The paper presents data from a study of morphometric characteristics of woody plants growing in a coal mine dump “Kedrovsky”, located in the central part of the Kemerovo region. The object of the study were the trees of Scots pine and birch 10–15 years of age. We studied these morphometric characteristics — annual growth of side shoots; quantity, weight, and leaf area; the state of pine needles; living condition. Investigations were carried out according to conventional techniques. Research evidence that in a waste dump section “Kedrovsky” a reduction in morphometric characteristics of pine and birch — length of annual shoots, weight, the number of needles and leaves and squares of birch leaves, but the life condition score changes insignificantly. Reducing the morphometric parameters of pine and birch can be seen as a process of assimilation apparatus prophetization aimed at saving water and improving the sustainability of trees in a heap. The scientific importance of our study lies in the fact that they are aimed at identifying ecologically important morphometric parameters that reflect the plant response to man–made pollution, which can be used in carrying out environmental monitoring.

This paper presents the gas–liquid chromatography method adaptably to the analysis of poly component solution modeled the composition of the reaction mass of cyclohexene hydrocarbalcoxylation by cyclohexanol and CO. The objective of the work was contained in the treatment of the procedure possessed the high accuracy and reproducibility of analysis of the reaction mass. The “cyclohexene — cyclohexanol — cyclohexyl cyclohexane carboxylate — toluene (solvent)” system was studied. The method of internal standard was selected to the calculations of the concentrations of determined components. It was found that studied ranges of the concentrations of determined substances formed the linear diapason of the work of used flame ionization detector. The calibrating coefficients for calculations of the molar concentrations from the squares of the peaks of determined components were counted. The absence of grave mistakes in the results of cyclohexyl cyclohexane carboxylate determination and a low level of grave mistakes in determinations of cyclohexene (3.3 %) and cyclohexanol (6.7 %) were found. The estimation of confidence limits of calculated calibrating coefficients was made. The high accuracy of the chromatographic analyses (more than 98 %) and the high reproducibility of the results (more than 99 %) was defined and this allows to recommend the application of treated procedure to the analysis of the reaction mass of the cyclohexyl cyclohexane carboxylate synthesis exciting an interest as a possible addition to fuel and polymers.

This article discusses some theoretical and methodological issues of the development of ecological tourism in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Presents the problems and ways to solve them, given the tourism potential assessment of Karakalpakstan, including analyzing new ecotourism destinations in the region, the role of the Ustyurt plateau in the Republic of ecotourism development. In the process, information was obtained that in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as in many regions of Uzbekistan, there is a very big tourist potential, not only for the development of a common tourism but also a kind of ecotourism. Since spatial natural ecosystems Karakalpakstan with peculiar nature inherent only to her vegetable and the natural world, steppes, lake and watershed, coastal Amudarya reserve Bandai Tukai, plains Ustyurt, Kyzylkum desert, mountains Sultan Uvaystag, hills Belt, It differs from the other regions. The paper notes that the Ustyurt plateau being located on the Great Silk Road was a trade route of the ancient times of strategic importance, and was the only land route between the Caspian and Aral. Now it is the territory, linking the northwest gate of Uzbekistan to the east and west. Located on a plateau Ustyurt Avtomagistralnaya and railways that meet international standards, are the arteries of the economy of Uzbekistan. In our opinion, in the future, you can use the Ustyurt Plateau in Karakalpakstan as the object of ecotourism and for this, there are all natural features. It is, therefore, necessary to develop and implement targeted programs in this direction. For these purposes, to attract tourists need not only the activity of local businessmen but also effective advertising in national and local media and on the Internet.

The paper presents studies on the biochemical composition of blood in cows in winter housing and summer content. The researchers obtained information from the blood flow on the processes occurring in the body, much better than with other methods of study. Consequently, changes in the blood can be judged on the intermediate metabolism of the organism, its protective reactions, and many other indicators, vital for animals. The main methods of research were samples of blood taken from the jugular vein in summer and winter content. Blood samples were taken from the jugular vein. Studies were performed on lactating Holsteins cows black-motley breed. The content was determined in blood of cows carotene, calcium, phosphorus, total protein, a level of reserve alkalinity and reaction to ketone bodies in the beginning of the stable winter and summer periods. The blood test results showed that the total amounts of protein in the blood of cows in winter 0.42 abs. mg/% was lower than in the grazing period, due to inadequate protein nutrition of animals. It should be noted that the content of carotene and also calcium in the blood was also lower in the winter 0.17 abs. mg/% and 1.65 abs. mg/% in comparison with summer period, respectively. Ketone bodies in both periods in the blood of cows were not detected. The results confirm that the unbalanced rations, low feed quality major causes of metabolic disorders in animals, as in the winter stabling period of the content, so in the summer.

