A complex comparative analysis of data processing methods is presented, on the basis of which an assessment of the changes in the process of application of energy saving measures for buildings, in its entirety, and in particular the energy projects in two Bulgarian cities, in view of their dynamics and future development.

When water stress occurs in cucumbers, it creates conditions for changes related to the color surface texture of their leaves. The purpose of this work is to search for relationships between data obtained from spectral characteristics and those from determining physiological indices of cucumbers. It is established that the separation of the different stages of the development of water stress in cucumbers does not depend on the choice of a method for reducing the amount of data of spectral characteristics, but on the used separation functions of discriminant analysis. When using linear separator functions, the total classification error reaches values above 10%, which makes the use of these functions inappropriate. The ability to predict physiological parameters of cucumbers by using reduced spectral data was evaluated. The results obtained are generally unsatisfactory. Further research is needed to make the methods and tools proposed in this paper suitable for use in practice.

The work in this paper is aimed to determine the impact of the added by-products on spectral characteristics of bakery products. Cookies with added apple skin powder and cakes with grape pomace powder are analyzed. Three methods for data reduction of spectral characteristics are used: latent variables, linear and non-linear variant of principal components. The selection of data reduction method is based on Naïve Bayesian classifier. Data from the selected non-linear variant of principal components are used for classification with discriminant analysis and support vector machines methods. The results of the separation of object areas of bakery products strongly depend on the method of features extraction and reducing the input data, as well as on the method of classification. Better results are obtained with non-linear variant of support vector machines method, in comparison with its linear variant and discriminant analysis.

Design as a process can take many forms depending on the subject being designed and the individual or individuals involved. In the context of applied arts, engineering, architecture and other creative activities, design is both a noun and a verb. Design in its verbal context is the process of creating and developing a plan for an aesthetic and functional subject, which requires appropriate research, thinking, modeling, customization and redesign. As a noun, design is also used as a final plan of action (drawing, model or other description), or the result of following that plan of action. The interrelationship between graphic and industrial design is unbreakable, ie graphic design is a function of industrial design when it comes to industrially produced objects. Graphic design clarifies the image of industrial design.

The article analyzes the application of LabView program environment in the analysis of food and in particular dairy products. The NI LabView "Color Spectrum" method is used. The color model HSL is used to represent the color characteristics of the pixels in the images. Changes in color characteristics have obtained with data on the quality of yellow cheese and the appearance of mold. A software and hardware tools are adapted and used for an express, automated assessment of the basic properties of yellow cheese, which includes a laboratory model of a system for obtaining, processing and analyzing images.

The premises have previously been let to two tenants doing business on the premises, so they are covered by the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act, Part II on Security of Tenure for Business, Professional and other Tenants. Tenant the First holds a 25-year lease let in 1994; it is 2 years away from expiry in 2019. Tenant the Second holds a 10-year lease let in 2009; it is likewise 2 years away from expiry in 2019. Full possession of the premises is not possible before 2019. In relation to both tenants, but especially the First who has not vacated, the court in Adams v Green [1978] 2 EGLR 46 held that it is no part of the policy of the 1954 Act to give security of tenure to a business tenant at the expense of preventing redevelopment.
