Finding very large prime numbers is still considered a hard work. Existing algorithms already employ splitting numbers into simple multipliers, which exceed 10110. This well takes 24 hours of the world’s most powerful ECM. Now we shall prove the opposite: no algorithms of random number primality are needed. Not a continuous work of a medium–power computer and the result is ready. The large prime numbers make the basis for protection of electronic commerce and electronic post. As some of the intruders gradually manage to compute them, knowing cryptologists keep renewing inventory of the large prime numbers, which is a practice, while a mere curiosity and a scientific prestige will stimulate hunters for the large prime numbers, which is a theory.

By us, it was studied some foothill and mountain pastures to the Autonomous Republic. Plants — a common yarrow are revealed by us (Achillea millefolium L.), Sosnowsky’s hogweed (Heracleum sosnowskyi), tansy (Tanacetum vulgare L.), common Saint John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum L.), immortelle sandy (Helichrysum arenarium L.), wormwood bitter (Artemisia absinthium L.) and elecampane (Inula helenium L.) exert anthelminthic impact on nematodes and cestodes a digestive tract of animals. The made experiments showed that juice and boil these plants (a common yarrow, a Sosnowsky’s hogweed) perniciously influences mature Ostertag. In experiences on the sheep who are naturally invaded by Strongilata the combination of a common yarrow and a Sosnowsky’s hogweed was the most effective. When giving the miх to recycled an animal urchin 15 days, 90% and extens–efficiency — 54%. The high efficiency was shown by a Sosnowsky’s hogweed which was applied in the form of grass meal on 15 g on the head within 15 days. Exens–efficiency a Sosnowsky’s hogweed 48,3% and 82,6% equalled. The efficiency of simultaneous giving a common St. John’s wort and common tansy was also noticeable, it was especially high extens–efficiency (83,4%). In comparison with a common yarrow and a Sosnowsky’s hogweed, effective it was to exchange a combination of an immortelle sandy with a common St. John’s wort.

The paper dwells on identification of phenolic compounds and anthocyanins from newly–squeezed grape skins and seed ethanol extracts of Zeibeli and Izabela color grape varieties cultivated in viticulture–winemaking microzone of western Georgia, by combined gas chromatography-mass–spectrometry, and their determination by method of high–pressure liquid chromatography, but antioxidant activity has been assessed by DPPH method. For the experiment, we used newly–squeezed grape skins and seed without drying, mechanical and thermal treatment. Total phenolic compounds content in grape skins and seed ethanol extracts of Zeibeli variety (>423mg /100 ml) was greater than in grape skins and seed extracts of Izabela variety (> 394.2 mg/100 ml). The same results have been registered when assessing antioxidant activity of extracts. In particular, in the conditions of the same dissolution of extracts, grape skins and seed ethanol extracts of Zeibeli variety had higher antioxidant activity (up to 67–79.4%) than grape skins and seed extracts of Izabela variety (49.5–63.9%). Studies have shown that total phenols and anthocyanins quantitative content correlates with the antioxidant activity of extracts. The polyphenolic contents and the antioxidant activity of the skins and pulps of different grape cultivars were estimated using HPLC and DPPH antioxidant assay, respectively. The phenolics and flavonoids identified were quercetin, kaempferol, caffeic acid, p–coumaric acid, cinnamic acid, and (−)–epicatechin. The total phenolic contents were found to be the highest in the grape skin of Flouxa (>400 mg/100 g), followed by Campbell Early and Tamara (>300 mg/100 g), and then by Red Globe and Ruby Seedless (>250 mg/100 g), and the total phenolic content was the lowest in Italia and Delaware (<60 mg/100 g). The antioxidant activities of the grape extracts varied from 12.5% (Ruby Seedless) to 60.2% (Hongiseul) for skins, whereas the antioxidant activities of the grape extract varied from 35.4% (Campbell Early) to 84.5% (Hongiseul) for pulps. The grape pulps have stronger antioxidant activities than those of the grape skins. Our results suggest that the phenolic and flavonoid contents in extracts of grape skins and pulps showed statistically significant correlations with the free radical scavenging activity.

