test should be used in cases of low microfilaremia in venous blood, negative results of blood tests on dirofilariosis the presence of clinical signs of disease in animals and in cases of differential diagnosis indicators specificity for Dirofilaria dhimmis 99,5% and sensitivity - 94.5%.

The analysis of grades and hybrids of corn is given, the agronomical and economic analysis of application not only separate agrotechnical receptions but also all their complex representing technology cultivation is provided. The technique of researchers in which the experiences put on the skilled field of the Far state agricultural university (Far East) GAU on a meadow chernozemovidnoy to the soil are described is presented. Results of researches of the influence of ways of crops of hybrids of corn on biometric data and a biological harvest are given. Recommendations about the use of ways of crops of corn are made, data on the dependence of productivity of grain and productivity of green material of different grades and hybrids of seeds of corn from ways of crops are submitted. For obtaining high productivity of grain the concrete sizes of row-spacings of seeding of corn are recommended. The conducted researches demonstrate that in highly productive agrotsenoza the biological potential of one of the leading forage crops of Priamurye can be 2 - 2,5 times higher thanks to the choice of an optimum way of crops of perspective hybrids. In the conclusion concrete hybrids of corn for conditions of the Amur region, an optimum way of crops at the cultivation of corn are recommended for green material and for obtaining the greatest productivity of grain.

In the protection of plants, physical methods of fighting insects are less dangerous than chemical methods. When developing measures to control the leaf form of phylloxera, it is of interest to create conditions that prevent the active feeding and development of this quarantine pest by restricting access to food sources (mesophyll leaf). It was revealed that as a result of minting the shoots of the current year, the leaves lose available moisture, which leads to the complete death of eggs and larvae on their alienated part. It was also found that the spraying of the affected leaves with adhesive solutions, which form a thin film coating after drying, ensures the complete death of eggs and larvae on the twentieth day and a reduction in the number of galls with living organisms to 2.1-8.4%. With increasing damage to bushes from 3x to 5m, their yields dropped by 25-39%, respectively.

The article presents the results of studies on the introduction of Atrichum undulatum (Hedw.) P.Beauv., in the conditions of the wormwood ephemeral desert of Carnabchul. The aim of the research is to increase the productivity of degraded karakul pastures. In the studies, conventional methods of introduction and plant cultivation were used. The results of the research showed that the Аtriplex undulata has a wide adaptive potential, in the new growth conditions it forms up to 64 centners/ha of dry matter and 24 centners/ha of seeds. It was concluded that the use of Аtriplex undulate in phytomelioration of desert pastures of Uzbekistan is promising.

The article presents the results of predicting acute skin allergic diseases in children by referral to a hospital, which made it possible to obtain more visible data on the dynamics of the disease in the future. One of the main problems for engineering-geological studies is the selection of the most appropriate site for the construction of designed objects and structures. There is a special place evaluation of the degree of activity of exogenous geological processes that determine the safety of construction. Krasnodar territory is characterized by a diversity of natural conditions and the development of the economic complex. A greater threat to the economy and security of the population of the region represent exogenous (landslides, lateral and bottom erosion, destruction of the coasts, the flooding of territories) natural geological processes. E-mail gives the opportunity to send a work of science, literature and art to one or more addressees. Russian copyright law does not allow us to make an unambiguous conclusion about the legitimacy of such use of a work. Purpose: to determine the legal regime of the transfer of works protected by copyright through e-mail. Methods: method of formal logic, systematic structural and formal dogmatic methods are used in the analysis. The article presents two approaches to the problem under consideration. Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is devoted to the contents of the exclusive copyright. This article establishes an open list of methods to use a work. Accordingly, we can make a logically correct, but legally dubious conclusion that any emailing of a work is illegal. This logic is based on the questionable legal technique of art. 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The author of the paper believes that the second approach is correct. According to this approach, the content of exclusive copyright should be limited to the methods to use a work that is specified in art. 1270. Emailing of a work includes two legally significant actions with such a work: 1) the creation of an electronic copy of a work; 2) sending this copy via the information and telecommunications network as an electronic message to a specific address. The first action is the reproduction of a work. The second action is the communication to the public. The transfer of a work by e-mail is the communication to the public if access to such a work can be obtained by a significant number of persons who do not belong to the usual family circle.

