The paper deals with the anatomical features of vegetative shoots of some species of the genus Rebutia K. Schum. The main methods of research are anatomy, systematic, statistical. In the process, the following data were obtained: the species of the genus Rebutia epidermis has anticlinal walls, type of stomata — paracytic, stomatal guard cells oblong–oval; the species R. neo Cuming ii, R. robust spine traced not significant variation in the parameters of stomatal apparatus. In R. neo Cuming ii variability of parameters does not exceed the permissible limit and assessed as weak: bean–length cell is — 5.6%, the stomata length — 9.5%; stomata width — 14,2% (average volatility). The air temperature in the areas where it grows R. neo Cuming ii range from 2.0 °C to 30.5 °C, and in the conditions of the protected ground of the Donetsk Botanical Garden of the air temperature is 9.0 to 27.0 °C. The above temperature range fits into the framework of the possible range of habitats of species, so the plant is in rather favorable conditions of the protected ground, as indicated by the low variability of anatomical parameters. It was revealed that in the juvenile age condition (j) the species R. robust spine, R. febrific there is an active work of the cambium, the formation of xylem and phloem cells. Xylem is laid to the center, in the form of small, rounded cells, and phloem to the periphery. In R. robust spine, R. febrific collateral vascular bundles — open. The division of the cambium cells made tangential, one of the cambial cells remains, and the other becomes an element of the phloem or xylem. Thus, we analyzed the prospects for the use of anatomical parameters of cacti as a diagnostic taxonomy of the test species.

The paper presents ash and mineral elements (Ca, K, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu) values in the bark of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.). Elements content in the ash pine bark was found to be: Ca: 83.7–89.9%; K: 4.2–5.0%; Fe: 3.0–6.2%; Mg: 2.0–2.8%; Mn: 1.0–2.4%; Zn — 0.3%; Cu — 0.05%. Statistically, significant differences were observed for K, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn and Cu values. Their concentrations were higher in the in Pleuroziosum, Peridium and Myrtillosum types of pine stands than in Oxalidosum, Fontinale–herbosum and Polytrichosum types.

In studies 2013–2015, studied different agricultural methods of production of original potato seed (greenhouse mini tubers) with test tube micro plants rehabilitated. The aim of the research was to identify the best and technologically–based methods of preparation of planting material, planting dates, planting density in the cultivation of the improved seed potatoes. We used the method of accelerated potato breeding in the culture in vitro, based on the method of apical meristem and further cultivation of microplates in tissue tunnels. During the study, it was determined the effect of rooting micro plants exit potato mini tubers per unit area. The highest survival rate (93%) was recorded in the variant with rooted plants with sparse planting (71.4 thousand units/hectare) and planting for the first time (June 10). However, the highest yield of mini tubers 466.4 thousand units/hectare was obtained in the variant with a seedling method for growing plants in combination with the planting period on 10 June and thickening landings to 142.8 thousand units/hectare. Regardless of the type of planting material, (64% survival) seal landings to 142.8 thousand units/hectare help to ensure a 347.1 thousand units/hectare mini tubers. Thus, empirically it was found that the survival rate and planting density figures mainly affect the increase in the yield of potato mini tubers from 1 hectare. The results allow efficient use of the springtime, with the ability to start the preparation of planting material in the laboratory. Also, this technology helps to minimize the crop area without compromising the quality and yield of seed mini tubers.

The most important, and sometimes critical in many skin diseases is the observance of a certain diet. The basis of their pathogenesis is metabolic changes, functional disorders, pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, food intoxication, violation of gut barrier function, etc. In addition, a huge impact on the emergence or worsening of skin diseases, especially allergic nature is chemical substances entering the body with food. It is now known that eating disorders with the treatment of skin diseases is their aggravation. Many processes of the skin may occur as a manifestation of food allergy. In this regard, special studies conducted to determine the food allergen or recommended the exclusion from the diet of different foods. It is generally known that carbohydrates increase the sensitization, so when all allergic diseases need to limit them. Do not eat foods that contain easily digestible carbohydrates (honey, sugar, jam, white bread, etc. are recommended vegetarian soups, boiled meat, milk (if portability), curd, kefir, yogurt, herbs, fruit (except citrus). Positive effect the restriction of salt, carbohydrates, fats, spices. Useful dairy products and vegetables are suitable fasting days (fruit, cottage cheese, kefir). It is necessary to eliminate the sharp, fried, fatty and salty foods, meat (can be a bird and lamb) as well as alcohol, soft drinks, candy, chips, pizza and other. Beyond the exacerbation of the skin process can adhere to the usual diet but avoid animal fats. Especially should refrain from sharp and salty foods, egg white, sausages, smoked meats, canned goods, meat soups., spices, alcoholic beverages, coffee, cocoa protein which in large amounts are lost in this condition, it is recommended to fill by means of easily digestible protein — milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, kefir, cheese, acidophilus, yogurt, meat, fish, eggs. To improve the liver function should be included in the diet of the liver, lettuce, honey, jam, cereals, alkaline mineral water. Should be excluded from the diet of fried foods, meat, fish and mushroom broth, pickled and marinated vegetables, meats, carbonated drinks, coffee, ice cream, high–melting fats. Nutrition of children with skin diseases should be agreed with the pediatrician to rule out changes in the general condition.