In this article by the method of equations of steady horizontal flight, the impact AT winglets wingtips on the wing aerodynamic quality is explored. Determine the total aerodynamic force, created by all four parts of the endings. The vector of the total aerodynamic force of the endings is found in the form of components of the associated coordinate system. Equilibrium equations for the forces acting on the aircraft are recorded, with the linear motion of the aircraft with wing tips of the AT winglets type in a horizontal flight established. From these equations, it is obtained that, in the direction of motion, the longitudinal component of the vector of the total aerodynamic force of the tips reduces the drag of the wing, and the vertical component increases the lifting force and this increases the aerodynamic quality of the wing. The components of the vector of the total aerodynamic force in the transverse direction from the left and right end of the wing counterbalance each other By virtue of symmetry. Naturally, provided that the weight of the aircraft is constant and the speed of a straight horizontal flight, the angle of attack of the aircraft with the wing with endings like AT winglets should be reduced in order to observe the quality of the lift and the weight of the aircraft. A decrease in the angle of attack, in turn, leads to a decrease in the drag force. The effect of the aerodynamic wing tips on the maximum value of aerodynamic quality is studied. The expression for the aerodynamic lift coefficient at the most advantageous angle of attack is found. It is shown that the aerodynamic wingtips reduce the coefficient of lift of the wing without endings at the most advantageous angle of attack.

Analysis of the investment policy in the energy sector of Kazakhstan is carried out, the main problems in the process of adoption and implementation of investment projects are identified. To improve the efficiency of company’s investment policy, it was proposed: optimization of corporate procedures; attracting alternative sources of financing (IPO, leasing); changes in procedures for the implementation of regulations describing the scope, timing, frequency and procedure for providing information. With the changes in corporate procedures, the timing of the investment project can be reduced from 3 to 1 months. Implementation of the recommendations is confirmed by the calculations carried out by us and demonstrates the possibility of their practical application. This will contribute to growth of free cash as a result of saving on taxes; improving the profitability of the project and the company as a whole from 3 to 1 months.

This is the creation of value for a certain segment of consumers, which implies a potential income generation. It is important to understand exactly how the blog will bring profit and what actions from the entrepreneur will be required. The algorithm of such events can be defined as a business model of the blog. It does not matter whether the blogger receives money directly inside the blog (for advertising, paid a subscription or otherwise), whether he sells his product through a blog or forms expertise, thereby selling his services. To a blog called a business (or was part of the business), it must directly participate in making a profit. Thus, at the level of process management, the “blog as a business” is distinguished from “just a blog” by three main points — goal setting, planning and monitoring of execution. The object of the study is urban colour, and its subject is the predictive modelling of its possible changes. The aim of the work is the application of a cellular model for the study of the dynamics of the monochromatic urban colourists, the main principle of which is the replication of the same colour in the design of as many architectural facades of a locality as possible. The study used a ready–made cellular automaton model created in the NetLogo multi–agent programmable modelling environment. In the settings, the parameters corresponding to the statistical data of the city of Neustadt (Germany) were set. The model made it possible to control the dimensions of the matrix and time horizon, the rate of change, the initial ratio of houses of a certain colour. The evolution of the system was considered for matrices measuring 44 by 44, 20 by 20 and 10 by 10, at a time horizon of 100 cycles. The application of the cellular model allowed to significantly expand the boundaries of the analysis of urban colourists. The obtained empirical data made it possible to reveal the essential characteristics of the mechanisms of development of a monochrome model of urban colouristic and determine their tempo. With the help of the cellular automaton, threshold values were established that triggered fundamentally different types of adaptation of the new colour tradition and revealed their dependence on the choice of the location of the redecorated buildings in the city’s colour field. In the future, the use of cellular automata in the urban colour planning can provide fundamentally new results describing the mechanisms of the emergence of complex behaviour from simple actions, visualizing the changes that occur and analysing their future states.

