We studied a «school maturity» to the systematic education at school by Kern-Ipasek, Wenger, Ozeretskii methods among senior pre-school age children in 3 children’s educational institutions. As a result of investigations we revealed that a significant part of the children functionally were not ready for education at school. Only 62.5 % of the children (56.8 % of boys and 68.1 % of girls) had a sufficient level of motivation preparedness within three months before beginning of education at school; 47.0 % of pre-school age children (25.6 % of boys and 68.3 % of girls) had a sufficient development of small motility by the indices of kinetic tremor; only 22.5 % of the children – by the indices of motormetric test.

This article deals with the model of training of future teachers of geography to extra-curricular activities of pupils, which is a set of interrelated elements of communication that ensure the formation of a system of qualities, knowledge and skills. The organizational and methodological conditions that ensure the preparation of future teachers of geography to extra-curricular activities of students are characterised. The model contains a set of tasks the implementation of which will contribute to achieving the required level of availability, namely: characterization of the nature of motivational, contextual, processual components of extracurricular activities of a geography teacher; identification and implementation of the content, forms and methods of preparation. Readinessof the future geography teachers to extracurricular activities as well as willingness to educational activities combines the same components, but some specific elements that provide the ability to extra-curricular activities of students exist. In this regard and due to the analysis of the structure of educational preparedness, it should be noted that the commitment to extracurricular activities on geography consists of motivation, content and process components. Special role in the implementation of the model of training of geographyteachers to extra-curricular activities of students plays a processual component, since it provides the acquisition of skills and development of skills of geography teacher to determine the purpose of extracurricular activities, organize extracurricular activities of students, predict outcome, to form an interest in conducting extra-curricular activities, analyze the results of their own extracurricular activities. According to the model of training of geographyteachers, theformation of the readiness to organize extracurricular activities of students occurs during learning psycho-pedagogical, methodological, professional disciplines and methods of teaching geography with following generalization and deepening in the course «Organization of extracurricular activity for pupils’in geography» and improving while teaching practices.

The article focuses on the architecture and key structural components of a foreign language distance course using as an example the course developed in Nizhyn State Gogol University to train high school graduates for external independent testing in English. The peculiarities and benefits of a modular structure of a distance learning environment are specified. The hierarchy and interoperability of the main levels of learning objects in a foreign language distance course are defined and analyzed. Special attention is paid to some possible ways of interactivity and feedback realization.

It includes requirements of the new State standard of primary education on the subject «Language and Literature» and the curriculum of Ukrainian language on creating a culture of written language. The article deals with a presentation of a category of good-doing that is briefly explored in modern pedagogics of the primary school. The priority task was to clarify the essence of the concept of «good-doing» and its interpretation in the context of teaching the age features of younger schoolchildren's the definitive analysis of the concept of «good-doing of junior students2 is indentified; the structural-component analysis of good-doing of younger schoolchildren is implemented and the criteria, indicators of formation of personal education are indentified. Prospects for further study of the problem is the research of levels of development of good-doing of younger students based on the selected criteria.