The paper discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of analytical and simulation of single–channel queuing system with an unlimited queue. In an environment simulation systems studied adopted a package AnyLogic, to which implemented all modern modeling paradigm. The basic methodology of the synthesis and study of queuing systems selected simulation–optimization approach to modeling, gathering the power of simulation and optimization. This concept allows for the analysis and synthesis of the project sites, as well as to optimize the functioning of the system leading them into compliance with the requirements of economic efficiency, ecological security, and technological perfection. The practical implementation is made imitation, parametric analysis, and optimization of complex systems — sea port with dedicated cargo terminal. The dependence of the above (unit load), the total cost associated with waiting in line (ship component) and service in the channel (at the terminal) is proposed as an objective function (optimization criterion). Thus solves the problem of determining the optimal capacity of the terminal by the criterion of minimum total discounted costs for processing the incoming traffic flow (traffic). The article provides an analysis of the socio–political situation, in the period 1965–1985. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the fact that this is the first comprehensive study in regional historical scholarship, in which social and political life of the population of the Soviet province, studied the socio–political, socio–political, mass–political mood of residents of the Astrakhan region, identify the most important factors influencing the formation of such attitudes. For the first time in regional history, literature has attempted to define the political and social climate. Scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that in the scientific revolution introduced a significant number of archival documents from the funds of the regional and departmental archives. The various types of models are considered, the classification of models by the various bases is given, the problem of mathematical and computer modeling of the training process is discussed. At present, an actual task for researchers is biomass processing to fuels and fine synthesis reactants. Bio–oil is one of the valuable products of biomass processing through flash pyrolysis and contains a great number of compounds that can be used in different fields of industry. However due to the high amount of oxygen the use of bio–oil without additional treatment is difficult. The main way to process bio–oil is hydrotreatment in the presence of catalysts based on noble metals which allow obtaining a wide diapason of products including cyclohexane. Cyclohexane can be applied in different fields of industry as a fuel, in caprolactam production, production of adipic acid (the base of polyhexamethyladipinamyde, polyureas), as a solvent for fragrances, waxes, polymers, as well as an extravagant in the pharmaceutical industry. Current work is devoted to the investigation of the conversion of bio–oil model compound — anisole — to cyclohexane in the presence of platinum–containing catalysts on the base of the polymeric matrix of hyper crosslinked polystyrene. During the study of the influence of parameters on the anisole hydrodeoxygenation process the optimal process conditions allowing obtaining the high cyclohexane yield (99%) were chosen: hydrogen pressure 1.4 Mpa; temperature 200 °С; initial concentration of anisole 0.5 mol/L.

The data presented of the effect of stand density on the state and biological stability of recreational pine forests of Kazakh Upland (for example, the State National Nature Park (SNPP) “Bayanaul”. The object of research are natural and artificial pine forests II and IV age class, which grow in dry (forest type C2) and fresh (forest type C3) forest–growing conditions. The studies found that in high–density pine stands index of vital status (IVS) and index of relative live status (Ln) varies from 63.0 to 71.0%, which give grounds to rate them as “weakened” or biologically non–sustainable. The greatest value of the index of vital status (IVS) and index of relative live status (Ln), equal to 75.7 and 85.9%, characterized medium–density pine forest stands, state of which is assessed as “healthy”. The main share of trees and their stocks in high–density pine forests on the category of the state of “weakened” — up to 60–70%. In medium–density pine forests main share of trees and their stocks are the “healthy” trees — up to 55–70%. The number of “greatly weakened” and “dying” trees in the high–density forest are 11–26%, in medium–density pine forests their number in 1.5–3 times less. The share of stock of trees in a category of vital status “greatly weakened” and “dying” does not exceed 9%. The largest part of the stock of “healthy” trees in the pine forests fall on the larger stage thickness (16–24 cm) ‒ up to 75%. The main part of the stock of trees belonging to the category of state “greatly weakened” and “dying” on most study plots, falls on the small stage of the thickness (8–12 cm) — up to 80–100%. In high–density stands established a relationship between vital status and size of trees that can be approximated by a polynomial function. In medium–density stands correlation of these indicators are not sufficiently expressed (R2=0,632). The regulation density of recreational pine forests of SNNP “Bayanaul”, by removing “greatly weakened” and “dying” trees will not only control the process of the oppressed mortality and slower growth of trees, thus improving the biological and fire resistance of forest stands, as well as increased their recreational attractiveness.

