Z punktu widzenia prac badawczych prowadzonych w pedagogice pracy nad isto-tą wychowania i jego roli w kształtowaniu osobowości człowieka, obywatela, pracownika nie-zwykle ciekawym aspektem towarzyszącym wielokulturowym przedsięwzięciom realizowanym dzięki programom Unii Europejskiej jest budowanie otwartości i wrażliwości międzykulturowej, a także kształtowanie umiejętności adaptowania się do warunków życia i pracy w różnych krajach wspólnoty europejskiej. Aspekt ten podkreśla m.in. T. Szkudlarek1, pisząc o grupie działań edu-kacyjnych na rzecz kształtowania tożsamości europejskiej, kierowanych do młodzieży różnych krajów Wspólnoty. Evaluation of the project implementation within the framework of cooperation between the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów and external entities. Material and methods. The results of questionnaires addressed to representatives of five universities of the third age participating in the project (N = 100) were analysed. The material collected concerned the evaluation of the implementation of, and participation in, the events being the components of the project. In the research, an original trademark evaluation questionnaire was used. Results. The survey participants assessed the project's implementation at a very high level. The highest scores were given to lectures on history, as well as IT and painting workshops. The results were dominated by very good and excellent grades. The evaluation of the Oxford Debate was slightly weaker, in this case there were discrepancies in the evaluation of participation in this form of education by representatives of various universities. The results of the research allowed for determination of the level of impact of the project implementation on the development of intergenerational solidarity. This impact was rated the highest by students of the Mościce University of the Third Age (UTW Mościce) (75%) and those of the Dąbrowa Tarnowska UTA (65%), both of whom gave very good marks. Very good, and even excellent grades prevailed in the assessment of the teaching conditions – the UTA in Brzesko (100%), the UTA in the Kromka Chleba Foundation (80%).

The aim of the article is to describe young adults, being outside the job market and system of education. This group is determined by an acronym NEET (Eng. Not in employment, education or training). Young adults included in this category are a real challenge for educating adults in the following aspects: diagnosis, creating system solutions minimizing the phenomenon of belonging to margin groups, or creation of methodological solutions favoring efficient and relatively fast social inclusion in the job market, or inclusion in formal and non-forma education. According to data collected, every fifth young adult in Europe may be classified as a NEET.

The article shows how social welfare clients perceive organizational changes and space made in an assistance facility and what is their assessment. The object of analysis is the Social Welfare Center in Daleszyce. Research is part of a program aimed at improving social services. 80 people participated in the study. The diagnostic survey method was used in the study.

In less than 30 years the Internet has entered virtually every area of life. It encompassed both the ways we communicate with each other and the professional life of the majority of society. One of the forms of using the Internet, which is developing more and more dynamically, is e-learning. It is used by companies to educate their employees, by working people who want to improve their qualifications and by universities as an additional way of education. Universities increasingly use a combination of the traditional form of education and e-learning classes. The paper presents the features of attractive e-learning classes based on surveys carried out at one of the universities. The article is an introduction to the planned deeper analysis of this topic.

The article presents the results of research aimed at diagnosing the level of the following factors, crucial from the perspective of coping with stress and dealing with difficult situations: emotional stability, ability to work under pressure and self-confidence. The study involved primary school teachers (N = 142). The collected data showed that the tested sample was dominated by people with an average intensity of each of the distinguished factors (while in every case the high score is the most desirable), and moreover, that it included a large group of teachers characterized by an undesirable, low level of each of them. Comparative analyzes revealed, in turn, that there were no statistically significant differences between the groups of teachers distinguished by the degree of their career advancement (the level of their professional promotion) in terms of the considered variables. The study also included correlation analyzes, which showed that there were statistically significant, positive relationships between the level of the considered variables and the intensity of other stress moderators: emotional intelligence, internal locus of control and components of social competences

The article presents the results of surveys conducted in the academic year 2016/2017 among full-time students of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. They dealt with the issues of conditions for the selection of pedagogical studies. Attention was drawn to the importance of both personal qualities and interests in making educational and professional decisions. The motives that inspired respondents to study under the chosen field were described. It indicates what expectations towards the process of studying and then professional work are formulated by students of pedagogical studies at the first and second level of education.

W artykule przeanalizowano i zbadano wpływ rodziny na preferencje edukacyj-no-zawodowe i całożyciową edukację studentów z Polski i Czech. Scharakteryzowano system kształcenia w Polsce i Czechach oraz możliwości rozwoju zawodowego i kariery. Na podstawie wyników badań przedstawiono aktualną diagnozę stanu i stwierdzono, że styl wychowania i postawy rodziców kształtują osobowość dzieci i mają istotny wpływ na ich wybór zawodowy. Młodzież pragnie osiągnąć wyższe wykształcenie niż ich rodzice i wyższy status społeczny. Dobre wzorce i postawy rodziców (odpowiedzialność, pracowitość, uczciwość) motywują dzieci do nauki i pracy. Zainteresowania wyniesione z domu rodzinnego (opiekuńcze, czytelnicze, społeczne) wpływają na wybór zawodu pedagoga i wykonywanie pracy w tym zawodzie. Studenci z Czech i Polski nieustannie kształcą się i podnoszą własne kwalifikacje zawodowe. Polacy naj-częściej wybierają kursy, szkolenia i studia podyplomowe, natomiast Czesi studia magisterskie oraz kursy zawodowe