The article aims at the analysis of the concept of superbia and its derivatives (superbus, superb) in Cicero’s works on the basis of the quantitative method and the method of content-analysis. The concept and its derivatives are used by Cicero for more than 90 times. The political and juridical usages of the concept prevail over the philosophical and ethical ones. In the political context, the mentioned concept is more often met in Cicero’s invectives, being an accusatory instrument against the politicians who abuse their power. For the same, accusatory, reasons serves the image of Tarquinius the Proud (Superbus) in Cicero’s arguments about the unjust power of one person. The concept of superbia and its derivatives are used in the same synonymic series with arrogant/arrogant, insolent and their derivatives. To strengthen the meaning of the concept Cicero combines it with the negative ethical and political categories (crudelitas, contumacia, contumelia, scelus, luxuria/luxuries, etc.) and contrasts it with the positive concepts of the ethical, philosophical, political and juridical apparatus of Cicero’s writings (Sapientia, liberalitas, etc.).

Тhis paper presents English acronyms as a way of linguistic retrenchment in the aspect of their differentiation according to their species, word-building model, acoustic form, usage area. Basic methods of the research: categorical analysis, determining of statistic parameters of word-forming models. In the process of the research, the following types of acronyms were defined: 1) terms, 2) acronyms pronounced as individual letters, considered as complete words. According to the sphere of usage they are 1) names of institutions, state structures, 2) names of technical objects, 3) special concepts, 4) cultural concepts, 5) acronyms which are used secondarily for concepts and phenomena with a different semantic meaning, 6) acronyms grouping according to its stylistic affiliation at the forming basis of which colloquial words and phrases are. The authour draws the conclusion that English acronyms demonstrate obviously the factor of the so-called intentional forming of new language units to make simpler the word retrenchment. New perspectives of further development of the English word-forming system are analyzed.

The subject of the study is the socio-structural aspect of the emergence and differentiation of social fears. Analysis of social fears is carried out on the basis of key parameters of social stratification (income, power, profession, education). The author proceeds from the understanding of social fear as a reaction to the social (by real or imaginary) threat of realizing the significant interests, life plans and claims of the social subject. In this regard, the social structure, in which individuals are included, is viewed as the ontological basis of social fears. The theoretical basis of the research was sociological and psychological work in the field of research of social fears, the theory of social stratification, the concept of a risk society. As the empirical material, the results of all-Russian sociological surveys were used. The method of secondary data analysis was used in the work. The article draws the following conclusion. The belonging of individuals to a social stratum determines not only the intensity of the experience of fears but also the repertoire of social fears. Social fears reflect the range of problems faced by representatives of these or those social strata in the course of realizing their vital needs and interests. Therefore, social fears can be viewed as an indicator of the state of affairs in a particular stratum. Despite the differentiation of social fears caused by the system of social stratification, the fears of representatives of different groups reveal a common nature.

It is determined that the degree of intensity of anxiety experience depends on the child's gender characteristics. To prevent the development of anxiety-hypothetical personality traits, it is important to know the age-related dynamics of anxiety, which will create a complex of early psycho-preventive and psychotherapeutic measures. The article raises the question of studying statistical dependences in psychological research. Psychologists in the vast majority on the basis of experimental data offer only the interpretation of linear dependences. In the last 20-25 years are often studied the complex processes that do not fit into the linear models. And psychologists choose (consciously or not) way of describing weak linear dependencies (where virtually not detected strong dependencies ). To do this, they have used test hypotheses (=0) for the correlation coefficients. Correlations such are indeed many. The article analyzes linear correlations for professional competencies of the teacher. Their number is determined for different intervals of the correlation coefficient. We consider combined in content, statistically interesting, non-linear dependencies. They demonstrate the gross errors of the traditional use of correlation analysis. In all dependencies, the reason (independent parameter) is "Love for children". It is interesting that the love for children in the analysis of statistical dependencies is revealed only as a cause (independent parameter). Other parameters depend on this parameter. It itself is weakly dependent on other parameters. Statistical dependencies are predominantly one-sided.
