The world’s first public recognition of Totemizm is gradually changing the shape of the ethnographic values. Obviously, this is a natural phenomenon and even more interesting is the artistic revival of the background culture of marriage. The signs of animal totems contribute spiritual culture. Surely, there is an archetypical model, but it plays artistic role as a “sign”. The totem itself in a plot is of great importance. Let’s see totemic signs.

Kur’an, her konuda olduğu gibi savaş konusunda da en iyi hükümleri getirmiştir. Savaşı ülkelerin fethi için değil de gönüllerin fethi için bir aracı olarak kabul etmiştir. Yeryüzündeki bütün insanların İslam’la tanışmasını istediği için tebliğ ve cihat uygulamasını getirmiştir. Kur’an; kişilerin din, can, mal, nesil ve akıl emniyetini korumayı esas almış ve bunları koruyacak hükümler getirmiştir. Savaşları, “Fitneye Sebep Olan Savaşlar” ve “Fitneyi Ortadan Kaldıran Savaşlar” olarak iki kısma ayırabiliriz. Kur’an, fitneye sebep olacak her türlü sözlü ve fiili savaşları yasaklarken fitneyi ortadan kaldıracak savaşlara izin vermiştir. Kur’an’ın öngördüğü savaş, yıkmak üzerine değil yapmak üzerine bina edilmiştir. Allah’ın rahmetinin ve adaletinin bir göstergesidir. Allah (cc); zulme uğrayan, haksızlığa maruz kalmış, kendi haklarını almaktan aciz olan kimselerin haklarını korumak için savaşa izin vermiştir./ The Qur'an, as it is in every subject, has brought the best judgments about war. It accepted the war as an means for the conquest of the hearts, not the conquest of the nations. It wanted to have all people on earth meet with Islam, so it brought the practice of proclaiming and jihad. The Qur'an has taken measures to protect the safety of religion, life, property, generation and reason, and has provided provisions to protect them. We can divide wars into two parts: “The War that causes the tumult” and “The War that removes the tumult.” The Qur'an has allowed the verbal and actual wars that will destroy tumult but it has forbidden the verbal and actual wars that will cause the tumult. The war that the Qur'an has allowed is based on doing, not on destruction. It is a reflection of the mercy of Allah and his justice. Allah (cc) has allowed the war to protect the rights of those who have suffered persecution, suffered injustice, and who are incapable of receiving their rights.

Süt hayvancılığı Beyaz Rusya’nın ekonomik sisteminde önemli bir rol oynamakta ve süt hayvancılığı sektörü toplam tarımsal üretimin %19’unu oluşturmaktadır. Bu da süt hayvancılığının Beyaz Rusya ekonomisinin önemli bir parçası olduğunu göstermektedir. Süt ve süt ürünleri Beyaz Rusya’nın ihracatında önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Son 15 yıllık dönemde süt ve süt ürünleri ihracatı 15 kattan fazla bir artış göstererek 105 milyon dolardan 1,7 milyar dolara ulaşmıştır. Bugün Beyaz Rusya dünya süt ve süt ürünleri ihracatında ilk ona girmektedir. Bu çalışmada 2000-2015 dönemi için Beyaz Rusya’nın süt ve süt ürünlerinin ihracat performansı ve rekabet gücü analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Açıklanmış Karşılaştırmalı Üstünlükler, Açıklanmış Simetrik Karşılaştırmalı Üstünlükler ve Ticaret Dengesi İndeksi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma ikincil verilere dayanmaktadır. Dış ticaret verileri BM COMTRADE veri tabanından derlenmiştir. Beyaz Rusya başta BDT ülkeleri olmak üzere Afrika ülkelerine ve Avrupa Birliği’ne süt ve süt ürünleri ihraç etmektedir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre Beyaz Rusya süt ve süt ürünleri ihracatında rekabet gücüne sahiptir./ Dairy farming plays a crucial role in the economy of Belarus and the dairy farming contributes %19 to the gross value of agricultural output. This shows that dairy farming is significant part of the Belarus economy. Milk and dairy products have an important place in the export of Belarus. Belarus’s exports of milk and dairy products increased more than 15 times from 105 million USD to 1.7 billion USD in the last 15 years. Today, Belarus is one of the top 10 milk and dairy products exporting countries in the world. The paper analyzes the export performance and the competitiveness of milk and dairy products of Belarus for the period 2000-2015. In study Revealed Comparative Advantage, Revealed Symmetric Comparative Advantage and Trade Balance Index were used. The study is based on secondary data. The data were obtained from the UN COMTRADE database. Belarus exports milk and dairy products mainly to CIS countries, African countries and the European Union. According to the research findings Belarus has the competitiveness in milk and dairy products.

