Yapılan bu çalışmada 4. ve 5. sınıf öğrencilerinin; bilimsel süreç becerileri ile bilime olan inançları arasındaki ilişki araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma Kırıkkale il merkezinde öğrenim gören toplam 410 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada, öğrencilerin başarılarını belirlemek üzere araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen bilimsel süreç becerilerine yönelik Başarı Testi kullanılmıştır. Öğrencilerin bilimsel süreç becerilerini belirlemeye yönelik hazırlanan başarı testindeki sorular; gözlem, karşılaştırma-sınıflama, tahmin, çıkarım yapma, deney tasarlama, deney malzemelerini araç ve gereçlerini tanıma ve kullanma, yorumlama ve sonuç çıkarma, ölçme, sunma ve veri kaydetme becerilerinden oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin bilime olan inanç düzeylerini belirlemek için ise Çoban ve Ergin (2008) tarafından geliştirilen Bilimsel Görüş Belirleme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda ilköğretim 4. ve 5. öğrencilerinin bilimsel süreç becerileri ile bilime olan inançları arasında anlamlı ve pozitif ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. / In this study respectively, success level of 4. and 5. grade students aimed at scientific process skills and level of belief in science are tried to find answer of whether there is a significant relationship between scientific process skills and belief in science or not. The study was conducted with a total of 410 students from Kirikkale. Descriptive survey model was used in the study. The achievement of science process skills tests, which was prepared by the researchers, was used to determine science process skill levels of the students. The questions of achievement tests made up of these scientific skills: observation, comparison-classification, forecast, inference, recognizing and using the experiment equipments, interpretation and conclusion, measurement, presentation and lastly data record. In addition, the instrument for determining the views about scientific knowledge developed by Çoban and Ergin (2008) was used to determine the belief in science levels of the students. At the end of the research, significant and positive correlations were determined between the scientific process skills and the beliefs in science of the 4th and 5th elementary school students.

Perakende sektörü, ülke ekonomilerine sağlamıĢ olduğu istihdam ve gelir katkısı açısından bakıldığında önemli bir yere sahiptir. KüreselleĢen dünya Ģartlarında rekabet Ģartlarının ağırlaĢması, mal ve hizmet çeĢitlerinin farklılaĢması gibi nedenlerle perakende sektörü hızlı değiĢen ve geliĢen sektörlerden biridir. Bu değiĢim ve geliĢime ayak uydurabilmek, beraberinde bazı finansal sorunları doğurmaktadır. Bu çalıĢmanın amacı, perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren iĢletmelerin, yönetim ve organizasyon yapılarından kaynaklanan ve ayrıca sermaye yapılarından kaynaklanan finansal sorunlarını incelemektir. Bu kapsamda, Çorum Ġlinde perakende sektöründe faaliyet gösteren iĢletmeler üzerinde bir araĢtırma yapılmıĢtır. AraĢtırma anket yöntemi ile yapılmıĢ, sahadaki tüm iĢletmeler araĢtırmaya dâhil edilmiĢtir. Toplamda 347 iĢletmeden değerlendirilebilir anket dönüĢü olmuĢtur. ÇalıĢmadan elde edilen sonuca göre, perakende sektörünün en önemli sorunu alacakların tahsil edilememesidir. ÇalıĢmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre iĢletme büyüklüğü her türlü unsurun temel belirleyicisi olarak ortaya çıkmıĢtır.

Kur’an, Al-i İmran Suresi’nin yedinci âyetinde kendi âyetlerinin bazısının muhkem, bazısının da müteşabih olduğunu belirtir. Muhkem tek manayı, müteşabih ise birçok manayı içinde barındıran âyetlerdir. İçlerinde Râzî’nin de bulunduğu âlimlerimiz özellikle müteşabih âyetlerin anlaşılıp anlaşılamayacağı hususunda çaba sarf etmişledir. Müteşabih âyetlerin tam olarak anlaşılamayacağına değinen Râzî, bazı müteşabih âyetleri yorumlamıştır. Bunun yanında o, huruf-ı mukatta’a’nın anlamının bilinebileceği kanaatindedir. / In the Holy Qur’an, Surah Ale-İmran verse 7, Allah says there are two kinds of verses; muhkamaat and mutashabehaat. Muhkamaat verses are basic, decisive and firm; verses whose meanings are absolutely clear, plain and understood by everyone. Mutashabehaat verses are allegorical and open to interpretation but no one knows their hidden meanings except Allah. Some scholarly people including al-Râzî have studied on these muteshabehat (Allegorical) verses in the matter of understandability. Al-Râzî, who states that these allegorical verses cannot be entirely understood, has interpreted some of allegorical verses. In addition to this, Al-Râzî considers that al-huruf al-muqatta is comprehensible.