The article deals with Cicero’s usage of ‘avaritia’. The research aims at the system analysis of the concept on the basis of the quantitative method. There are more than 150 examples of the usage of ‘avaritia’ and its derivatives (‘avarus’, ‘avare’) in Cicero’s works. The term is used most frequently in Cicero’s orations (approximately 100 times), especially in the invectives ‘Against Verres’ (55 examples), least of all — in his epistles (6 times). Avarice for Cicero is one of the most serious vices. It means an exaggerated opinion of money. Alongside with the negative moral categories (‘luxuria’ ‘luxuries’, ‘crudelitas’, ‘superbia’, etc.) and the positive ones opposed to avarice (the ethical notions of the Stoic philosophy (‘honestum’ / ‘honestas’, ‘virtus’, ‘officium’, ‘justitia’, ‘liberalitas’, ‘cogitatio’, ‘temperantia’, etc.) and primordially Roman ethical, political and juridical terms (‘dignitas’, ‘jus’, ‘lex’, etc.) the concept of ‘avaritia’ forms the core of the ethical, philosophical and political conceptual apparatus of Cicero’s works.

The main characteristics of professional maturity are the autonomy, awareness and correlation of the information with its own characteristics, the ability to make decisions, plan; positive emotional attitude to the need to make choices and take decisions. Gradually, throughout the school period, the child expands its knowledge about the world of professions and about the work of people who receive knowledge with a view to their application in future work. In the case of children from foster families in the process of professional self-determination is significantly complicated and is due to the presence of two major groups of factors. The first group includes factors caused by the deprivation of the child of maternal care in the past, until the stay in a substitute family. The second group includes factors due to the organization of activity of children–orphans and children left without parental care during their stay in the institution prior to the adoption of the child in replacing family. Both groups of factors contribute to the distinctive features of the process of professional self-determination of children from foster families, the main ones are the difficulty in understanding the role of labour for the individual and society, the lack of interest in the professions of family members, psychological and communication difficulties while participating in employment and educational activities related to career choice, difficulties with awareness and self-assessment of their professional abilities. This article describes the components of readiness for professional self-determination of children living in foster families, offers a means of formation of readiness to professional self-determination taking into account the listed features.

Here n is the length of the word (the number of letters in it). In the case of the Italian language, there are also four lengths: lengths 1-3 and 4-6 (polynomials of the second order with branches directed downwards); Length 7-11 (geometric progression with denominator less than 1); Length 12 and more (geometric progression with a denominator less than 1). In the case of the Swedish language, there are three segments: lengths 1-3 (a second-order polynomial with branches pointing upwards); Length 4-6 (second-order polynomial with branches directed downwards); Length 7 and more (geometric progression with a denominator less than 1). Coefficients of equations are parameters that can be estimated for a given text on the basis of its statistical characteristics. Five texts in Spanish and Swedish and six texts in Italian were considered. Then all the texts in the given language were combined into one text and distribution was considered.

The structural organization of water and water solutions is not until the end of studied now. Accumulation of the experimental data in this area will allow to expand theoretical ideas of structure of the liquid environments. In operation by methods of dielectrometry, an impedance it is shown that at a temperature of 20 °C with increase in frequency of reactive current from 1 to 3000 kHz the electrical capacity of the distilled water repeatedly decreases that is caused by existence in water of structural educations – associates of molecules of water in which oscillation frequencies of dipoles of water are lower than frequencies of an outside electric field. Repeated increase in electrical capacity of solutions of chloric iron, in comparison with the distilled water is probably caused by processes of the partial corrupting of associates of molecules of water in solutions and hydration of ions. Increase of electrical capacity, conductivity, good quality of an oscillating circuit of sols of hydroxide of iron, in comparison with the initial solutions of chloric iron, obviously, is caused by the fact that in case of formation of micelles in solutions there is a further corrupting of associates of molecules of water, the partial orientation of the dipoles which are released at the same time to surfaces of micelles and increase in concentration of the free dipoles of water having the maximum mobility. The offered methods and constructions of measuring cells can be used for a study of structural features of water, water solutions and the colloid systems.