XX. Yüzyıl’ın son çeyreğinde uygulamaya konan Mikrokredi sistemi hızla büyümekte ve gelişmektedir. Mikrokredi sistemi bir taraftan ülkelerin iktisadi büyümelerine yardım ederken, diğer taraftan sosyal yönden gelişmelerine de mühim düzeyde katkı sunmaktadır. Ülkelerde cari olan faiz oranları mikrokredi sistemini etkilemekte, dolayısıyla mikrokrediyle amaçlanan hedeflerde değişen derecelerde sapmalar meydana getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada 2000 – 2014 yılları arası dönemde bazı geçiş ekonomisi ülkelerinde uygulanan mikrofinans sistemi etkinliğinin faiz oranlarına tesiri incelenmiş, BDT’na ait 11 ülkede banka dışı faaliyet gösteren 215 finans kurumunun verileri panel veri yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda geçiş ekonomisi ülkelerinde faaliyet gösteren mikrokredi kurumlarının maliyet etkinliğinin uyguladıkları faiz oranları üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir./ Microcredit system, which was put into practice in the last quarter of the XX. century, is rapidly growing. On the one hand, the microfinance system contributes to the economic growth of the countries, while on the other hand it makes a significant contribution to the social development. The current interest rates affect the microcredit system, so thus causing deviations in varying degrees at targets intended by microcredit institutions. This study aimed to analyze the effect of efficiency on interest rate in microfinance system of sampled transition economies in the period between 2000 and 2014. The data was collected from 215 financial institutions operating in 11 countries of sampled transition economies and analyzed by panel data method. The findings of this study indicate that the cost effectiveness of micro-credit institutions operating in transition economies have a significant effect on the interest rates.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, akademisyenlerin işkoliklik özelliklerinin mensup oldukları kuşağa göre farklılık arz edip etmediğinin belirlenmesidir. Katılımcıların işkoliklik düzeyini ölçmek için, Schaufeli, Taris ve Bakker (2006) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türkçe’ye uyarlaması Doğan ve Tel (2011) tarafından yapılan DUWAS işkoliklik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. DUWAS İşkoliklik Ölçeği, Aşırı Çalışma ve Kompulsif Çalışma olmak üzere 2 boyut ve on dört maddeden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın katılımcıları Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi’nin değişik fakültelerinde ve meslek yüksekokullarında görev yapan öğretim üyesi ve öğretim elemanlarıdır. Toplamda 348 akademisyenden elde edilen veriler üzerinden çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenirliğini belirlemek amacıyla hesaplanan iç tutarlık (Cronbach alfa) katsayısı ölçeğin tümü için. 86, “aşırı çalışma” faktörü için. 77 ve “kompulsif çalışma” faktörü için .75 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, akademisyenlerin işkoliklik özellikleri açısından kuşaklar arasında istatistikî açıdan önem arz eden bir farklılığa ulaşılamamıştır. Literatürdeki bilgilerin aksine Y kuşağına dâhil olan katılımcıların diğer iki kuşaktan daha işkolik oldukları ancak aradaki farkın anlamlı olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Demografik değişkenler açısından bakıldığında ise sadece cinsiyete göre anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Medeni durum ve akademik unvan değişkenleri açısından gruplar arasında anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur./ The aim of this study is to determine whether the workaholism features of academicians differ according to the generations they belong to. To measure the level of workaholism of the participants Duwas scale is used developed by Schaufeli, Taris and Bakker (2006) and adapted to Turkish by Doğan ve Tel (2011). This scale consists of 14 items with two dimensions such as working excessively and working compulsively. The participants of this study are the instructors and the teaching assistants from different faculties and vocational schools of Süleyman Demirel University. The study is conducted by the data comprising of 348 academicians in total. To ascertain the reliability of the scale the Cronbach alfa is identified .86 for the overall scale besides the cronbach alfa for the working excessively is .77 and .75 for the working compulsively. The results of the study showed no statistically significant with regard to academicians’ workaholic features. In contrast to the extant literature the participants belong to the generation Y have been found more workaholic than the other two generations. In terms of demographic variables significant difference is found only according to the gender variable. There is no significant difference among the groups in terms of the marital status and titles of the academicians.

