The main objective of this paper is to summarize the key aspects of the four major theories of organizational development in port areas: modernization, dependency, world systems and globalization. These are the main theoretical explanations to interpret the development efforts made by social groups, especially those in the search for strategies to boost the port’s activity. These theoretical perspectives allow not only to clarify concepts and put them in perspective, but also to identify policy recommendations related to ports, according to which the term is understood as a social status within a country in which the real needs of its population are met with the rational and sustainable use of natural resources and systems. The use of resources is based on technology that respects cultural and human rights. This general definition includes the specification development organizations that seek to integrate services within the social and economic culture of a particular nation-state. In economic terms, the definition indicates that a country’s population requires employment opportunities, at least the satisfaction of basic needs, and a positive rate of distribution and redistribution of national wealth. In the political sense, this definition emphasizes that systems of government have legal legitimacy, and also in terms of providing social benefits for the majority of people close to the ports.

This research aims at advancing concepts regarding fellowship ethics in contemporary organizations, in order to organize management around common good practices. The achievement of the common good is thus associated to reaching fellowship, this is to achieve minimal consensus through dialog between citizens and strengthen respect to each other. The base of such consensus will be, necessarily, societal welfare, that is to say, the common good.

The present research allows us to understand at length the social and industrial structure; the technological state of the art at a sugar mill of the novohispano colonial period and the different qualifications and specializations of the workforce from the plantation to the batey. The stereotypes landowners attributed to the indigenous population, in extremes of beauty or ugliness, as well as their regard of indigenous labor, are of special interest. The advisors of the Spanish monarchy regard the native population as source of income and considerable expenditure savings, as it was not subject of tuition in European culture, for example. The current analysis also opens up spaces for studying the role of women, taking into account that its dependent characterization in scholastic education.

Adolf Eichmann arrived to Argentina along with other 500 runaway Nazis thorugh a smuggling network between 1945 and 1955. This network was the result of the interest shown by the The Republic of Argentina, the Red Cross, Caritas and the Vatican in one hand; in the other, the criminals of war. Eichmann, the face of Hanna Arendt’s t “Banality of Evil” had numerous troubles to integrate to argentinian society, failing as a result. Adolf Eichmann, born in 1906 in Solingen, Germany, personified a typical Austrian-german postwar character, a fact that conduced to his laboral failure in the twentys and early thirties of the twentieth century.

The purpose of this article is to support an emerging concept of planning involved in the development of the research entitled "Towards an emerging paradigm of planning: Resignification from academic institutions". The main objective is to provide in sustaining an alternative rationality of planning, from reading some of the main concepts that are shaping the paradigm shift of contemporary science. In this respect a critical assessment of the current tensions and exhaustion of theoretical and practical planning, as support for the establishment of new processes conceptual foundations of planning is done. Generally new planning proposals, including the education sector and university settings, have gestated from instrumentalists intentions and operational methodologies embodied in that little or nothing to deal with obviously conceptual basis; which leads the planner to an epistemological imprisonment, because in the absence of solid theoretical reflections is difficult to overcome planning models when they become obsolete. It is expected that from this reflection on the nature of planning transformation processes are generated planning practices in educational organizations, especially at universities.