İşletmelerde çalışanların motivasyonuna, başarısına genellikle pozitif yönde etki eden unsurlardan biri de psikolojik sahiplenmedir. Bu duygu, işletmeyle çalışan arasındaki ilişkileri de önemli boyutta etkilemektedir. Çalışanların tutumu ve işletmeyle ilgili duyguları, işletmelerin rekabete devamlı olmasına ve sürdürülebilirliğine etki etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Azerbaycan bankacılık sektöründe çalışanların sahiplik duygusunu ölçmektir. Bu çerçevede, psikolojik sahiplenme duygusu teorik boyutlarıyla incelenmiş ve “Psikolojik Sahiplenme” ölçeği kullanılarak çalışanların sahiplik duygusu ölçülmüştür. Çalışmayla ilgili veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Anket, banka çalışanlarına kolayda örnekleme metoduyla e-posta ile ve elden dağıtılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, bankacılık sektörü çalışanlarında psikolojik sahiplenme duygusunun varlığını ortaya koymuştur (5 üzerinden 3.52). Ayrıca, sahiplenme duygusu olan çalışanlar, diğer çalışanların da bu duyguyu paylaştığını düşünmektedirler. Sahiplenme duygusu çalışanın cinsiyeti, yaşı, kıdemi, eğitimi ve medeni durumları açısından farklılık göstermemiştir. / One of the factors that influence employees’ motivation and his/her success in the company is psychological ownership. This feeling also influences the relationship between company and employees at a significant level. Employees' attitudes and feelings about company affect sustainability and competitiveness of the business. The aim of this study is to measure the ownership sense of employees in the banking sector of Azerbaijan. For this purpose, the sense of psychological ownership is theoretically examined and the ownership sense of the employees is measured by using the "Psychological Ownership" scale. The data related to the study were collected by questionnaire method. The questionnaire was distributed to bank employees by e-mail and by hand through convenience sampling. The findings of the study reveal that there is a feeling of psychological ownership for banking sector employees (3.52 out of 5). In addition, employees who have a sense of ownership think that other employees share this feeling. The sense of ownership did not differ in terms of employee gender, age, seniority, education and marital status.

The purpose and role of tax policy for any country is crucial. Because; the wrong tax policy will adversely affect all the involved people in the economy of country. In particular, it will harm government spendings, investments and other activities of the state. Therefore the tax policy carried out by each country always must be reformed and balanced according to the current situation of the economy. This process called check and balance and comparing their tax policy with the other countries policy and using their positive experiences will lead to successful results.This article analyzes the structure of the tax system of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan and compares similarities and differences. At the end of the article various suggestions were given.

Dünyada yaşanan küreselleşme süreciyle birlikte hemen hemen her alanda meydana gelen hızlı değişim ve dönüşüm iletişim alanında da kendini göstermiştir. İletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmesi, medya ortamlarında insanların birbirleriyle çok daha kolay ve hızlı bir şekilde ilişkiler kurmasına fırsat vermiştir. Bu iletişim ortamlarından birisi de; Facebook, Twitter gibi sosyal ağların olduğu sosyal medya ortamıdır. En genel tanımıyla sosyal medya; internet ortamındaki kullanıcıların diğer kullanıcılarla çevirim içi haber, fotoğraf, video, metin, içerik paylaşmasına imkan veren web siteleridir denilebilir. Sosyal medya; ünlü kişiler, devlet adamları, ya da sıradan insanlar gibi birçok insan tarafından kullanılmakta, insanlar bu ortamlarda fikirlerini paylaşabilmekte, tartışabilmekte yeni fikirler ortaya koymakta, sanal ortamda bir araya gelebilme, örgütlenebilme yoluna gidebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada yükseköğretim sisteminin önemli bir parçası olan meslek yüksekokullarındaki halkla ilişkiler programı öğrencilerinin sosyal medya kullanma alışkanlıkları incelenecektir. Ordu Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Meslek Yüksekokulu Halkla İlişkiler programlarında eğitim gören öğrenciler ile yapılacak bir anket çalışması ile iletişim alanında eğitim gören halkla ilişkiler öğrencilerinin sosyal medyayı hangi amaçla kullandıkları ve sosyal medya hakkındaki görüşleri öğrenilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin tümünün interneti kullandıkları görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin sosyal medya ağlarını çok sık kullandıkları, bilgi alışverişi amacıyla bu mecraları kullanmanın yanında özellikle daha çok eğlence ve boş vakitlerini geçirmek için bu ortamlarda bulunduklarını görmekteyiz./ With the globalization process in the world, the rapid change and transformation that occured in every field showed itself in the communication area as well. The development of communication technology enables people to communicate with each other more easily and quickly in media environments. Social media can generally be defined as the web sites that allows the users to share online news, photos, videos, texts and content with other users on the internet. Social networks such as facebook and twitter are the examples of the social media environment. Social media is being used by a lot of people like celebrities, politicians or ordinary people and they are able to share or discuss their ideas, suggest new ideas, come together and organize in a virtual environment. In this study, the habit of using social media of the students of Public Relations at Vocational Schools which are the important part of the Higher Education System will be examined. A questionaire will be applied to the students who are studying at the Public Relations department of Social Sciences Vocational School at Ordu University and their opinions about the social media and for what purposes they use it will be found out. As a result of the study, it has been observed that all of the students who participated in the research has been using the internet. We see that students use social media networks very often, in addition to using these media for information exchange, they are especially in those networks to have a nice time and spend their leisure time.

