Nanofibrils are used in functional and dietary foods as carriers of biologically active substances for consumers. Depending on the denatured protein, deviations of the desired temperature is required to be minimized, which cannot be achieved using the more commonly used two-position temperature control method. A precise method for regulating the temperature in a waterbath to produce nanofibrils is proposed. A simulation stand has been developed through which the results of various methods for tuning proportional-integral-differential (PID) controllers and the implementation of classical control algorithms for temperature control can be analyzed. The developed method and tools can be used in the design of water bath control systems for the production of nanofibrils.

In textile and fashion design, color is one of the main tool of shaping a product. Existing methodologies for applying colors from folklore elements are not fully systematized. The absence of such an analysis would lead to an increase in measurement errors through the application of these methods in practical color analyzes of folklore elements. This analysis is the purpose of the paper. The colors of folklore elements are measured with a video camera on a mobile device. A survey data was analyzed on consumer preferences for textiles with different color combinations of the colors obtained. The results show that the colors of folk costume elements are preferred by consumers and can be used in the design of contemporary textile fabrics for clothing and interior design.

The evaluation of food quality is the crucial question and concern for all governments. Rules and monitoring the food in the food chain is adopted in all countries. There are no doubt that the food closely connected to the human health. One of the most common contaminants are nitrates and nitrites, which have and positive not only negative influence. In this paper are represented the results of the evaluation of the content of NO3- in different products in food chain market in BG. A higher amount of NO3 - up to 900 mg/kg was found in fresh potatoes, with an average of 645 mg/kg. The highest nitrate levels recorded for strawberries were up to 300 mg/kg, with an average of 148 mg/kg. For bananas, an average of 95 mg/kg and for short-grain cucumbers 38 mg/kg. For other vegetables, the NO3- values were within the allowable range. For apricots, kiwi, lemons, limeti <30 mg/kg.

This article analyzes existing programmable logic controller (PLC) implementation solutions using open source hardware. Their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. A model of such a controller is proposed. Software has been selected for programming with ladder diagram control programs. Practical exercises related to electric drive control, safety devices, complex object management have been developed. The proposed PLC is suitable for solving various practical problems close to working in real production conditions. Based on the examples provided in this project, the practical exercises developed have been added to an existing e-learning training course.

The influence of the technological parameters – temperature, hydromodule and duration of extraction on the diffusion coefficient, when extracting of the rosehip fruit (Rosa canina) with whey. Best parameters for diffusion coefficient when extracting fruit with wheat with hazelnuts is at 1:20 hydromotol and at 40°C - 84,7.10-7 cm2/min.

Monitoring of air parameters is an important task for ensuring the safety and health of people. A computer system for measurement of temperature, relative humidity and gas composition of the air is proposed in the present work. A sensor module and microprocessor control system is developed, that offers wireless communication. The system needs to be upgraded, which includes, in addition of monitoring and air quality control, with appropriate control devices. Applications development is also need, for mobile devices as well as data transmission on the Internet to control pollution and take the necessary measures to limit it.

The basis of the design of handmade chenille yarns and fabrics is similar to the other ways of designing velvety fabrics with the same effect as the woven fabric on paper. The weavers use handwork: a number of shuttles as much as the number of colors available. It is characterized by its cohesive strength in the places where the threads are woven, where we have sets of ribbons. one of the main objectives of the research is to devise a new method for the development of hand-made textile products and the purposes used in hand-made chenille fabrics are decorative fabrics, ladies' fabrics (evening cloths), pendants, curtains, Broudray, Furnishing fabrics and carpets. the stages of the design and handmade chenille, 1) in the case of simple fabrics: a) weft in one color continuous, b) the use of stripes of the cross of the flesh, whether different colors of the chenille weft or the use of different materials with different Tex count and different specifications; First in the case of simple fabrics: in this type of design of the chenille of handmade simple and easy so as not to draw on the squared paper and the resulting effects are automatic and simple. In the article are presented results of measurements in joint use of daily natural and artificial lighting of computer halls in Faculty of technics and technologies in Yambol. Measurements made on workplace lighting indicate that in computer halls lighting is appropriate to provide comfort to students.