In this work considered the comparative phytotoxic effect of elemental sulfur and sodium sulfate to the test–cultures oat (Avena sativa L.) and Lupinus angustifoliate (Lupinus angustifoliate L.). Methodical recommendations “justify the hazard class of waste production and consumption of phytotoxicity” were taken as a basis of the research methods. Toxicant dose range ranged between 1 and 5 MPC (calculated as sulfur). It is shown that in the range of concentrations studied, potassium sulfate has the minimal toxic effect, compared with elemental sulfur. Also, depending on the culture may cause the activating and inhibitory growth properties.

There is also the similar relationship between body weight and waist circumference, fat mass to the muscle mass, the total amount of water and fat mass and muscle mass, body weight and length without fat, the extracellular and intracellular water, body mass index and fat mass and muscle mass. The young men are not involved in sports, in contrast to the young men involved in tennis, are due to hip circumference.

The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of anomalies in surface wind speed of the Antarctic Peninsula. Anomalies have been received for all 11 months of the year to study habitats of the Antarctic Peninsula. Analysis of anomalies in surface wind speed of the Antarctic Peninsula over thirty years suggests that in the last decade (2004–2013) at the end of the winter period there is an increase in surface wind speed in the rest of the year for most of the studied plants characterized by a slight decrease in the wind speed relative to the average value of thirty. Studies of wind regime of the Antarctic Peninsula have revealed the existence of certain changes that occur in the wind regime in the region, namely the strengthening of the role of cyclones north–western paths in the summer season, and the weakening of the winter.

The prospects for use of these indicators obtained in the result of a study conducted in a commercial construction company in Ulan–Ude. One of the most important conditions of the efficiency of functioning of the organization is the presence of favorable interpersonal relations, which totally depends on the style of leadership. Good atmosphere of these relations allows every employee to feel part of their workforce, as well as provide interest to work together and to increase the efficiency of labor. This paper presents a possibility of the cyclohexyl cyclohexanecarboxylate synthesis on the base of the combined processes of acid– catalyzed dehydration of cyclohexanol and the hydrocarbalkoxylation of the formatted cyclohexene at catalysis by the Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 — PPh3 — p–toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate system. The objective of the work was contained in the determination of the optimal values of p–toluenesulfonic acid concentration and the temperature to receive the maximum yield of the cyclohexyl cyclohexanecarboxylate. The kinetic method was used as the general method of investigation. The analysis of the reaction mass was realized by the gas–liquid chromatography method with the developed earlier procedure. It was ascertained that the optimal relation of the cyclohexanol and acid was 2.5/1, the optimal temperature was 383 °K. As a result of a combination of the cyclohexanol dehydration and cyclohexene hydrocarbalkoxylation processes, it was a success to reach the ester yield of 86.8% at the cyclohexanol conversion of 93.6%. The changes of the acid concentration and the temperature caused the decrease of the ester yield and the cyclohexanol conversion. The obtained results may be the base of the formation of the processes of the saturated esters СnHmCOOСnHm synthesizes.

The paper discusses various aspects of the effects of immunomodulatory drugs (“Gama it” and “Fipronil”) on the histological and morphological structure of the heart muscle of broiler chickens, morphological and functional patterns of adaptation of the organ. On poultry farms during the production of meat products broiler chickens are used. Their diet often includes immunomodulatory drugs, which influence at the cardiovascular system, at this stage, is not elucidated enough in the modern academic writing. The use of drugs in the poultry industry for the accelerated development of broilers in some cases can lead to various forms of cardiac hypertrophy, due to the rapid development of the bird. The study of stress mechanisms of the microvasculature in the application of high doses of drugs for the accelerated development of broilers showed, that various tissue and ultrastructural changes associated with the predominant participation of the metabolic and circulatory factors can occur in heart muscle. Research methods: histological and morphometric methods were used in the paper. In the process, information was obtained on the effect of immunomodulatory drugs on cardiac morphogenesis in the postincubatory ontogenesis of broiler chickens. The prospects of the use of these indicators are in the optimization of feeding norms of broilers and making of their rations. The importance of determining the effect of these drugs is due to the central role of the heart in the circulatory system and the dynamics of its pumping function in various forms of myocardial hyperfunction in the course of overload and hypertrophy. The influence of immunomodulating drugs on the heart muscle, morphological and functional adaptation of laws allows determining best support practices of the cardiovascular system.