The mechanism of the reaction of alkylation of aromatic compounds according to Friedel–Crafts is considered. Unlike the acylation reaction, alkylation is a reversible process. The general principle of the reaction is the intermediate formation of carbenium ions capable of reacting as an electrophile in the aromatic reactions of electrophilic substitution. It is established that the mechanism of this reaction is ensured by the detection of the σ–complex at low temperatures. The possibility of using the intramolecular variant of Friedel–Crafts alkylation is considered; limitations of the applicability of the reaction as a whole are noted.

The results of a study of the species composition and structure of cyanobacterial communities of soils of roadside lawns of some streets of the city of Gomel are presented. Research methods: field, laboratory and cultural. Total in the soils studied city of Gomel found 34 species of soil cyanobacteria belonging to 13 genera, 7 families, 3 orders of 1 classes. Oscillatoriales were 61.8%, Croococcales — 20.5%, Nostocales — 17.7 %. In the family spectrum Phormidiaceae prevailed (47.1%), a significant proportion of the species from Nostocaceae — 20.5%. Among the genera Phormidium dominated (38.0%), Nostoc (11.8%), Cyanothece, Borzia and Microcoleus (8.9% each). Ecological analysis showed that all the cyanobacteria detected are edaphophilic. The largest number of species were representatives of the P–life form — 52.9% (species of the genera Phormidium, Borzia, Oscillatoria and Plectonema). C–form algae accounted for 26.5% (genera Anabaena, Nostoc, Cylindrospermum, Nodularia, Aphanocapsa, Microcystis). Among the algae of the C–form, species with heterocysts capable of nitrogen fixation have been identified (species of the genera Anabaena, Nostoc, Cylindrospermum, Nodularia). The share of Ch–form representatives was 11.7% (species of the genera Cyanothece, Synechocystis). The smallest number of species were representatives of the M–form — 8.9% (species of the genus Microcoleus). The species richness of the cyanobacterial communities varied within 12–25 species, the composition of cyanobacterial communities of all the streets retained the dominance of representatives of the P–life form (50–68%). The analysis of taxonomical and ecological structure of cyanobacterial communities on the intensity of transport flow and distance of trial areas from the roadway were conducted. With increasing distance from the roadway identified the expansion of species richness of algae.

According to modern data, about 80% of the population living in different countries, receives magnesium in insufficient quantities. The lack of magnesium adversely affects the functions of the central nervous system, heart and blood vessels, adrenals, thyroid and pancreas, and other organs. The magnesium deficiency increases with the age of the person. Its content is not enough in the diet of the elderly and poorly provided people. The purpose of the research was to study the possibility of enriching of berries with magnesium enriched berries of various crops by the method of foliar treatment of plants during the formation of berries. The objects of research were the berries of the honeysuckle variety of Zimorodok, the strawberry variety of the Korona, the variegated–leaf hardy kiwi variety of Soroka. Enrichment was carried out by the method of single root foliar treatment of plants with an aqueous solution of magnesium sulphate of various concentrations in variants of the experiment with the addition of hydrated lime in order to avoid the burning of plants. The rate of consumption of the solution depended on the number of plants per hectare and the age of plantations. Control samples were sprayed with distilled water. The magnesium content in the berries was determined in accordance with GOST R 51429-99. The results obtained in the first years of the study allowed to determine the optimal concentration of the solution used to enrich the berries with magnesium, which was 20.0 g/l. The use of this method of enrichment showed a positive tendency of magnesium accumulation by plants. The magnesium content in berries increases, while the following regularity was observed: an increase in the concentration of the solution in the variants of the experiment contributed to its greater content in the berries. The results of further studies prove the possibility of increasing the natural content of magnesium in honeysuckle, strawberry and variegated–leaf hardy kiwi in 1.7–6.3 times. According to the ability to accumulate magnesium, honeysuckle leads — 626.5% in relation to control. In the strawberries, magnesium accumulates to a somewhat lesser extent — 308.9%. Variegated–leaf hardy kiwi berries are characterized by a high natural content of magnesium, but low accumulating capacity of its accumulation is 172.1% on average over three years of research. The use of fortified berries in the diet will help to prevent the deficiency of magnesium in the body.