Written by the renowned Russian novelist Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol in 1842 as a short novel, “The Overcoat” is a highly influential text for its successors. In this study, Gogol's contribution to literature in terms of literary communication will be clarified systematically through structural analysis. The method presentation is followed by an extensive analysis part and in conclusion, the deep structure formed in “The Overcoat” is revealed. The results reached after the analysis are of importance for literature researchers as well as for those who study literary communication.

İçinde yaşadığımız yüzyılda en önemli olgulardan biri olarak karşımıza göç çıkmaktadır. Tüm toplumlarda farklı boyutlarda karşımıza çıkan göç hareketleri hem toplumsal değişimlerin sonucu ve hem de değişimi yaratan bir olgudur. Göç Kırgızistan’da da sosyo-kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik hayatın şekillenmesinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Kırgızistan, hem iç göç hem de dış göç hareketleri yoğun olarak yaşanmakta ve toplumsal yapıyı derinden etkilemektedir. Ülkenin kapitalist ekonomiye geçiş sürecinde, ekonomik ve parlamenter sistem içindeki politik yeniden yapılanması ülkenin yoğun göçmen nüfusu karakteri göstermesinde belirleyicidir. Bu kapsamda Kırgızistan’da göçün ekonomik, toplumsal hayata etkilerinin değerlendirilebilmesinin için, göç hareketlerini ve göçmen nüfusun durumunu tespit eden kapsamlı veri üretilmesi gereklidir. Bu çalışma göçün Kırgızistan’ın sosyo-ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel yapısına etkisini tespit etmeye yöneliktir. Çalışma kapsamında nicel veri toplama sürecinde hedef kitle olarak 15 - 64 yaş grubu alınmış ve buna bağlı olarak 99 güven düzeyinde 3% hata payında 1848 kişilik bir örneklem hesaplanmıştır. Bu örneklem tabakalı olarak Batken, Celal-Abad, Issık-Göl, Narın, Oş, Talas, Çüy bölgelerine ve ağırlıklı olarak da Bişkek ve Oş şehrinden veri toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler istatistiksel programlarla analiz edilmiştir. / Migration is one of the most important topics of the era we live in. Migratory movement that we see at a different scale in all societies as a phenomenon of both result of social change and driver of change has been major role in shaping Kyrgyzstan’s socio-cultural and socio-economic life. Kyrgyzstan is a country that contains complicated causality in terms of both internal and external migration. In the transition period to capitalist economy, Kyrgyzstan had gone though politic reconstruction within economic and parliamentary system and consequently intensive migrant population has become characteristical feature of the country. In this context, the first step of reviewing the impact of migration on economic, social life is to product comprehensive data that identify migratory movement and migrant population. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of migration on Kyrgyzstan’s socio-economic and socio-cultural structure. Within the context of this study, 15 - 64 age group was selected as an intended population and accordingly sample size of 1848 participants was calculated %99 confidence level, %3 margins of error. This sample were collected stratifiedly from Batken, Celal-Abad, Issık-Göl, Narın, Oş, Talas, Çüy Regions and mainly Bişkek ve Oş Cities. Gathered data was analyzed with statistical programmes.
