The article critically examines modern model of the Universe evolution constructed by efforts of a group of scientists (mathematicians, physicists and cosmologists) from the world's leading universities (Oxford and Cambridge Universities, Yale, Columbia, New York, Rutgers and the UC Santa Cruz). The author notes its strengths, but also points to shortcomings. Author believes that this model does not take into account the most important achievements in the field of biochemistry and biology (molecular, physical, developmental, etc.), as well as neuroscience and psychology. Author believes that in the construction of model of the Universe evolution, scientists must take into account (with great reservations) the impact of living and intelligent matter on space processes. As an example, the author gives his theoretical model "Evolving matter". In this model, he shows not only the general dependence of the interaction of cosmic processes with inert, living and intelligent matter, but also he attempts to show the direct influence of systems of living and intelligent matter on the acceleration of the Universe's expansion.

The author was the first to prove the impact of long-term climatic fluctuations on the evolution of nature, society and human. The au-thor insists on the necessity of the quantum revolution in the humanities after a century from the quantum revolution in physics. Its essence lies in the proof of the indisputable fact that the civiliza-tional process has cyclical or, more accurately speaking, the reciprocal nature and is directed to its most essential aspects - typological - long-period climate trends.

This paper describes a schematic model of primary matter, dark energy, dark matter and black holes. We discuss the hierarchical scheme of the energy levels of quantum fields and matter. Weschematicallydescribe a vortex model of a microcosm, the structure of fundamental particles and the mechanism of a single interaction between micro objects. We are looking forthe physical meaning of the mass, charge, electricity and gravitation. Strong, electromagnetic and gravitation-al interactions are not specific. They are the manifestations of a single private vortex interaction based on the Bernoulli Effect. The environment made work in all interactions. The weak interaction is due to the inertia forces of energetic particles. The vortices of the electromagnetic field causes the gravity. Newton's law of gravity is a particular solution of Maxwell's equations. To build a visual model of the Universe and use this model for a focused holistic perception of the world is the purpose of this work.

The article explains the concept of the emergence of an infinite hierarchy of Particular Worlds. Macrocosm and microcosm in a new picture of the Universe is just ordinary stage of infinite hie-rarchy. Living Nature appeared with the participation of the intellect of inhabitants of the Worlds which were preceded Macrocosm. Macrocosm has no exclusive right to be the carrier of life. The meaning of life of intellectual creatures is the cognition of Nature and care for the preservation of eternity of life.

The realisation of gap between existing and proper, and therefore, of deficit of one’s substantiality and fullness, that is identity, have caused the phenomenon which Hegel signified as “unhappy consciousness”. In the context of opposition of existing and proper and with the help of key points of Noospherology, the idea about sharp necessity of culture-forming ideal image actualization of a person, Homo Responsabilis, is grounded through possible implementation of homo noosphericus project. The deep nostalgia of an individual for integrity and fullness of one’s own existence caused the evolution of idealized Homo Responsabilis images in European culture: “Homo Sanctus” of Middle Ages, “Homo Humanitatis” of Renaissance, “Homo Sapiens” of the Rational Era, “Homo Machina” of Enlightenment , “Homo Economicus” of Modern Times and so on. Essentially, up to the middle of the 20th century the ideal image of Homo Responsabilis had actual projection not only to present but mainly to future that generated and stimulated the responsibility of a human for one’s present and future. A contemporary person finds oneself in other situation. A separate individual drops behind “the speed” of humankind development in the sense of intellectuality and civilization. In the condition of accelerating multiple increase of information a person is obliged to glide on the surface of signs without having even time to correlate them with corresponding meanings and even more to deepen into their sense. Sad as it may seem to admit the horizons of intellectual and spiritual wild-growing for a human are becoming more distant. The project Homo Noosphericus, the actualization of Homo Responsabilis image, is justified by the analysis of such key points of noosphere studies as “cosmism”, “biosphere”, “noosphere”, “semiosphere”, “gaia conception” and “anthropic principle”. Such an analysis allows to uncover and to frame an important meta-anthropological intention. For example, if strong version of anthropic principle is admitted as genuine and modality of responsibility concerning universe is true it will mean that modality of responsibility concerning individual, Homo Responsabilis, will be also veritable.

Nicolaus Cusanus'es philosophy, chronologically referring to the Renaissance and even to the late MiddleAges, actually acts as the premessenger of Modernist philosophy is shown in the article. Nicolaus Cusanus develops a number of ideas, including in understanding of a ratio between the Absolute, the Universum and the person which anticipate opening of the latest sciences and ma-thematics. His system of the preset harmony is considered not as pantheistical and as panentheis-tical, thus the deep philosophical maintenance of a panenteizm of Nicolaus Cusanus doesn't con-tradict creationism. Comparison of philosophical and religious ideasof Nicholas of Cusa with G. Skovoroda and S. Frank’s corresponding ideasis carried out.