In this article by the method of equations of steady horizontal flight the impact of AT winglets wingtips on the inductive reactance of the wing is explored. The total aerodynamic force, created by all four parts of the wingtips is determined. The vector of the total aerodynamic force of the wingtips is represented in the form of components of a linked coordinate system. Equilibrium equations for the steady motion of an aircraft with AT winglets wingtips in a horizontal flight are recorded. From these equations it is obtained that, in the direction of motion, the longitudinal component of the vector of the total aerodynamic force of the tips reduces the inductive drag of the wing, the vertical component is added to the lifting force of the wing, and the lateral component, due to symmetry, is zero. It is shown that the lifting force created by the AT winglets wingtips is larger compared to the same ones created by the upper tips. An important consequence is that the distribution of the lifting force over the wing span with double tips is more even in comparison with the wing without a tip or with a wing with the upper wingtip. The expression for the effective aspect ratio of the wing with the tips is determined, which is greater than the inductive drag of the wing without the tip. An interesting result is obtained: for identical aircraft weights, the product of effective aspect ratio of the wings with double and only upper wingtips on their coefficients of inductive resistance is equal to the product of the wing aspect ratio without a tip on its coefficient of inductive resistance. This law can also be formulated as follows: at the constant weight of the aircraft, the effective aspect ratio of the wing with the tips by its coefficient of inductive resistance is a constant value, independent of the form of wingtips.

As science, sensory (organoleptic) analysis is based on the requirements for these tests, set out in the normative and technical documents of international and Russian standards, which reflect the requirements of the methodology of organoleptic test. These include a series of standards: GOST ISO, GOST R ISO, GOST R and GOST. According to all-Russian classifier of standards (OKS), these documents are in the group “67. Manufacture of food products” in particular in the subgroup “67.240 - Sensory analysis”. All normative documents in this area can be divided into several major groups that reflect and prescribe requirements in a particular segment of the touch research. These standards include: terms and definitions in the field of sensory analysis give a clear understanding of certain concepts, stimuli and sensations, the description of the investigational products; requirements for testers and experts who conducted a sensory test of products – requirements for sensory sensitivity (taste, olfactory, tactile and color) ability to describe the proposed products and characterize them in terms of quality indicators; requirements for the design of facilities for sensory research – the minimum necessary set of premises and suggestions for their layout requirements for kitchenware (utensils, rules of marking) and products (number of products for research and the procedure for its submission for testing) and methods of sensory analysis (discrimination, descriptive, using scales and categories). Considered normative documentation at the time of adoption and its validity: valid documents, which are introduced from July 2017 and entered in return current. So from January 1, 2017, the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 218-FZ "On State Registration of Real Estate" entered into legal force(hereinafter - Law No. 218-FZ). This law replaced the Federal Law of 21.07.1997 No. 122-FZ "On state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it" and Federal Law No. 221-FZ of 24.07.2007 "On the State Real Estate Cadastre Until January 1, 2017 on the territory of the Russian Federation, information on real estate objects were recorded in two main registers of real estate: - State Cadastre of Real Estate; - The unified state register of rights to real estate and transactions with it. Facing the growing number of environmental problems, the need to study the environmental concern of the communities of single-industry towns with an outlook to its further development for the normal functioning of the world community as a whole and individual entities in particular. The article presents the results of the content analysis of local newspapers in Desnogorsk, the town of which the Smolensk NPP is the main enterprise. The research focuses on environmental issues and their reflection on the pages of local press. The data of the analysis are given in comparison. For the study, materials from two newspapers were used for a four-year period. In the course of the work, such tasks were solved as determination of the amount of printed material devoted to the topic of ecology in the city; definition of the nature of the articles (analytical, informational, speeches of managers, orders, orders of resolution, complaints, statements, questions, proposals); identification of subjects whose opinions reflect articles on environmental issues; the establishment of the modality of the attitude to the problems of urban ecology, presented in the pages of the newspapers. According to the results of the analysis, it is possible to draw conclusions about the specifics of the environmental concern of the local community in Desnogorsk. Based on the results of the research, the main guidelines for optimizing the ecological consciousness of the inhabitants of the satellite town of Smolensk NPP are indicated.

