Quality management system has played pivotal role in establishing organizational functions and processes in the very right perspective of a very well knitted system of documentation, training and implementation. Media organizations are so close in their very existence and social structure and they are more than needed to stream line their processes as their impact on social life is significant and considerable. This study encompasses the top news channels in Pakistan and recorded the views of their top management with respect to their feelings pertaining to QMS. This study is very first one of its kinds in Pakistan and it is hoped that it may open more doors for future research avenues in this very area.

The intrinsic focus of this paper is to comprehend the causes of societal unrest, diminishing family values, absence of happiness, less or no involvement of corporate employees in social activities, increasing number of psycho patients, disturbed individuals, trackless-ness and a rising sense of alienation. The direct link of all these effects is with corporate world as over burdened, stressed and fatigued employees who are always under extreme stress referencing their jobs are loosing or have lost most of their aesthetic sense and loss of aesthetic sense takes away the sense of beauty in objects, actions, relations and values and eventually Man appears mechanical like machines and this robotics damages the entire family life and death of family lives leave a hollow sphere in a society and these hollow spheres are on the rise round the globe these days. This paper attempts to highlight the causes and their corresponding effects and invite corporate stalwarts to read the writing of the wall without further wastage of time before it is too late.

Acquire and produce what is strictly necessary are the goals of the organizations, since they aim companies more competitive and thereby reducing production costs. The research method is applied in nature, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, in which the objective of the research will be: exploratory and descriptive, with technical procedures, divided into: bibliographic, documentary, survey and concluding with a case study. On this assumption the main objective of this research is to develop and analyze a mathematical model that minimizes costs and maximizes the postponement of stocks in a company in the pulp, paper and paper products. Having been found only four papers, two articles and two theses that deal with the issue of demand management, supply chain and inventory postponement. These studies address the issue by modeling the productive time of the supply chain. For production segments this research may enable development of management practices demand and production strategy, allowing cost reductions and productivity gains possible. With the development of the mathematical model could ever analyze the behavior of demand and its influence on the productive strategy, strategy formulation regarding the purchase of raw materials and finished product storage in the last four years the company's results for the proposed model.
