In the process, they received information about the status of key areas on the basis of what was the forecast about the prospects of their use as grassland. The results of the study can be of practical interest for agricultural organizations in the region. It is proved that the proposed draft of hayfields this site is profitable.

this paper presents the methods of the financial regulations of social proportions. Particular attention is drawn to the social inequalities problem and differentiation of citizen’s incomes. The various types of tax regulation examples in Russia and some other countries are presented, also the structure of average per capita income in Russia is analyzed. The latest changes in the tax practices of social regulations of proportions are considered in more details using the instances of reforming the tax deductions and tax exemptions for certain groups of citizens of the Russian Federation. The prospects of using the data changes in the methods of the financial regulation of social proportions are analyzed as well.

A selection of personnel is an important process, further advancement of activity of organization depends on her. Work in such sphere requires certain knowledge and professional skills. The types of selection are examined on government service, examples of historical bases that were stopped up in the modern system of skilled selection are made. Professionalism as a basic quality of public administrators and certain system of values. It is very important to pick up highly qualified personnel that will answer all requirements. It is impossible also to forget that main support during the selection of personnel on government service is done on the basis of constitutional positions. in article results of empirical research of a ratio of a crisis profile of the personality and possible type of psychosomatic pathology are described. It is shown that different crisis profiles have a various forecast of psychosomatic pathology: from favorable (development on counterbalanced and active independently to type of the personality) to adverse (development of passive and heteronomous type of personality). The psychodiagnostic technique “Experience of crisis by the personality” was developed for carrying out researches. A basic purpose of a technique — identification of a profile of integrated identity of the subject worrying (not worrying) crisis and the forecast of its possible development. In the course of work 834 persons (417 female persons and 417 — man's) aged from 16 till 65 years (more than 16 and less than 65 years) were examined. Results statistically processed. The obtained data are the result of a validation of diagnostic reports on a technique “Experience of crisis by the personality”.

this article is devoted to the problem of English–American borrowed words in the German language, peculiarities of their usage and their basic functions in female prose (as exemplified in the novel by Ildikó von Kürthy "Mondscheintarif". Influence of the American culture and linguistic reflection of this fact became more noticeable with the development of the Internet. A loan of English–Americanisms is in many respects caused by the reasons of extralinguistic characters, such as globalization of English, the emergence of new concepts, mainly in the field of equipment and computer technologies, cultivation of the American way of life in mass media. According to the carried–out analysis authors come to a conclusion that English–American loans take an active position in life of Germans.