The paper discusses the results of the assessment of puberty in adolescent girls regularly engaged in physical culture and sports in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The studies were conducted among students aged 13–16 years in secondary schools. Only 1260 were examined, adolescent girls. To determine the stage of puberty surveyed used the Tanner formula, which includes 3 indicators: the stage of development of the mammary glands (M), pubic hair (P) and menarche (MX). Conducted anthropometric measurements weight (kg) height (cm), and also studied transferred their disease. Comparative analysis of secondary sexual characteristics in adolescent girls engaged in different sports is a positive trend in puberty, as well as the dynamic improvement of physical development, adaptive capacity of the organism, improving their reproductive health.

The paper discusses the results of a study of the main indicators of metabolism depending on species-fed infants living in urban areas of the cities of Tashkent and Nukus. Biochemical parameters like total protein, glucose, cholesterol, were determined in two groups (1st group (control) — children living in Tashkent city, 2–I group (main) — children living in the city of Nukus ) and in 3 subgroups of both groups (1–I subgroup — children who are breastfed, the 2nd subgroup of children who are on artificial feeding living with parents, 3-I subgroup of children who are bottle-fed living in a nursing home (Tashkent) and child (Nukus)). It was found that the children who are on artificial feeding there are the option of a pathological condition in metabolism, characterized by hypoproteinemia, increased levels of glucose, cholesterol in blood serum. More pronounced it occurs in ecologically unfavorable area, which is of the Aral sea region.

The paper presents the results of a dynamic study into the health indexes in the population residing in the territories adjacent to the areas of rocket activity. The main methods of the study are medical expeditions, analysis, and comparison. Adults and children underwent the medical screening in the village of Sentelek in the Charysh district of the Altai region. These people reside near the areas of falling off the separable parts of “Proton” rocket–carriers launched from the Baikonur сosmodrome. The medical examinations took place in the population that resided here in 1999, 2006, 2011 and 2015. The dynamic analysis included the prevalence of diseases in children and adult population of these territories. Standardized rates of the general prevalence, separate classes by ICD–10, and on some groups of diseases were considered. The most significant pathology was revealed in children and adults. An increase of the general prevalence rates of diseases and separate disease classes were found for the last two periods of the study. A dynamic study of general mortality was fulfilled in the population of this territory during the period from 1997 to 2011. The study used the actual and standardized rates. The last two periods of the study showed a tendency to an increase of the common population mortality. The results of the study can be used for the heat monitoring purposes and for the purpose of medical assistance to the population residing in the territories adjacent to the areas of falling of separable parts of the rocket engines.

Routing is the process of picking the route for transmitting data in computer networks. This function is performed by the router. Router is the device where two processes are carried out. The First process is the process of handling or processing the packets and the second one fills and updates routing tables using the certain algorithms. Routing tables can be modified during the working time of the network. This could be done by the routers automatically due to the exchange of service information — dynamic routing, or manually by the administrator — static routing. Distance–vector routing uses routers’ tables that contain the information about all routers in the subnet. One of the problems of this algorithm is that the information about new “good” route spreads much faster than information about lost or destroyed ones. Link state routing broadcasts route information to every device on this particular network. But in this case, every router sends a small piece of its routing table that contains only its own links. Link state routing algorithms are much more convergent and they have lesser looping probability comparing to distance–vector routing algorithms but they require more powerful platforms because of the bigger quantity of computations and higher memory requirements. Therefore link state routing is more expensive to implement than distance–vector one. The choosing of routing type is one of the most important problems for the developer when designing the network. This problem leads to the problem of choosing the routing algorithm. Everything depends on the type of network that is needed in this particular situation. If one needs the lowest cost network without good algorithm convergence and without the best optimality his choice should be the distance–vector routing. And if the money is not the problem but low looping probability, high convergence, flexibility and optimality are the key requirements choice should turn next to the link state routing.

e emergence of outsourcing in Russia testifies to the exchange of experience with the United States in the development of innovative economic trends. In the Russian legislation outsourcing is not fixed, as an independent branch of the provision of production, accounting, finance and information technology and other services. To implement these services in Russia there are contractual relations on the rendering of services without leaving the level of the outsourcing contract for the provision of works, services, indicating that not enough developed regulatory and legal support and the absence of a legislative foundation for the management of outsourcing activities. Modern domestic corporations and small and medium–sized businesses are trying to legally implement the outsourcing business activities of initiating business partnership agreement in due form “paid services”. This agreement is not intended by its economic and logical structure for the implementation of the outsourcing activities and has a number of design features which make it possible to reflect not relying on its existing regulatory support all the possible features of the implementation of the outsourcing of business processes. Based on the existing legal and regulatory experience in the United States, given its “strong” and “weak” side of legislative support of outsourcing of activities, there is a necessity due to the presence of problems in the provision of outsourcing services in their legislation ensuring the formation of a contractual relationship between domestic companies and outsourcers. The author proposed to optimize the domestic legislation in terms of organization and legalization of outsourcing business partnerships, as well as all the possible changes in the legislation concerning the regulatory framework of outsourcing activities in Russia.
