Problem statement. It is known that an adequate interpretation of the dynamics of mutually–interacting complex system (SS) with the medium of its existence, is allows to study its characteristics, with the distraction of unneeded maloznachimyh parts, studying these systems on simplified, more favorable for research models. We show this by specific examples, take–NJ various methods of interpretation, for this study the total and pour–Chie two seemingly distinct techniques, methods of mathematical–programming techniques and planning experiments extreme–cops. Analyzing of the resent research. The term «programming» that is applied to the numerical methods for solving problems, in our view, is a non–successful. The most correct name of numerical problems in mathematical programming th — numerical methods of planning, as these breech–chi can be construed as planning experiments that hundred–put to the existing mathematical models. Treatment of pressure can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the iron–alloy eutectic, such alloys are white cast irons. When the alloying white white cast iron of V, Cr, W, Mo, this elements dissolve in the iron carbide М3С, and carbide’s metastability increases. more stable carbide phase are highlighted in the cementite eutectic colonies when to apply annealing, then in the cementite is not enough carbon and it transforms into the austenite. The result is a division of cementite. We must use the phase transformations in the eutectic carbides to improve their plasticity. The purpose of the work is to study the effect of structural features on conduct of iron–carbon alloys of ledeburite class with different carbon content 2,3…3,5 %, and with vanadium. in the process of hot deformation. It has been found, when the deformation of the main structural parameter ledeburitic alloys is the amount of eutectic constituent in the form of a continuous or discontinuous grid, as well as the structure of eutectic colonies. The formation of a subgrain structure in the eutectic cementite increases ductility white cast irons. Hot deformation stimulates the formation of carbides VС in the iron carbide, which is supersaturated vanadium. This carbide turning contributes to the development of recrystallization in the eutectic cementite during intermediate annealing. In the deformation process is a division cementite crystals on new boundaries,it increases ductility of cast iron during deformation. The use of carbide transformations allowed us to successfully carry out the deformation ledeburitic irons on the equipment in an industrial environment.

Developed the process of adapting to changes in the organization as an «open» system. Determined that the external parameters «input» are the external and internal environment and changes in it; «output» — a product of the project or program and undesirable effects. By comparing the identified parameters to adapt the organization to change from «black box» is determined that the internal parameters that make up the technology to adapt the organization to the environment are: phase of organization development, strategy, innovation, implementation of projects, programs and portfolios. On the basis of the «law of system completeness» clearly defined structure of the adaptation process and communication in this system. Determined that the source of energy corresponds to the external and internal environment; product — a product of the project or program; engine — phase of development of the organization; transmission — strategy of the organization; working body — the implementation of projects, programs and portfolios; management body — to innovate. Necessary condition of basic viability of the system to adapt to changes in the organization is the availability and performance of the minimum basic parts of the system. The study showed the presence of the proposed adaptation process required four parts of the system and to ensure their functionality. To ensure the minimum working process of adaptation, all these parameters must be agreed in the process of adaptation, that is to be complementary (complementary) and be a «unity» of the requested needs, regulated values and implemented results.

For low–rise buildings frame technologies have got significantly widespread. One of the directions is using lightweight steel thin–wall constructions (LSTC). To promote this technology in Ukraine it’s necessary to develop guidelines that reflect the structural features of this constructions type based on existing codes. For this purpose, analyzes of space–planning and design decisions features used in international practice is carried out. Feature of such frames is that in most cases all connections of structural elements are pivot–hinged. Thus, the main influence on building’s spatial rigidity under the lateral forces is taken by diaphragms (horizontal — floors and vertical — shear walls). This work allows to developed the simplified method of estimating influence of major constructional peculiarities of shearwalls on their rigidity, enabling definition of requirements to the construction on the preliminary stage of forming space–and–planning decisions for frame building of LSTC. The considered questions affect to definition of lightweight steel framing elements’ carring ability. The considered elements are braced by low rigidity sheathing through spring stiffness fasteners. Also, the stress strain state of the lateral force resisting system’s main elements — shear walls, consisted of thin–walled steel structures braced by sheathing, was investigated. Additionally, this work allows to develop the simplified design approach allowing to take into account influence of bracing parameters on framing elements’ carrying ability, to set the value of any configuration’s shear wall stiffness linking its parameters with correspondent parameters of the standard shear wall, to estimate lateral force’s distribution between shear walls in view of an all frame’s elements’ stiffness ratio.

Problem. Another anniversary of any Ukrainian artist encourages us to leave our current affairs and to understand the unique artistic heritage of the people who wrote the letters of gold in the constellation of the Ukrainian elite. An important place among them is occupied by a prominent Ukrainian film director and innovator, a writer and artist Olexander Dovzhenko. In September this year we marked 120 years since his birth. His work and artistic heritage is an era in the Ukrainian Soviet cinema. It was the most difficult period in the history of the national culture, the so–called period of the socialist realism. O. Dovzhenko’s activity deserves careful study, especially the crucial role of cinema, which forms the consciousness of millions. These studies are particularly important for the current state of the Ukrainian cinema, which has a solid legacy, but now it hardly shows the signs of life. It is necessary to study thoroughly the inheritance of the genius Ukrainian artist because of the urgent tasks of the Ukrainian statehood and culture. In our opinion, the study of O. Dovzhenko’s art and life can contribute into the development of the national idea, which is realized in the inspired creations of the artist. The aim is to analyze the creative heritage of O. Dovzhenko and the possibility of its use in connection with the important tasks of modern Ukrainian culture. Analysis of the publications. Among generalizing papers on O. Dovzhenko of modern period the researches by A. Zamlynsky and M. Palienko dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the artist’s birth can be mentioned. Among the articles in the current periodicals thorough works by L. A. Bryukhovetska, R. Korogodsky, L. Pryhorovska, J. Trymbach, A. Sharvark, A. Yaremchuk can be distinguished. Little–known archival materials were used in these publications. Noteworthy methodical work by A. Matosova in which the materials from the recently opened to the public «Diary» by O. Dovzhenko is of great interest. Also, in our opinion, a worthwhile thorough analytical article was published in the newspaper «Day» by well–known Ukrainian writer and philosopher S. Grabowsky. Conclusions. It has long been undisputed that creativity by O. Dovzhenko, filled with love for Ukraine and its people, gained immortality. And it belongs not only to Ukraine but for the whole world because it is organically combined with the national culture and the world one. Despite the fact that the main period of the artist’s work took place in the period of the socialist realism in the USSR, Ukrainian cinematography genius went far beyond it. His worldview, identity of his dramatic and directing style, poetry, emotion, creating his own film school put him in a number of the greatest artists of the Ukrainian and world cinema. But for us, the citizens of Ukraine, it is important also that O. Dovzhenko was not only a talented artist. Ranked a high place in the Soviet cultural elite, he not only observed the deficiencies of the system, but also he tried to pay attention to the needs of the ordinary people (the government regarded them as «screws»), defended the need for a true study of history and national education. Humanistic ideas of our talented cultural leader have not lost their relevance. He is truly an artist with a capital letter, Ukraine.is proud of him Thus, the 120–year anniversary of O. Dovzhenko’s birth is a good opportunity to pay attention of the responsible citizens of our homeland to the problems of modern Ukrainian cinema, as a powerful means of education, promotion of the Ukrainian national idea, attracting masses to the culture using the samples of high art.
