In article the question of increase of efficiency of teaching mathematics to students of economic specialties by attraction to educational process of the learning management system Moodle is investigated. The article contains an example of a distance course, the structure of which provides high-quality assimilation of a training material, the organization of communication and the management of activity of participants of a course, flexibility, availability and interactivity of training, a variety of forms of check and an assessment of knowledge, training in cooperation. The Moodle functions in the course of training are defined. The possibility of a combination of traditional methods of training with remote methods is investigated.

The article is dedicated to the problem of the organization of the student government at modern general educational establishments in Ukraine. The problem of student motivation was considered by the author and it were defined the types and mechanisms of the student’s promotion as a background of their activity in the functioning of the student government. It were proposed the main measures of the moral and material incentives for the leaders among students , was studied and summarized the experience of the stimulating students at secondary schools of Ukraine. The statistical results of the research of the effectiveness in using different kinds of the promotion of pupils who participate in the student government bodies were represented according to the type, scope, validity.

This article deals with the theoretical analysis of teaching conversation which is based on real-life situations and develops learners’ conversational skills in English language classroom. Teaching conversation is the highest and a creative phase of language learning process. It is characterized by «interacting». Accordingly, the principles and «steps» of teaching conversation by means of using various conversational techniques are described in the article. In order to achieve the aim of development learners’ conversational skills, teachers should use special conversational techniques such as small-group discussions, role-plays, simulations, improvisations, debates, brainstorming, reporting, interviews and others. Therefore, the performing procedures of some of the techniques (small-group discussions, role-plays, improvisations, debates) are analyzed in the article.

The article clarifies the definition of «internationalization of higher education»; gives some statistics of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and UNESCO Institute for Statistics about mobile international students and foreign students in the world; shows the actual statistics obtained of Centre for the Study of Society about mobility of Ukrainian students abroad and mobility of foreign students who study in Ukrainian universities. The article shows the necessity of teacher mobility as part of the internationalization of higher education. The article marks recent internationalization trends, which are observed worldwide; lists the positive aspects of internationalization of higher education and elements of the culture of the University, which must be developed in terms of internationalization.

The article is devoted to the study school programs of physical education in high schools of South of Ukraine in the second half of XIX-th – beginning of XX-th century. On example of gymnasiums Kherson province was analyzed programmatic-methodological support to the process of physical education. Concluded that in the pre-revolutionary period there was no unified educational programs of physical education. The main documents that used during the lessons were author programs which compiled by teachers of gymnastics based on various gymnastic systems.