Together with joining the Eurasian Economic Union, the risks associated with the harmonization of taxes become an urgent problem. VAT can be used as an effective tool in the perspective regulation of social and economic consequences of these risks. The tax policy carried out without taking into account the features of the VAT led to negative results in previous years. The purpose of this paper is to consider the risks and opportunities for further reforms by determining the relative merits and disadvantages of VAT in relation to other taxes. The results of this study revealed that VAT in Kyrgyzstan was mainly used as a tool for solving short- and medium-term financial problems related to budget deficit, instead of long-term social and economic problems.

Sinema, ortaya çıktığı yıllardan itibaren kitleleri peşinden sürükleyerek gerçeği yansıtan ya da yeniden yorumlayan bir pratik olarak kabul görmüştür. Öncelikle klasik anlatı yapısını benimseyen sinema bir eğlence olgusu olarak gelişimini devam ettirmiştir. Hollywood klasik sinema anlatısına karşıt olarak İtalya’da ortaya çıkan Yeni Gerçekçilik Akımı ile Fransız Yeni Dalga Akımı, sinemada modern anlatı yapısını ortaya koymuştur. Modern anlatıya göre yönetmen bir edebiyatçının kalemini kullandığı özgürlükte kamerasını kullanmalıdır. Filmin sahibi olan yönetmen belli bir stil ve içsel bütünlükle filmin tek yaratıcısı olmalıdır. Bu çalışmada Türk Sinemasında auteur olarak kabul edilen yönetmenler arasında olan, Zeki Demirkubuz’un sineması auteur kuram çerçevesinde incelenmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında auteur kuram bağlamında yönetmenin sanatçı ruhunun, hayata karşı duruşunun filmlerinin sinematografik dili, anlatı yapısı, temaları ve karakterlerine nasıl biçim verdiği ele alınmış; yönetmenin sinema dilinin öğelerinden faydalanarak, anlatımda yeni katmanlara ulaşıp ulaşmadığı sorgulanmıştır. Filmlerin çözümlenmesinde yararlanılan analiz tekniği tematik içerik analizidir. Çalışma sonucunda, Zeki Demirkubuz’un bir auteur olup olmadığı filmlerinin yaratılmasında en büyük sorumluluğu taşıyıp taşımadığı, filmleri arasındaki ortak karakteristik yapılar göz önünde bulundurularak ortaya konulmaktadır./ Cinema has been recognized as a practice that reflects or reinterprets the truth after many years since its emergence. First of all, the cinema, which adopts the classical narrative structure, has continued to develop as an entertainment phenomenon. Contrary to Hollywood's classic cinematic narrative, the New Realism Movement in Italy and the French New Wave Movement reveal the modern narrative structure in cinema. According to the modern narrative, the director must use his camera in freedom, where a writer uses the pen. The director who owns the film must be the only filmmaker with a certain style and inner integrity. In this study, the cinema of Zeki Demirkubuz, one of the directors who are accepted as auteur in Turkish Cinema, is examined within the framework of auteur theory. In the context of auteur theory, how the director's artistic soul, the films of the anti-death standpoint form the cinematographic language, narrative structure, themes and characters in the context of auteur theory are discussed. The director is questioned whether he reaches new layers in narrative by taking advantage of the elements of the cinema language. The analytical technique that is utilized in the analysis of films is the thematic content analysis. As a result of the study, whether Zeki Demirkubuz carries the greatest responsibility in the creation of films whether it is an auteur or not, is put forward by considering the common characteristic structures among his films.