In the published work, the process of adsorption of organic derivatives of thiourea and dicarboxylic acids (thiourea class) modeled with semi-empirical ZINDO / 1, on iron (97% in steel St3, Poland) is presented. The structures of “thiourea” for the study were chosen so that the sequential complication of the molecular structure could be traced. Such an approach, as will be shown below, reflects with high accuracy the process of protection against corrosion with bacterial content by chemisorption of an organic compound on the metal surface with the formation of a complex compound. In the course of the study, the following compositions were obtained and analyzed: the compositions of the complexes obtained, global and local electro–filter values, a graph showing the dependence of the local electrophilicity of an arbitrary heteroatom taken by the author. The graph shows the equations of the obtained lines.

Morphogenesis of intestinal villi begins in duodenum and passes in two stages. At first more actively proliferative and metabolic pseudostratified intestinal epithelium takes root into underlying mesenchyme, which loosens and transformates in connective tissue in this period. Together they form primary longitudinal folds of only beginner forming mucosa. Then these folds break up on typical intestinal villi. Morphogenesis of intestinal villi takes place in period of recanalization of duodenum, which, as morphogenesis of whole organ, is based on interconnections of processes, passing in its epithelial bud and surrounding mesenchyme. Intestinal epithelium exercises inductive influence on underlying mesenchyme, connecting with the process of cellular proliferation, always more intensive in epithelium. Intensive currents of epithelial metabolites erode mesenchyme. Its cells proliferites too, lose long branches and lie more and more tightly about epithelial bud of organ. Wide layer of compact mesenchyme limits external growth of epithelium, and it fills up intestinal lumen. Simultaneously capillaries narrow in thick mesenchyme, mitotic activity of epithelium and mesenchyme falls. Thin reticular, winding fibers and traces of weak sulfat glycosaminglicans appear in the mesenchyme about epithelium. Then nerve fibres and neuroblasts penetrate into intestinal wall, reticular fibers form network in mesenchyme about epithelium, capillaries widen and secondary, mitotic activity of intestinal epithelium rises. Epithelial “plugs” appear in lumen of duodenum, circular muscular layer — in external zone of its mesenchyme. After this mesenchyme mainly about epithelium produces hyaloronans and proteoglycans, bonding water. Considerable production of extracellular matrix and loosening of mesenchyme are accompanied such lowering of mitotic activity of its cells. It is beginning accelerated widening of lumen and recanalization of organ. Circular muscular layer levels external displacements of mesenchyme with different speed on perimeter of duodenum, causing different metabolic activity of intestinal epithelium on its perimeter. In result mesenchyme redistributes in thickness of duodenal wall on its perimeter: “surplus” of mesenchyme moves from sector of more active epithelium in sector of less active epithelium, causing its delay there with lag from locus of active epithelium. The influence of biofertilizers (Polylinker and Agromik) on agronomically valuable groups of microorganisms on sod–podzolic sandy loam soil is considered in order to determine their amount depending on the phases of maize development. Methods: phenological, agrochemical, microbiological. The study was carried out on sod–podzolic sandy loamy soil. A number of bacteria in both fertilised test and the control was almost the same in the Polifunkur test during the tillering phase. A number of autochthonous oligotrophs in the control was 1.5 times higher than in Polylinker test. The amount of the other seven agronomically valuable groups prevailed in Polylinker. In the Agromik test, the total amount of eight of nine agronomically valuable groups was higher than in the control. During the beginning of flowering and the cob–forming phase, the amount of agronomically valuable groups of microorganisms was higher in the fertilised soil than in the control.

The study of memory capacity gender features does not lose its relevance at university students. A study of the mnemonic abilities at the Nizhnevartovsk State University students was conducted. Mnemonic functions were estimated on the mechanical, semantic and figurative memory capacity. In addition, the visual and additional memory level and memory self-esteem were determined. The students surveyed identified gender differences that were highlighted: the average values of visual and additional memory in young people were higher than those of their peers. On the level of self-esteem of memory, gender features also were observed: the students rated themselves higher than the students. According to the level of mechanical and imaginative memory, there were no significant differences between girls and boys. The girls had higher levels of semantic memory.

