The author, on the basis of documents from Military archive of National national army of Germany, tries to reconstruct a detailed course of offensive operation of German armies in the summer – autumn of 1941 within the limits of modern Mykolayiv region. Besides reconstruction of evacuation of German armies from Mykolauiv in first half of 1944 is made. Feature of work is that all events are considered by «eyes» of Ger-man command.
