The article deals with the study of “valuable” and “accessible” sphere among Chinese students having different levels of subjective well-being. It has been determined that dominant values, regardless of subjective well-being level, are the spheres of love, material security and happy marriage. At the same time the conflict in the sphere of happy marriage among students with high level of subjective well-being against the background of other satisfactory life spheres does not lead to well-being level decrement. At the average level of subjective well-being dissociation of values and accessibility in the sphere of material security and happy marriage can be observed as well as inner vacuum in the sphere of cognition. The highest proneness to conflict in life spheres between their value and accessibility was found in a group of Chinese students with a low level of subjective well-being, i.e. in the sphere of health ( without confirmed diagnosis), of interesting job, love, material security, happy marriage. The inner vacuum was discovered in the sphere of cognition.

The article reviews normative legal aspects of population saving and title to health implementation as an actual social economic problem in the Russian Federation. Walkover of the key issues of health protection laws in Russia is presented; some gaps of a new version of the Federal law «On the principles of population health protection in the Russian Federation» dated 21 Nov 2011 N 323-FL (ed. 01 Dec 2014, changed and added, enured since 01 Jan 2015) are analyzed by authors. Also, the authors focused on specific "gaps" in the new edition of the Federal law "On the fundamentals of health protection of citizens in the Russian Federation" dated 21.11.2011 No. 323-FZ (as amended on 01.12.2014, with var. and additional, takes. in force from 01.01.2015). In particular, this applies to the whole complex of concepts, the interpretation of which is debatable: the antinomy of "health" and "disease", the contradictory concepts of "state", "medical service" and "medical care", "medical intervention", "diagnosis", "prevention", "treatment", "quality of care". Atochem a number of inaccuracies in separate provisions concerning the quality of medical care: timely medical care, the degree of achievement of the planned result and application of the procedures and standards of medical care.

In this work, the structure of the research on cognitive development in heterochronic adolescents is creative thinking teenagers. Provides a theoretical analysis of the works P.Torrens, Dzh.Gilford, Zh.Piazhe, D.Gouen, M.Terman and other scientists involved in development of creativity, intelligence, talent and relationshi ps between them. Based on the theoretical statements and studies of famous scientists conducted a quasiexperiment to explore creativity as a necessary personal construct, contributing to the development of cognitive activity of adolescents with different levels of educational resource. Tested the program, aimed at the development of creative teenagers at the center of additional education, consisting of a series of creative tasks, which presupposed the development of fluency, originality, speed, and multi plicity of ideas. The pilot study was used diagnostic insturmentals: questionnaire POI, progressive matrices of Raven, the technique of diagnostics of divergent thinking (sub tests P.Torrens and Dzh. Gilford), as well as methods of mathematical statistics (T-test, correlation coefficient r-Spearman, method of princi pal component). Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results of the survey helped to establish that created conditions for the development of creativity in heterochronic adolescents contributed to the effectiveness of educational work, the development of adolescent creativity.

On the basis of theoretical analysis of the literature on the subject, formed battery of diagnostic methods and conducted an empirical study to identify communication behavioral style in a conflict situation and values of employees of the organization. The data were analyzed both in content and with the help of statistical methods (correlation, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis). As a hypothesis acted assumption about the impact of value orientations of employees on the appropriate style of behavior in conflict situations. Analysis of data will partially confirm the hypothesis put forward, and identify statistically significant relationships that need further substantiation of content.

Found that adolescents who are in jail often exhibit increased levels of aggression and anxiety than adolescent schoolchildren.