The prospects of using performance indicators of quality in carrying out various kinds of examinations of goods from plastics in general and PVC linoleum in particular, the experimental results allow us to identify certain patterns of changes in indicators of consumer properties of linoleum, depending on the formulation of their production, which will contribute to the optimization of the research and forecasting of consumer properties of the finished product depends on the percentage of the constituent components. These laws, although some of them and can not give an unambiguous interpretation, generally characteristic of the materials in question and may even give some idea about some of the features of the polymer compositions. The paper discusses the rationale for the use of modern moisture sorbent composition by the reclamation of agricultural lands. The data of laboratory and field experiments are analyzed. In the course of work, an optimal composition of the composition of the moisture sorbents, including hydrogel (1%), glauconitic sand (27%), sapropel (52%), shell deposits has been developed (20%). On the results of the chemical composition of the moisture sorbents and soil, the best fractional composition for improving water–physical and air properties have been identified. The purpose of the study was to prove the investment efficiency of filter materials based on mining waste in water treatment in drip irrigation systems. The object of the study is water purification station for drip irrigation systems, which is proposed sand and gravel filters replaced by Polymer filters using filter elements manufactured on the basis of mining waste. The studies were conducted on the farmland of “Rassvet” Kuibyshev district, Rostov region, used for growing corn in the application of drip irrigation from watercourses. This article provides a method of use of mining waste in the area of water treatment for drip irrigation systems, defined capital and operating costs for the implementation of the proposed method as compared to traditionally used water treatment methods in the art, the basic indicators of investment effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The results show a reduction in capital expenditure by 4.5%. Cost–effectiveness of the proposed method of water treatment is expressed in reducing the cost of farmed products on 7,4–11,9% compared to systems with sand and gravel filters, the cost of finished products for the draft version was 535 rubles. / P against 577.91 rub. / n for the base variant. The internal rate of return is determined by graphical methods, by identifying the zero total net present value at a different discount rate. The period of calculating the profit from the sale of the proposed solutions, taking into account operating costs, increasing the value of the conditional inflation is assumed to be five years, including a year zero, in which the capital costs were realized. Studies suggest that the use of the proposed option will provide the preparation of natural water yields of 15–20%, depending on the risk events, with the traditional version of the drip irrigation system will bring 5–10% of net profit. The profitability of the proposed design solutions supported by exceeding the values obtained the general rate of discount (0,31) for all construction projects, adopted by Russian Ministry of Construction for making preliminary decisions on the implementation of investment projects (0,15).

This paper presents documents: this is the Bologna Declaration on education, which provides for the creation of a single European educational space, which is an integral part of higher professional education. This article presents the results of empirical research on socio–personal development of preschool children. A survey on the socio–personal development of preschool children, we asked no accident. Despite a rather intensive theoretical and practical information base accumulated by scientists in the framework of this problem, it does not lose its relevance, because the environmental factor has the primary influence on the individual, the success of its development and socialization. Using the method of theoretical analysis, as the structural components of socio–personal development of preschool children we distinguished between emotional, volitional and communicative components. The integration of developmental and educational influences in the framework of the implementation of these components of social and personal development, in our view, will ensure the success of this activity. To study all three components of the socio-personal development of children was focused and the experimental part of our study. To explore the emotional component of socio–personal development we used the following methodology: a methodology for the perception of emotions A. M. Shchetinina, the methodology of «Oricellari» and «Revival» of the perceived character of A. S. Zolotnikovoy as well as a method of observation that helped clarify and specify the experimental data. The study of the volitional component of socio–personal development of preschool children we are based on the implementation methodology «the Study of peculiarities of the manifestation of the will» by R. M. Gevorgyan, and also diagnostics of the volitional sphere of children of preschool age by the method of expert estimates I. T. Kushner. Communicative component of social and personal development, we studied through the methodology of «forms of communication» M. I. Lisa, and also the method «the Secret» T. A. Repina. Integration of all above mentioned methods allowed us to conclude not only on the level of development of the private components of social–personal development of children but also the level of their social and personal development in General. As a result of implementing the above-described system of methods, we have concluded not under the majority of children the level of social and personal development of their age capabilities. This conclusion served as the rationale for the development and purposeful implementation of the system optimization process of socio–personal development of children of preschool age as a result of integrated developmental influences on his private component the components (emotional, volitional and communicative).
