The purpose ofthis study was todetermine the relationshipbetween theDisciplineof WorkandLocalPerformanceAllowancewith theAdministrativePerformance for social welfare Atthe Department of AgricultureCrops andFood Securityandthe Environment AgencyPohuwato.
The method usedin this studyarecorrelationalsurvey method. This method was chosenas a techniquedesigned to find outhow much the relationshipbetween the independent variables(indevendent variable)with the dependent variable(devendent variable). Inthis study, there are two independent variablesandone dependent variable. The independent variablesnamely, labor discipline(X1) andthe RegionalPerformanceAllowance(TKD) (X2) while the dependent variableis theAdministrativePerformance(Y).
Based on the resultsanddiscussion of this researchcan be concluded that: 1) Work Disciplinehas a significant influenceon the performance ofthe officials atthe Department of AgricultureCrops andFood Securityandthe Environment AgencyPohuwato, it canbe seen inthat thecalculation ofthe product moment correlationriscounted0.811at the significance level(0.05), the priceof0,239r table, the count r>rofthe table so thatwe can concludethe existence ofa significant effect, while theeffectkekutancriteriaintervalarithmeticcoefficientr0.811, which means relativelystronginfluenceon the performance ofthe apparatusof labor disciplineinthe Department of AgricultureplantationsandFood Securityandthe Environment AgencyPohuwatorelativelystrong. Whiletof0.957andcomparedt tablewith a significance levelof0.044(0.05) turns outt count>t tablewiththe senseofthe hypothesis is acceptedwhich impliesa very significant influence. 2) RegionalPerformanceAllowance(TKD) has asignificant influence on theAdministrativePerformanceinthe Department of AgricultureCrops andFood Securityandthe Environment AgencyPohuwato, it canbe seen inthat thecalculation ofthe product moment correlationrcountedwas0.922at the significance level(0.05) pricertable is0.098then thecount r>rofthe tableso thatwe can concludethe existence ofa significant effect, while theeffectkekutancriteriaintervalarithmeticcoefficientr0.922, which means relativelystronginfluenceon the PerformanceTKDApparatusas verystrong. Whiletof0.957andcomparedt tablewith a significance levelof0.044(0.05) turns outt count>t tablewiththe senseofthe hypothesis is acceptedwhich impliesa very significant influence, 3) RelationshipbetweenWork DisciplineandRegionalPerformanceAllowance(TKD) is together have asignificant effect on theAdministrativeperformanceinthe Department of AgricultureCrops andFood Securityandthe Environment AgencyPohuwato. Itcan be seen inthe strengthitsWork Disciplineand performance benefitsarea(TKD) jointlyon the performance ofthe apparatus, comparing thecount rwithr tableit is knownthat0.811>0.239, the correlationstrengthboth havequitea significant effect.
