Article covers the development of foreign consulates at the period of time from XVIII century and to present days in the South of Ukraine and sketchy description of the historical background of this period of time. The novelty of this article is that there are not many issues on this theme.
The article reveals the establishment and development of Jewish settlements in the south of Ukraine in the nineteenth – early twentieth century. Traced settlement colonies, migration flows settlers and others. author comes to the conclusion that a significant contribution to Jewish colonization in the region and the need to ex-plore the matter further.
In the article was analyzed the question of Polish minority which lives in Mikokayiv’s region, were described the periods when Poles lived in this region.
The article gives a brief overview of the development of New-religious denominations, groups and or-ganizations in the Mykolayiv region in times of independence (1991-2012). It is concluded that the region is characterized by positive dynamics of charismatic cults, amount of new-religions is growing, but the reli-gious situation remains stable.

The major UK partners in Africa are outlined and the key areas of multilateral cooperation are detected.

The article describes the communication Ukrainian ethnic lands with Argentina in interpretation of Pol-ish historiography. Achievements of the Polish scientists studied in the field of lighting contacts ethnic Ukrainian lands with the Republic of Argentina including territories that were part of Poland in the early twentieth century and in the interwar period.