Comparative analysis of the results of treatment of 119 patients with prolapse of pelvic organs was carried out. Patients underwent plastic surgery with vaginal access. In the postoperative period, 38 patients received sanation of the vaginal seams with antiseptic solutions once a day, 36 — treatment of vaginal sutures with 0.25% solution of Darin at for external and topical application once a day, 45 — irrigation of the vaginal seams with aerosol Olazol once a day. The article is devoted to mapping the maximum snow reserves in the Altai Region using GIS technologies. With the help of GIS technologies, the authors created a series of electronic and printed maps reflecting the spatial distribution of water reserves in the snow cover. Based on the analysis of the content of the maps, a zone of maximum average annual snow reserves has been identified in the direction from the northeast to the southwest of the territory due to an increase in the altitude of the terrain, a decrease in the aridity of the climate, and changes in the composition of the vegetation cover. The extent of technogenic transformation of the environment in areas of development of oil fields is quite high now. The raw material is heated by direct contact with high–boiling high–molecular fractions heated to a subcritical temperature that is lower than the start temperature of the avalanche–free uncontrolled thermal cracking, then a mixture of raw materials and high–molecular fractions to initiate a controlled process of breaking the molecular bonds, i.e. Thermomechanical cracking, subjected to mechanical and wave effects of a different nature and a wide range of frequencies. In this case, the depth of processing is increased by 1.5 to 15 times, depending on the composition of the feedstock.

The article is focused on the philosophical views of the great Patriotic physiologist, pedagogue and thinker Ivan Pavlov on the problem of the Russian national character through the prism of the intricacies of the Russian mindset described by him in public lectures “On the Mind in General and the Russian One in Particular”. The author of the paper carries out a retrospective analysis of the causes of the current crisis of national identity in terms of the aggravated struggle for cultural identity against the background of worldwide processes of Globalization and Westernization. The topical issues such as the national mentality, national identity, national character and even contradictory and mythologized national idea do not lose their relevance but become more popular and are widely discussed in scientific and public circles. The special attention is focused on the problem of national character. Since the reflections on the origins, causes and maintenance of the combination of certain qualities of character typical of a particular people, seem rather a large field to explore, the author limits the research task to the analysis of the intellectual component of the mind in particular as the most vivid manifestation of national identity. The article gives a generalised description of the characteristics of the mind formulated by I. P. Pavlov, as the search for the answers to contemporary questions on the problem of the mystery and inconsistency of the Russian mental system in the domestic philosophical thought. The author arrives at the conclusion that Pavlov’s studies of the specific characteristics of the Russian mentality on the example of the mind of the Russian intellectuals, in general, is limited to disapproving and negative symbols of polarity and extremes in correlation with the mind of the cultural development of the West.

Using the method of legal analysis, we can conclude that the institution imputes guilt in criminal law has a significant impact on the implementation of the above principles. Moreover, the Institute makes changes in the human and citizens’ rights, the right to free movement or the right to defend their interests in court. Guided by the principle of the objective imputation of guilt, violation of personal human rights is not allowed, as well as the solution of the problem by extrajudicial bodies. Also, the possibility of using objective imputation in order to obtain political repression is excluded. In accordance with the foregoing, the principle of subjective imputation in criminal law is a manifestation of humanism and justice in modern society.

The present article is devoted to the investigation of the functioning of English generally marked phraseological units in the texts of belle–lettre style literature. The subject of investigation — English phraseological units, characterising men and women, i.e. generally marked phraseologies of the English language. The aim of the research is analysis and classification of English generally marked phraseological units in the original texts of belle–lettre style literature, classifying them into definite groups, characterising age, appearance, marital and social status, traits of character, professional sphere and nationality of men and women. This investigation was done with the help of method of overall selection from English phraseological (idiomatic) dictionaries, the method of classification of gender-marked phraseologies and componential analysis, making out gender component in the structure of gender-marked phraseological units. As the result, there were presented separate semantic groups of general marked phraseological units, characterising age categories, peculiarities of appearance, professional and personal qualities, a marital and social status of men and women. The theoretical part of the article is proved by short extracts from English belle–lettre literature texts. The results of the research can be used not only in practical learning of English phraseological units but in the process of interpretation of belle–lettre literature texts, in working over idiomatic dictionaries and linguistic analysis of characters of belle–lettre literature as well.