İkinci Dünya Savaşı sonrasında dünyaya egemen olan değişim rüzgârları Türkiye’yi de etkilemişti. 1946 yılında çok partili siyasal hayata geçiş ile birlikte muhalefet kurumu resmi olarak yerleşmiş ve Türk siyasi-ekonomik-toplumsal yapısında bazı dönüşümlere yol açmıştı. Bu bağlamda, 14 Mayıs 1950 seçimlerinde Demokrat Parti’nin iktidara gelişinden 27 Mayıs 1960 askeri darbesine kadar geçen dönemdeki basın ile iktidar ilişkileri de ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır. Demokrat Parti (DP) iktidarı ile dönemin basını arasındaki ilişkileri konu alan bu çalışma, 27 yıl boyunca tek parti idaresi altında mücadele veren basının yeni siyasal iklimden nasıl etkilendiğini ortaya koyma amacındadır. DP dönemini ele alan çok sayıda araştırma olmasına karşın, bu dönemin basın ortamını ele alan çalışma sayısı oldukça sınırlıdır. Bu nedenle, yapılan bu betimleyici çalışma söz konusu boşluğu doldurmayı hedeflemesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Geniş bir kaynak araştırmasına dayanan çalışmada; arşiv bilgilerinden, gazete taramalarından, dönemin söylem seçkinlerinin hatıratlarından da yararlanılmıştır. DP’nin 10 senelik iktidar dönemini bir bütün olarak görebilmek için kronolojik silsileye sadık kalınmış ve basın ile iktidar arasındaki ilişkilerin seyri geçiş dönemleri olan üç başlık altında incelenmiştir. Basın, bugün olduğu gibi 1950-1960 döneminde siyasi bir arena olma ve gündeme yön verme niteliklerini taşımaktaydı. DP iktidarı süresince basından yararlanarak kamuoyunun desteğini sağlamaya çalışmış fakat ekonomik ve toplumsal vaatlerini gerçekleştirmeye çalıştığı siyasal düzlemde, toplumsal buhran yükseldikçe basının muhalefeti de artmıştır. Bunun üzerine DP iktidarı baskıcı yasal düzenlemeler ve yöntemlerle basını susturma yoluna gitmiş, iktidar yanlısı basını ise resmi ilanlar, kâğıt tahsisi, örtülü ödenek gibi yöntemlerle desteklemiştir. Basın ile iktidar ilişkilerinin sağlıklı bir zemine oturtulamadığı bu dönemde, yayın organlarının birçoğunun DP’nin baskılarına karşı koyma siyaseti ürettiği ve iktidarın değiştirilmesi yönünde önemli etkilerinin olduğunu ifade etmek mümkündür./ The winds of change which dominated the world after the Second World War had their impact on Turkey, as well. Along with the transition to multi-party political life in 1946, the concept of opposition was legally institutionalized and brought about some changes in Turkish political-economic-social structure. In this context, relations between press and political power during the period between May 14th 1950 when Democratic Party came to power and Coup d’état on May 27th 1960 needs more attention. The study, which deals with the relationship between Democratic Party (DP) Government and the press, aims to reveal how the press was influenced by this new political climate after 27 years of struggle during the single party period. Although there are a large number of studies dealing with DP period, there are a limited number of works focusing on the press of this period. For this reason, this descriptive work is of crucial importance as it fills this gap. The study depending on a large scale resource analysis makes use of archival information, newspaper scanning and the memories of man of discourse during the period. The study sticks to the chronological order to provide a holistic view of 10 years of power with DP and the course of relations between the press and political power is analyzed under three heading which also reflect the transition periods. The press, as is today, was a political arena identifying the agenda within the period of 1950-1960. DP tried to obtain public support through press during their reign, however as they were struggling to keep their economic and social promises, the opposition of press increased along with social depression. Seeing this, DP power enforced oppressive legal regulations and methods to suppress the opposition press and encouraged pro-government circles in the press through official notices, paper allocation and implicit subsidies. In this period, in which the relations between press and political power lacked a healthy ground, most of the press units might be said to have created their own way to stand up to governmental oppressions from DP and to have had a significant influence on the change of government.

Avrasya, basit biçimde, Asya ve Avrupa kıtalarının bütünü olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Avrasya kavramı aynı zamanda, Avrasyacılık adıyla Rusya’da bir ideolojinin doğmasına neden olmuştur. Bu ideoloji gerek Rus düşünce ve siyasi tarihi açısından gerekse Rus dış politikası açısından önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Avrasyacılık, 1920’lerde Sovyet devrimi sonrasında Avrupa’ya giden Rus aydınlarca ortaya konmuştur. 1920-1930 arasında bu ideolojiye mensup yazarların görüşleri Klasik Avrasyacılık olarak adlandırılmıştır. Avrasyacılık, Avrupa’da Arnold Toynbee ve Oswald Spengler’in medeniyetçi tarih felsefesiyle dönemsel olarak çakışmakta ve çeşitli ortak noktalar taşımaktadır. 1930’lardan sonra etkisini yitiren Avrasyacılık akımı, Sovyetler Birliği’nin dağılmasının ardından yeniden canlanmış ve bu kez Neo-Avrasyacılık olarak karşımıza çıkmıştır. Rus yazar Alekandr Dugin’in görüşleri çerçevesinde gelişen bu ideoloji, günümüzde Rus dış politikasının önemli belirleyicisi haline gelmiş sayılabilir. Özellikle Rusya’nın 2000’lerin ilk on yılının ardından izlediği dış politikanın ideolojik altyapısı olduğu dahi söylenebilir./ Eurasia is simply defined as the whole of Asia and Europe. At the same time, the concept of Eurasia has led to the birth of an ideology in Russia in the name of Eurasianism. This ideology has an important place in Russian foreign policy in terms of Russian thought and political history. Eurasianism was revealed by Russian intellectuals who went to Europe in the 1920s after the Soviet revolution. Between 1920 and 1930, the views of authors of this ideology were called Classic Eurasianism. Eurasianism periodically coincides with the civilization-oriented history philosophy which was devoloped by Arnold Toynbee and Oswald Spengler in Europe and carries several common points. Eurasianism, which lost its influence after 1930s, revived after the disintegration of the Soviet Union and this time it emerged as Neo-Eurasianism. This ideology, which developed within the framework of the views of the Russian author Alekandr Dugin, has become an important determinant of Russian foreign policy today. In particular, it can be said that even it is the ideological infrastructure of Russian foreign policy after the first decade of the 2000’s.

