The article analyzes the characteristics of integrative interaction of the countries of the Jordan Basin. Special attention is paid to the development of regional integration as a key aspect of the formation of a stable union on the banks of the Jordan River. The basic conceptual directions of improvement of the integrative interaction of the Jordan basin countries are highlighted within the framework of regional and trans-regional integration. A phased plan to improve integrative interaction with the description of the actions of each of the states is submitted. The general trajectory of the integrative interaction of the Jordan Basin countries allowing for the socio-economic development, political and cultural cooperation is proposed.

The article substantiates the necessity to strengthen the key role in the economic development of Ukraine's large corporate sector. Links established between the corporate enterprises vertically, that are subordinated to the achievement of the final result of the activities of many small and medium-sized companies, are the backbone of the economy. Due to such relations, interdisciplinary exchange of capital is facilitated. It is proposed to continue the development of vertically integrated companies in the Ukraine through the consolidation of capital companies in various industries. This will reduce the transaction costs associated with the cross-sectoral interaction of economic agents; reduce organizational risks associated with the interaction of these entities; minimize the chance of turning them into monopolies.

The article analyzes current views of planning processes. The method of the potential market size calculation is also given. The author calculates the potential market size of sunflower oil in Odessa region, taking into consideration future changes of population, income growth and prices increase.

The recreation as a component of the macroeconomics from the theoretical and methodological perspective is researched in the article. The system thinking allows us to generalize and identify relationships of «recreation» subsystem in the management system of national economy. The attention is focused on the management aspects, particularly on management functions such as forecasting, regulation, etc., which correlate with the main directions of scientific economic research on national level. Separate components of the recreational subsystem are analyzed: input elements, namely resources of recreational sectors that can come directly from the environment or through the management system of national economy; internal relationships: sectoral and territorial, interregional and cluster interactions; output elements represented as results of recreational sustainable development. The balancing of recreation system development is interpreted as turning on programmed trajectory within the allowed deviation through the state maintaining of its movement.

The article researches the development of euromanagement in the enterprises of Ukraine. According to the international standard ISO 26000: 2010, the main features of social responsibility of the enterprise are outlined. The data from official websites of PrJSC «MTS Ukraine», PrJSC «Kyivstar», JSC «Lifecell» are analyzed according to the characteristics of the social responsibility of the enterprise. The results of the analysis show that for companies the most common projects in euromanagement are: programs of consumer protection; programs aimed at the development of the company; programs to improve the environmental situation; programs aimed at the development of local communities. It is proposed to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises of mobile communication in Ukraine to develop euromanagement. This will give the opportunity to improve the image of the enterprise, increase the sales of services to retain existing customers, generate their loyalty, to ensure the implementation of the latest technologies, to attract investments.

The article describes the features of the functioning of the firm in the information economy. The view on the economy as an information system is proposed and grounded. The activity of the company in the role of coordinator of information and material flows is analyzed. Theoretical questions of microeconomics, in particular, use of neoclassical production functions in the simulation of output based on the most important factors presented in terms of value are discussed. The optimal capital-labor ratio, that maximizes output for a given overall cost of capital (minimizes the total cost for a fixed output) for two-factor Cobb-Douglas function and CES-function is examined. The values of marginal rate of substitution of resources and equilibrium equation of manufacturer are also considered. Minimum overall costs of capital in the case of an optimal capital-labor ratio for the Cobb-Douglas function are defined. The marginal rate of substitution of resources is equal to one and marginal products of capital and working are the same (equilibrium equation of manufacturer) demonstrated in this case. The formula of the optimal capital-labor ratio is derived for CES-function. It is shown that the minimum total capital expenditures are defined similarly with the Cobb-Douglas, and the marginal rate of substitution of resources is also equal to one. It means that both neoclassical production functions under consideration behave themselves in extreme situations identically. Basic inequality is derived. It provides break-even investment in existing production, adequately described by a CES-function, on condition of investing in additional funds in the proportion of optimal capital-labor ratio. Three cases of break-even zones depending on the degree of homogeneity of the CES-function are considered. A new interpretation of marginal rate of substitution of resources as an indicator of disparities in investing funds in aggregate factors «capital» and «labor» is proposed. Practical advice on management actions of the manufacturer in violation of a single norm of substitution of resources is provided. The causes of violations of inequalities that define the zones of break-even investment are also analyzed. The main factor concluding such violations in the econometric study is a low value of coefficients scale of two-factor neoclassical functions. This is the result of imperfections in the external environment of the manufacturer. Mainly fiscal nature of the current tax policy in relation to small and medium business functions appears in the calculation of the Cobb-Douglas function and CES-function at the low values of coefficient scale.

The article reveals the essence and value of organic production, the analysis of its current status in the world and development in Ukraine. Described economic, environmental and social benefits of organic agriculture, highlighted main problems that hinder its dynamic development in Ukraine. The comprehensive scheme has been proposed comprising four principles that can be used by scientists and specialists when implementing scientific-theoretical and applied research work to settle problems of sectors in agribusiness. The authors deduce the conclusion about improvement of consumer properties of organic agricultural production. The major areas of further investigations of the most urgent problems are formulated.

The problems of financial provision of local budgets are viewed and the share of revenues and expenditures of local budgets in the income/expenditure of the consolidated budget of Ukraine are analyzed in the article. The gap between own and fixed revenues of the local budgets are analyzed. The share of intergovernmental transfers in the revenue structure of local budgets of Ukraine is studied. The share of own revenues of local budgets is analyzed. The availability of delegated powers of the local budgets is researched. The ways of improving financial security of local budgets are suggested. The necessity of achieving financial viability of local budgets, which will lead to the improvement of the socio-economic status of the territory, is grounded.

The article is devoted to the issues of shaping the strategic framework for public policy of developing the cluster forms of industrial activity in Ukraine. The author’s definition and the insight to the categories of cluster strategy, cluster policy, cluster programme and cluster initiatives are proposed, which constitute the main structural elements of the system of public support and regulation of industrial clusters at national, regional and local levels. The goals and the main directions of the development of cluster networks in Ukraine are formulated. The toolkit of cluster policy is described. The fundamental principles and the typical structure of regional cluster programmes are defined. The key criteries used by international organizations for assessing the activities of industrial clusters are summarized.

In the article the features of UNDP funding of the sustainable development projects in Ukraine have been examined. It has been determined that UNDP activities in Ukraine are aimed at meeting the funding needs in financing sustainable economic growth and poverty reduction, social development, governance, environment and climate change. The mechanisms of financing of UNDP development projects in Ukraine, which include core resources, provided by bilateral donors, and thematic funds, earmarked funds, UN pooled funds, vertical funds, financed by multilateral partners, have been determined. The analysis of development project financing within framework programs of UNDP and Ukraine partnerships shows trends to increase the total projects budget. The thematic areas, where most funding is directed to, have been defined. The practical significance of the results is the ability to use them for the development of strategic activities of partnership between Ukraine and UNDP.