The paper attempts to reveal the most popular word–formation patterns in modern English. The authors make a strong case for pragmatic conditioning of new words. They see the study of the English–speaking community from the perspective of new words as their main goal. The authors’ hypothesis is that these new lexical units direct social actions and allow to forecast most probably the vectors of the development of social culture. The paper identifies the major linguistic mechanisms of forming new words. The practical application of the research is that the paper reflects those fragments of social reality which already exist in the language but are not in dictionaries yet. At present, the development of biological science requires that fundamental knowledge about bioinformatics mechanisms, which providing the integrality of organism’s function and their adequate connection with nature environment, should be extended. Scientific experimental results, obtained by using of innovated plant living stimulants, are necessary for further scientific summarising. This article presents the results of scientific experiments to study the influence of specialised production (water converter and the ALPAM suspension), produced by the “PRIRODA–C” company, on the germination of wheat seeds. The aim was to identify the impact of structured water and ALPAM–AGRO on germination energy, on laboratory germination and on the resistance to seed rotting of the single soft wheat sample. Conventional laboratory and statistical techniques were used. Statistically significant (1.7–3.6 times) stimulatory effects of structured water and ALPAM–AGRO, as independent agents, on the germination energy and laboratory germination of wheat seeds, compared to their germination on settled water, were founded. The use of structured water significantly (1.8–2 times) reduced the amount of rotting seeds from the fifth to seventh day of germination. Adding of ALPAM–AGRO in structured water has the result: оn the first stage (from first to third days) — leveling effect, removing a positive effect of water structuring; and on the second stage (from fourth to seventh days) — the restoration of structured water positive impact on the laboratory seed germination and manifestation of bactericidal effect of structured water on wheat seedlings. None bactericidal action of ALPAM–AGRO, as an individual agent, in used concentration on wheat seeds have been observed. The obtained results can be explained by regulative response of wheat genome epigenetic mechanisms on the bioinformatics impact of the stimulating innovations, produced by the “PRIRODA–C” company.

Therefore, the author made attempt to study problems of effective regulation of small entrepreneurship, institutional ensuring business activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan and interaction of business with the government and institutional players of the market. The author analyses the goal, functions, group of measures and outlines the targets and factors of setting up enterprise economic security. The model of setting up economic security of enterprise is represented. The essence of the economic security of the enterprise is defined in the work from the positions of the system approach, the author’s definition of the economic safety of the enterprise is formulated. The category “economic security” at the national and sectoral levels is specified, which explains their interdependence in the process of forming the economic security of the enterprise. The formation of the components of the economic security of an enterprise based on such internal components of economic security as financial, intellectual–personnel, information, resource, technical and technological, power and external–political, legal, market, interface, and environmental, is considered. A model for the formation of the economic security of an enterprise is developed, based on eight successive stages aimed at identifying internal and external threats to the economic security of an enterprise by assessing it for elements to preserve and multiply the economic resources of the enterprise, to prevent crises in a timely manner and to neutralize negative factors. The problems of formation of economic security of food industry enterprises, microclimate and their institutional provision are reflected. A method for assessing the level of economic security of food industry enterprises is proposed, which is based on assessing the level of the components of the formation of the economic security of the enterprise and determining the integral index. The mechanism for the formation of the economic security of the enterprise was developed and proposed, including measures of state regulation that affect the organization of economic security, the creation of socio–economic, organizational and legal conditions for effective reproduction, development and use of the scientific and technological potential of the food industry, the introduction of modern environmentally friendly energy — and resource–saving technologies, production and sale of new types of competitive products.
