This paper presents a possibility of the cyclohexyl cyclohexanecarboxylate synthesis on the base of the combined processes of acid– catalyzed dehydration of cyclohexanol and the hydrocarbalkoxylation of the formatted cyclohexene at catalysis by the Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 — PPh3 — p–toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate system. The objective of the work was contained in the determination of the optimal values of p–toluenesulfonic acid concentration and the temperature to receive the maximum yield of the cyclohexyl cyclohexanecarboxylate. The kinetic method was used as the general method of investigation. The analysis of the reaction mass was realized by the gas–liquid chromatography method with the developed earlier procedure. It was ascertained that the optimal relation of the cyclohexanol and acid was 2.5/1, the optimal temperature was 383 °K. As a result of a combination of the cyclohexanol dehydration and cyclohexene hydrocarbalkoxylation processes, it was a success to reach the ester yield of 86.8% at the cyclohexanol conversion of 93.6%. The changes of the acid concentration and the temperature caused the decrease of the ester yield and the cyclohexanol conversion. The obtained results may be the base of the formation of the processes of the saturated esters СnHmCOOСnHm synthesizes.

The paper presents data on the assessment of water stress municipal districts of the Altai region. The domestic water stress index was calculated and analyzed for the Altai region, as well as the classification of areas according to the degree of water stress. It was found that this situation arisen because of the poor condition of the water supply system and the edge of the small consumption of water for household needs. In the process, information was obtained which can be used in the development of water management systems in the Altai region.

The paper discusses various aspects of the effects of immunomodulatory drugs (“Gama it” and “Fipronil”) on the histological and morphological structure of the heart muscle of broiler chickens, morphological and functional patterns of adaptation of the organ. On poultry farms during the production of meat products broiler chickens are used. Their diet often includes immunomodulatory drugs, which influence at the cardiovascular system, at this stage, is not elucidated enough in the modern academic writing. The use of drugs in the poultry industry for the accelerated development of broilers in some cases can lead to various forms of cardiac hypertrophy, due to the rapid development of the bird. The study of stress mechanisms of the microvasculature in the application of high doses of drugs for the accelerated development of broilers showed, that various tissue and ultrastructural changes associated with the predominant participation of the metabolic and circulatory factors can occur in heart muscle. Research methods: histological and morphometric methods were used in the paper. In the process, information was obtained on the effect of immunomodulatory drugs on cardiac morphogenesis in the postincubatory ontogenesis of broiler chickens. The prospects of the use of these indicators are in the optimization of feeding norms of broilers and making of their rations. The importance of determining the effect of these drugs is due to the central role of the heart in the circulatory system and the dynamics of its pumping function in various forms of myocardial hyperfunction in the course of overload and hypertrophy. The influence of immunomodulating drugs on the heart muscle, morphological and functional adaptation of laws allows determining best support practices of the cardiovascular system.

Possibilities of achievement by strategic corporate projects of mergers and absorption of synergetic effect are influenced by a set of risks, including uncontrollable and unhandy by forces of a corporate risk management. In view of the obvious existence of the problems generated by unattainability of the financial purposes of strategic integration, research of specifics of their manifestation in the national socioeconomic system formed by the sectors spliced real and financial seems actual and timely. In the work it is shown that unattainability of synergetic effect as a result of take–risking of strategic mergers and absorption produces through the shift of motivations of owners of the capital to the speculative sphere a depression of real sector of economy, and through deterioration in a condition of real sector — regressive change of a condition of a national financial system. In the conditions of a renewable take–risking of strategic direct investment the interconnected updates of conditions of the spliced real and financial sectors have advanced regressive character, their divergence as the ability of mutually advantageous interaction for the benefit of their coordinated development increases. It has created the evidential base of the relevance of creation in Russia of the mechanism of leveling of negative influence on strategic projects of mergers and absorption of a set of risks, first of all, uncontrollable and unhandy by forces of a corporate risk management.

This paper presents the operating accounting treatment for receipt of a property, plant and equipment, features of accounting of receipt of a property, plant and equipment by the subjects given the right of the simplified conducting financial accounting and forming of the financial reporting, and also regulation of the project of the Federal accounting standard “Property, plant and equipment” planned to introduction since 2018 formulated in May 2016 by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is considered. Correspondence of accounts on accounting of receipt of a property, plant, and equipment are given by various methods: in case of acquisition for a fee, construction (a construction and production), in case of receipt of a contribution to the authorized capital, non–paid receipt and in case of receipt under the agreements providing obligation fulfillment by non–cash means. Use of features of accounting of receipt of a property, plant and equipment by small economic actors on accounting entries is illustrated. Distinctive features of the project FSBU “Property, plant and equipment” from the operating PBU 6/01 with the offer of correspondence of accounts of financial accounting on the rules planned to introduction are in detail considered. The special attention is paid to essentially new evaluation procedure and accounting of receipt of a property, plant, and equipment under the agreements providing a long delay (payment by installments) of payment. The main methods of research consisted in the generalization of the acting practice of accounting of receipt of a property, plant and equipment, comparison of legislative arrangements, adaptation of the operating accounting technique under the regulations planned to the introduction. In the course of work, the debatable moments of the FSBU project requiring further discussion for the purpose of the unambiguous and uniform application by accounting entities have been revealed. Concerning a number of rules the author's line item on a recognition of the corresponding transactions is formulated. Offers on the discussion of the Draft of the accounting standard “Property, plant and equipment” in Council for accounting standards for the purpose of improvement of quality and ensuring uniformity of application of the specified regulation are designated.

The object of research is becoming a modern social, in which, due to the emergence of a huge number of unusual people apply an inclusive environment that requires special attention. The principal figure of the medium becomes an inclusive people, which makes investigate the phenomenon from different perspectives, including philosophical and medical. Among the methods of the present study–phenomenological, hermeneutic, comparative and analytical. The analysis revealed that today it is necessary to interpret not inclusive of human in the narrow sense, as having certain abnormalities, primarily medical, and a wide, ignoring normal and pathological criteria. Understanding the “norm” in the present it is transformed. Coming to an inclusive environment in terms of medicine, revealed that in the present boundary between normality and pathology is blurred, as a result of the dialectical interpenetration of each other. Socially, increasingly there is a deviation from the ideal state, which leads to a crisis of its existence. As a result, in today’s society is born a special, self–organizing inclusive environment within which the contradiction between normality and pathology, where the main rules for the inclusive space act ethically. Inclusive person–a–person with a safe intelligence, actively involved in the life and manifests itself in it. The main quality of inclusive human — it is the will to life and included the desire to be–in–being that should be formed in the system of education and training. The results of the study can be used in research and teaching activities in the study of modern social and inclusive environment.