Söz konusu makalede, Kırgız folkloru ve uzun hikâyelerine yansıyan sanat psikolojisi problemleri ve sanat psikolojisinin gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Son yıllarda alternatif turizm türlerine talebin artması, ülkeleri turistik ürün çeşitlendirmesine yöneltmektedir. Doğal ve kültürel değerlerin yeni turistik ürünler olarak turizm arzına sunulması, turizm faaliyetlerinin tüm yıla, çeşitli güzergâhlara yayılmasına ve bu vesileyle turizmin ekonomiye katkısının hem bölgesel hem de ülkesel ölçekte artırılmasına neden olan bir politikadır. Değişen talebi karşılamak adına, ülkemizde de ekoturizm merkezleri keşfedilmekte ve turizm arzına kazandırılmaktadır. Doğal ve kültürel kaynaklar bakımından zengin olan Konya’nın, bu potansiyelini turistik ürün çeşitlendirme politikalarıyla değerlendirilmesi gerekliliği sebebiyle ele alınan bu çalışmanın amacı; Konya’ya genellikle Mevlana Müzesi ziyareti amacıyla gerçekleşen turlara alternatif rotalar oluşturmaktır. 2023 Türkiye Turizm Stratejisi hedeflerinden yola çıkılarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada Konya’nın ekoturizm potansiyeli üzerine çeşitli yaklaşımlar öne sürülmeye çalışılmış ve alternatif ekoturizm rotaları önerilmiştir. Yöredeki ekoturizm arzı incelenmiş ve ekoturizm aktivitelerinin uygulanabileceği bölgeler tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada doküman analizi yöntemi ve bölgeye yapılan keşif gezileri sonucu elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Türkiye’deki mevcut ekoturizm merkezlerindeki uygulamalardan hareketle en fazla talep gören ekoturizm aktivitelerinden olan dağ yürüyüşü temalı rotalar, ilçeler bazında çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Sonuç ve öneriler kısmında Konya ilinin turistik ürün çeşitlendirme politikalarının ekoturizm doğrultusunda yönlendirilmesi ve bu bağlamda hazırlanan ekoturizm rotalarının geçtiği bölgelerde güzergâh yönetimi çerçevesinde öneriler sunulmuştur./ In recent years, the demand for tourism, sea, sand, sun is moving away and it is preferred over alternative types of tourism, so this situation heads countries for the diversification of the tourist product. The fact that presenting natural and cultural attractions of the new products is a policy that is causing tourism activities spreading all year and, on this occasion it has a contribution both on national and regional scale. In mass tourism mobility, together with the change occurring in the consumption demands of tourists, it is seen that there is a rise on tendency of preferring regions for holidays that still conserve natural and cultural values. Changing to meet the demand, in the name of eco-tourism in our country, the central explored, and bring the supply of tourism. Konya, which is rich in natural and cultural resources, should be assessed considering the tourist product and variations in the use of this potential. In this study, prepared in the direction of 2023 Tourism strategy of Turkey, Konya's eco-tourism potential on a variety of approaches has been put forward, and tried to develop ecotourism, alternative routes proposed. The purpose of the study is to reveal the necessity of diversification of the tours, organized only for visiting Mevlana Museum, using the natural and cultural values that Konya has. Ecotourism in the region examined, and the supply of ecotourism activities, can be applied to the region were identified. Considering the practice in the ecotourism center trekking based routes, one of the most demanded ecotourism activities, the county basis, were included in the study. In the part of conclusions and recommendations, some suggestions are offered in the frame of the province of Konya diversification of the tourist product of the policies of ecotourism and directed in accordance with this prepared in the context of ecotourism routes in the destination management.
