Analyzes the missions of modern universities, which reflect both liberal and pragmatic trends in higher education. The concept of an innovative university in the synthesis of liberal and utilitarian approach emphasizes the importance of fundamental knowledge, providing an opportunity for creative self-learner.
On the basis of theoretical analysis of the literature on the subject, formed battery of diagnostic methods and conducted an empirical study to identify communication behavioral style in a conflict situation and values of employees of the organization. The data were analyzed both in content and with the help of statistical methods (correlation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis).
As a hypothesis acted assumption about the impact of value orientations of employees on the appropriate style of behavior in conflict situations. Analysis of data will partially confirm the hypothesis put forward, and identify statistically significant relationships that need further substantiation of content.

Psychological non-inclusion of adolescents in the educational peer group justifies the main negative condition for their further development. In the study reveals personality traits of teens with deviant behavior. The comparative analysis with adolescents without deviations. Found that adolescents who are in jail often exhibit increased levels of aggression and anxiety than adolescent schoolchildren. Adolescents are more common in prison hyperthymic and demonstrative type of character accentuation.
